Morning ladies. Hope everyone is ok? So sorry to hear that some didn't get their bfps. This was cycle 4 for me, and I got my bfp yesterday at 9DPO. still can't quite believe it. I have my fingers crossed for everyone who is still in the tww ❤️

Hope your all well. Sorry to hear the disappointments 😞. Still the same for me, I’m on my TTW, AF is due Christmas Day!
I have been having spotting day 21 of my cycles which having read up on it could be due to low progesterone which wouldn’t be ideal. Anyone else had the same issue? xx

I’m sorry *@bwfcchick88* I’m riding the disappointment bus with you. My next focus will be on losing a bit of weight. I’m about half a stone heavier than when I conceived my daughter, so figure it couldn’t hurt to lose it.
Thank you x and that's a really good idea. I've also been doing some home workouts and have found them helpful.

Update: I started bleeding today so guessing the test I did was dodgy/an evap. Absoutely gutted as it was our first month using the ovulation sticks and we did everything right. Need to stop crying and write this bloody synopsis for part of my research. Hope you're all okay xxx

When I say my negative thinking is why it hasn't happened, I don't meant to cause offence, I mean that, for me, constant worrying and overthinking has made me reluctant to try because I've convinced myself it will never happen - so we haven't had regular sex until recently, if that makes sense. Xx

Tbh I'm naturally quite a negative person and always think the worst so I wouldn't actually believe I could get a positive, in truth my negative thinking is why we haven't conceived as there's no medical issue. My mental health is much better these days so I'll just keep an eye out for AF and see what happens. Trying to stay really calm has often hindered me so this time I'm going to trust my body and stop obsessing xxxxxx

@bwfcchick88 that's so awful if it's a faulty pack! I haven't heard of that wirh clear blue but I never used those ones so I dont know :( I have everything crossed for you, I'm okay thanks apart from looking and feeling like total crap all day everyday :( xxxxx

I tried again yesterday but the test (from the same pack) didn't work (no line at all, not even a line to show it had worked) so part of my thinks it was a dodgy pack plus I always think I will jinx myself! Have had a few cramps so reckon AF will show up - will see if she does tomorrow and if not I'll retest! Very weird. Hope you're ok xxxx
