Hey @unCliche all fingers crossed for you!! I don’t massively understand the bbt but all sounds promising!!
I did a couple more days of LH sticks and they defo had faded so I’m pretty sure the peak was right and I o’d cd17. So 3 dpo today and wishing the next week away hahaha

Afternoon ladies, I'm feeling hopeful for a longer LP this month (and fingers crossed a BFP too) my data has been on the up and by now they should be falling if AF is coming within the next few days. Hoping she's at least 5 days (or 9 months) away. But then again, I could wake up tomorrow and everything could just drop 😅
@Twinkle1989 I remember we're a little further ahead in your cycle, how are things going? Any sign of implantation? I'm 7dpo so on the lookout.

@HerringGull I'm not keen to test tbh. I just feel like CD24 will come along with AF right behind it. Have you stocked up on tests since last cycle?
With all the work you guys are doing to it, will it be your forever home? I really want to build a stud wall myself when we move into the new house but DH won't let me. I wish you could speak with him and tell him how easy building a whole house is and then a stud wall would look really basic.

@unCliche that sounds pretty sensible. Reckon you'll manage to hold out?! House building not going anywhere just now; it's a sloooww project since we're DIYing it. Will probably take a couple of years altogether I expect.

@GreenApplesYo urgh banana gave me the boak right up until 12 weeks last time, then after that I was back to normal, mmm, banana! So funny. Maybe you'll have to give up banana! Unless the porridge was the culprit?

@AlisonWhite I think everyone is different, so so long as it's normal for you that's okay. I often get EWCM on and off throughout the luteal phase. Last month I had it the day before my period even, but for me that's normal.

@AlisonWhite I get creamy CM up until about 4/5 DPO and I get lots before I dry up. Currently 5 DPO and dry so maybe you'll dry up in a few day or you could continue getting it. Do you usually get creamy CM after Ov?

Evening ladies. Any mucus tracker fans here? I have looked at cycle diagrams and it says scant and no mucus after ovulation but today, 4 days after ov I have a blog of white creamy stuff lol. I just don’t get it haha x

@HerringGull Curse and a blessing. I'm usually in my fertile window straight after AF but my luteal phase is too short, haha! I haven't planned a test day yet, I'm going to wait until I've passed CD26 because AF could start any time before then. How's the house building going? The weather is probably terrible where you are, has that slowed things down?

@unCliche well I would happily swap long cycles for short ones, but only when TTC! At all other times long cycles are great. Glad your boobs are not excruciating and hope they stay that way - maybe it is a good sign as you say :) When are you planning to test?

@Cc7750 how frustrating! Hope you O soon and you can get onto the TWW. Do you track temps? Just wondering if you could have missed your peak OPK, and the temps would tell you what phase you're in? x

@HerringGull The good news is, they're not as excruciatingly sore as they usually are (yet) so I'm taking that as a good sign that my cycle could be a little longer this month (progesterone levels blah blah blah).
Ugh the curse of long and short cycles. While your ending your TWW I'll probably be starting a new one (if I don't get my BFP). We're so out of sync now so can't test together! I wish my cycle was a little longer to be honest.
I looooove looking at the charts! I always filter for short cycles to see if and when they get their BFPs haha! Something to give me hope. I wish they had a filter for 'suspected progesterone deficiency'

Aw thank you @Cc7750 it's not too bad yet really, it comes and goes. Although I did feel the need to lie down with a bucket next to me this morning after eating my porridge and banana!

Ah annoying you haven't ovulated yet. I hope it happens for you soon! Think it's good to be relaxed about it... Getting stressed never helps.

Hope everyone is well.. I’m confused as well this month, I normally have periods and ovulation at same times each month.. this month who knows, it should have been days ago but still saying negative on strips! Not over analysing it.. bodies can be odd in general! But good luck to everyone trying and hope no morning sickness for the lovely pregnant ladies x

@unCliche oh no! Well I guess you were expecting it... you probably would've worried if it hadn't happened
Not sure if I've O'd yet. My temp went up a bit this morning, but not enough. Will see what it does tomorrow, as I think for some people it goes up in stages over a day or two instead of one massive jump in one day (I've been looking at those sample charts you showed me)! Will O on Saturday at the latest anyway, so I guess testing two weeks after that if still no AF. That's AGES away!!! Argh

@Emz1995 no answers here! I think maybe covid makes it harder. Last time I was TTC I was able to go out, see friends, arrange to be busy during the TWW so that I had more to occupy my mind. This time, the highlight of my week is cutting my toenails...

@HerringGull Last cycle was the first time I'd temped a full cycle so not sure if it's normal for me yet but I didn't want to take any chances so started taking a whole bunch of vitamins but if things don't get better I'll go to a specialist.

@HerringGull yeah think I’m going to wait as long as I possibly can to avoid disappointment from getting BFN or staring at tests for ages willing for a line!

It’s only my first cycle and I’m already driving myself mad with the waiting and wanting time to fast forward, how does everyone switch off during this time?
