cycle two ttc first, anyone with me?

Did two tests this morning and both have the clear blue error message, the book with the arrow. Arggg frustration, more tests on the way!

@MrsF111 it’s a horrible thing to go through, hope you’re mending well. Full props to you for holding out on testing, I have no will power whatsoever!

I ended up testing yesterday evening after holding my urine for hours (trying to recreate FMU) I saw what I thought was a faint line so retested this morning and got a BFN!!

Roll on next cycle sigh

Hi @Boredinthehouse12 sorry to hear about the MMC - mine was July, such an awful time , fingers crossed for your test! The earliest clearblue said i could test was tomorrow, period is due on Monday - going to TRY and wait until the weekend

Hi all, I’m on cycle 3 TTC baby no1 after MMC in August. AF is due on Saturday but I can’t hold out till then so I’ll probably end up testing tomorrow morning.

Hi all, can I join? Also TTC my first im 31 and so is my DH. AF arrived yesterday so starting all over again. Been TTC for 6 months but have shorter cycles so just finished my 7th cycle so had a bit of a wobble over the weekend , its crazy how when youre younger you're told how easy it is to get pregnant and how important it is to be super safe etc. I stupidly thought that as soon as I came off the pill a pregnancy would be imminent! How wrong I was lol xx

Thank you! It was a rush, as we were due to get married on 1st July but the gov only made it legal from the 4th so I thought no chance.. Registrar called us (as I had emailed on the day before our wedding asking what we could do!) and he said if we wanted to be their guinea pig wedding 'ahead of a big wedding' we could on 15th July so jumped at the chance. Little did I know it was a guinea pig before Princess Beatrice wedding

It was such a lovely day and have no regrets so definitely if you can have the legal side this year! It's about you two at the end of the day

Hi @2020TTC congrats on the wedding! We were supposed to get married this summer too but pushed it to next June, now decided to have a tiny legal wedding next year (hopefully while pregnant!!) and then a big party in 2022. Fingers crossed for you this month

I'm TTC month 2, trying for first baby (still trying to learn all the acronyms haha)

Me and my husband got married in July and Covid ruined our main plans of a big wedding, we pushed the reception to 2021 but decided to cancel and try for a baby as this is what we had planned for this year had Covid not ruined it!

First month we just tried around the time my App (Flo) said, but this month started OPKs and took my first one today (day 7) and will take each morning and hopefully see a Peak!

Will be nice to follow other peoples journeys too! [Smile]

People who have had CP or miscarriages often take baby aspirin (just 75mg dose sold in Tesco for 75p) - it's honestly 50/50, some people chose to talk to the dr, some just research and chose to take it! I made a thread called Baby Asprin / 75mg aspirin on here and had some useless info so based on that I've decided to take some starting from tonight. But I'd do research and check with a dr if you would feel safer etc! Some people had 3/4 CP in a row and then took aspirin the next cycle and got their BFP and healthy baby xx

Hi! Ttc number 1, in the tww of our first cycle following a mmc earlier in the year. Trying to wait patiently until I can test and not get too excited but failing miserably and looking at nursery decor on pintrest

I'm good thanks @AKcheer - my ovulation sticks are getting darker by the day and currently on CD11. I'm going to try the baby aspirin method this month I think 🙈 how are you doing?

My app is predicting ovulation now but I feel nothing and getting negative opks. My last cycle was 60 days long so hoping it happens soon and my cycle isn’t as long

@rttcbabyno1 I never realised how common they were either, but I've read you're super fertile after and it's a good sign we can conceive, so thinking of the positives here 🙊

We also started in July after a random delayed/missed period for no reason, but I hadn't done my research on ovulation etc at that point so we missed the window too!

I now use the Easy@Home ovulation sticks along with the Premom app & I love it! Can take photos of your ovulation stick and it keeps them together etc! Last month (and now this month as I'm on CD10) we used conceive plus lube and I'm convinced that's why we got a positive as the reviews on it are amazing so hopefully we get lucky again this month!

It's crazy how much is ladies stress ourselves out with these things when we're so new to the TTC journey! Me & my partner are only 27 but we've just bought our first house at the start of lockdown and decided, what's stopping us now so we decided to start!

It's exciting to see a couple of you so far into the 2 week wait and hopefully see some BFP's soon 🤞🏻🥰

We started late July and I missed that ovulation window, so I guess this is my 2nd cycle trying. I had a CP last month too. I can't believe how common they are!!
