Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 4

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Juno231 yes! CD7 today! Took one as stopped bleeding and got the top one so tested again 3 hours later and it’s like that. Will test again today and see what it says but mega early isn’t it!!

Haha love that 😂. Enjoy your wine! Love your wine influenced HR ☺️

Juno231 · 23/10/2020 12:43

@mumof23188 wow that's early! You said AF only just finished right? What CD are you.

My BBT is relatively steady today at 36.74. Annoying thing is it's Friday so I'm bound to have some wine tonight and that will mess with my RHR for the weekend lol Grin

@Juno231 thank you lovely 😊. Well done for not testing yet. When will you test? Ahh damn, could be implantation? What’s your bbt saying? Mine is messed up as I missed a day and also taken it at different times. Annoying!

Juno231 · 23/10/2020 11:56

Hm rhr has dropped to 67 today - doesn't bode well!

@ambs1994 good luck with the frer!

@mumof23188 lovely to have you back!

9DPO today and I think this might be the first time ever I have managed to not test at this stage! Woop!

I don't think RHR is that reliable for me because I have a 2 year old that doesn't sleep much so have quite disturbed sleep. The original shooting up of RHR happened following me having a glass of wine at night for 2-3 days and then it started to drop. But at 9dpo it started to rise but that does coincide with my DD waking up a few times in the night so I'm not convinced it means anything.

mumof23188 · 23/10/2020 07:39

@LS2020 CD7 for me today! A new cycle and another chance for us 🤞. Glad you are well ☺️

@poptypingchef ☺️🤞 that’s the best way isn’t it, to busy to think about it! How’s your HR?

@ambs1994 it is really hard to see on photos sometimes! When is AF due? Could you get a FRER?

Mrsi2020 · 23/10/2020 07:35

I think I can see something on the second test, you defo need a better test and you’ll know for sure then. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 xxx

ambs1994 · 23/10/2020 07:04

ambs1994 · 23/10/2020 06:48

@mumof23188 I’m 9DPO so just hanging around 😁 I’ve been super busy this week so I’ve not had as much time to think about it to be honest.

ambs1994 · 22/10/2020 19:38

Watching yorkshire vet and I've never felt so sick watching it. I'm usually really good and doesnt bother me

Heres another test tonight. @Juno231 not sure what the sensitivity is on these, just got the 3 strips for 79p from b&m
