TTC - thread 3! A luckier one!!!

I have horrendous hormonal acne and mood swings. AF is definitely on its way. The only positive is my cycle does seem to have regulated and my weird long cycle seemed to be an anomaly. That’s something I guess!

@Blossom428 I'm 7DPO today. Caved and did an cheap internet strip test this morning with fmu and obviously bfn but I just needed to test 😂 I don't really have much hope for this month tbh, don't have any symptoms or anything. And I just keep comparing to when I conceived my daughter. I had implantation bleed at 5dpo so now I'm thinking well I've not had that this time so I mustn't be 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey ladies,

How is everyone today? I’m 9DPO, AF due this Friday. I usually have a couple of days spotting a week before AF is due but so far only had one small spot of spotting on 8DPO the once then nothing.

No peak on OPK’s this month but as usual overthinking everything 😬 x

@Blossom428 that's shit the FRERS not turning up! Glad the IC is abit darker. When you've done the FRER post it on here, I actually love seeing positive pregnancy tests. Am I weird!🤣 enjoy being in that pregnancy bubble hun 🥰

Thanksss @Chlo2701 I've done another IC(which I think is a bit darker) My frer's didn't turn up yesterday when they were meant to... so hopefully tomorrow when they arrive I will see line progression 🤞🏽 I'm still in shock I think!

Glad you've got lots to keep you busy over the next month or so. I can't believe how quickly Christmas has come round this year!!

@AnxiousAnnie86 yuk the sickness really is the worst part!! That's one thing I don't miss! If my little bean was sticky I'd of been 14wks last Friday, & I've been thinking a lot about it lately & about how sick I know I'd be! I was sick the whole 9 months my last pregnancy 🥴 didn't you say you ended up in hospital last time because your sickness got that bad? People always say.... try ginger biscuits... seriously when your sickness is that bad nothing works does it?! I hope to god it passes for you this time when you get to 12 wks xx

Sorry you're feeling so shut about this situation, I totally get it! You wonder if it'll ever happen. Think I'm month 18 now. I agree that's the right thing for you & you're OH to do, try & forget & not track until after Christmas. New year new start & all that, so let's hope 2021 is our year🤞🏻xx

I think you do right as you say, take time for yourself and for you and your partner just to relax over Christmas. You know you have further tests and help coming, so hopefully that won't be far off!

Another BFN with first morning pee on a FRER. 11dpo, but tbh if I was going to get a positive it'd probably be giving me a very faint line by now. DH said he wants to give up for now and wait for the doctors. I can't help but agree with him. So until we get some help I think we'll just DTD when we want to now, forget about tracking and everything. No temping, no testing. We are officially "not trying" as of this morning. I'll just go to my appointments and do as I'm told. Tbh we need the break, or this will break us.

@TheOrangeMonster yes i know. I keep saying to my husband something must be wrong. We have sex. I’m conceived before.. I don’t get why it won’t work. I think stress is very likely to blame... but that isn’t easy to resolve

@WaitingForEgg sorry you're feeling blue 😟 sometimes it's just difficult to be upbeat , and particularly now with everything that's going on, it's even harder.
I guess once AF turns up at least we know we're getting a new opportunity.

I was saying to DH earlier that the one thing I find it really hard to get my head around is how all the things we do, month in and month out, can be not working, and all of a sudden they're supposed to work? It doesn't make any sense. I wish you could apply for a test before you start TTC to put your mind at ease about your chances - like guys could get a sample done and get the all clear and ladies could get a blood test and the same thing and then we'd know where we stood. Hell, I'd have paid for that!

I am so full of burger right now, I think I'm going to copy my cat and have a nap. DH keeps dropping me hints but my boobs are so painful I can't even go down the stairs without it hurting. 🙈

I’m feeling pretty down today. Feel very pms which fits time wise so confident this month won’t be mine 😭
