2DPO - Anyone with me....!

I didn't think about implantation bleeding! I'll have to see if it gets worse! And I know I definitely didnt o before as I've been using OPK's the whole cycle as it was my first one off the pill. Just feeling sorry for myself, I've been having symptoms that I really thought were different from normal PMS once ( cramping, really sore boobs, waves of nausea, tiredness) but could just be me adjusting off the pill 😔

@AKC88 Join us! It might still be early for you, but you never know! But I'm sure most of us will stick around after we've tested so you'll have lots of time to let us know how it goes for you.

@HerringGull If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take for you to conceive your first DC? I probably should have taken that approach - lots of DTD and then hope for the best - but I'm too much of a control freak! So went for OPKs, BBT and fertility bracelet right off the bat.

@GreenApplesYo I'm cracking up at Big Sunday Testing. I feel like I need to dress up for this special event and write some big elaborate speech glad you're not going anywhere for now! Let's hope that most of us can move over into the pregnancy side of the forum. If not, then at least some time soon!

@lilacflower12 Yay! Another Sunday tester but good luck for tomorrow as well, that would be a lovely surprise for him. Also, the spotting could be IB so until the blood is red and flowing like a proper AF, don't count yourself out. Sending you some hugs!

@GreenApplesYo @unCliche @HerringGull I was going to retest tomorrow as it's my partners birthday (9dpo) and then if nothing would wait until Sunday or Monday (11/12 dpo) but I've just gone to the loo after having cramping today and had some very light pink blood/cm so I'm thinking I'm starting my period a week early! I'm on cd33 and that's how long my cycles were before the pill but due to ovulating on cd 25 I thought I was going to have a 39 day cycle this month. Bit concerned that that now means I only have a 8 day LP 😔😔 going to wait for it to start properly and then have a bottle of wine and chocolate!

Think I will keep temping for now. Maybe until what would have been the end of this cycle? I'm going to do a FRER this evening, and then test every other day and hope for progression 🙂

@unCliche no idea when my temps usually drop as this is my first month temping. Didn't do any of this stuff for #1, just DTD lots! But this time I want to be sure I am actually ovulating so thought I'd try temping for a couple of cycles. It is really interesting how much hotter than DH I am in the luteal phase! hahaha

If your cervix isn't in its usual position, that could be a good sign for you! How many days before AF do your temps usually drop?

Why don't you test then with us too @lilacflower12? You'll be 11dpo then right? At 8dpo you've only got a 33% chance of a BFP on a FRER, even if you are pregnant. I don't normally check my cervix all cycle, but I use a Mooncup so I'm very aware of where it normally is in the few days leading up to AF, and through AF itself. It's usually low at this point in my cycle. I'm pretty sure there are other factors that can affect it though, so it's not at all a definite sign.

@lilacflower12 8DPO is still early! I'm 9DPO and GreenApple's BFP inspired me to test with an IC with second morning urine, and BFN so not really expecting much this month as it's my first month TTC. When will you test again?

@HerringGull Think I'll join you to test on Sunday as well if AF doesn't show. Have you been checking your cervix in previous cycles? Mine seem to change position every two minutes.

@GreenApplesYo Congrats girl! I'm sure your line will only get darker. But do stick around and keep us updated on the progression. We must be boob twins (sounds weird), mine hurt a little less today too. Haha my body would completely hate me if my cravings were pizza. How often will you keep testing and will you continue to temp?

@lilacflower12 aw 8dpo is still super-early! I actually tested with a cheapy last night, and it came up with an ever so faint positive. Might be worth testing in the evening as well? I think some people test better later in the day.

@unCliche I don't have loads of symptoms either! I'm not sure symptoms mean much at this stage either way...

Aw thanks guys 🙂🙂really early days so I am trying not to look at it as a BFP at the moment, more like my body is giving it a good try, if that makes sense. I'm only 9/10dpo. I think if I'm getting strong positives this time next week, then I'll be more relaxed (not that I am super stressed, just trying to be sensible).

So...symptoms 🙂not many really! No cramping or spotting or nausea. I was feeling a bit funny 2 days ago, cold and shivery. I was also quite grumpy. Oh and I sent DP out to buy pizza and extra cheese to put on top. Is craving pizza a symptom? 😂 Strangely enough, my boobs seem to hurt a bit less today... Annoying, at this stage I'd rather my nipples were burning haha!

@unCliche yep think that sounds like a good idea. At least you can be reasonably sure that the test will give you the right result if you wait until then. Lots of folk don't have any symptoms at all so it doesn't mean anything - fingers crossed that's you! Only two days to go!
Think I will test on Sunday. Not sure exactly when I O'd this month as had loads more days of EWCM than usual, but if we go by the latest day then I'll be 14dpo on Sunday. Might crack on Saturday though! haha. Don't have the same signs I had with #1, but my cervix did rise two days ago (from being low post-O) but don't think that's a reliable sign at all. My BBT is still high, but since AF could theoretically come as late as Saturday, it's possible it just hasn't dropped yet.
No idea, in other words!!

@HerringGull I am so nervous to test, hence the OPKs, because I feel absolutely NOTHING! I had a 23 day cycle last cycle and today is CD 23 but no AF but my cycles are usually around 25 days so I'll keep waiting til I miss AF proper. How about you?? Any sign of AF?

Hey @unCliche. I got a squinter on a Clearblue early test... You really do have to squint at it mind! It came up in the time window. It's clearer in real life. Have some FRERs now from amazon.

It's suuuuper early days so I'm trying not to get too carried away and wait to see if the lines get stronger. Hard not to be a bit excited though!

Morning ladies, how are you all getting on? The week seems to be dragging along! A few of us are probably around the DPO where implantation is likely to happen, so......... any symptoms??? Or has anyone tested??

Not much to report here for me. Just some random jawline acne, lots of wind and a cold sore (oh and I took an OPK test last night (because why not) using late night urine and a line appeared, but not darker than the control. Could just be my normal level of LH)

Oh no @Twinkle1989! That's really sad news. I was hoping for the best for you let's just hope she goes away as quickly as she came so you can start trying again! Good luck for your next cycle!

😭 AF has arrived for me - 2 days early 😭 but like my OH says, sooner it's here and gone, sooner we can try again 😭

I think you could keep testing in case you have double peak in this cycle. Also, you may track your CM (the most fertile CM looks like raw egg whites) to confirm if you have ovulated or not.
