Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

I’m out, af has arrived already, that’s a 21 day cycle wtaf!! Too much for IB as well. Hope others have better luck this cycle.

MissBPotter · 20/11/2020 15:44

@mumof23188 yes last month I actually was so surprised and made me think about starting ttc, it’s not normally like that. Turned out to be nothing tho.
That’s really strange cos I feel like I can see something on that test, though I’m not sure.

mumof23188 · 20/11/2020 14:17

I just took this as wanted to make sure it was negative as been feeling sick and boobs are still a touch sore. Do you think this is an indent or should I be worried something is wrong?

mumof23188 · 20/11/2020 14:15

@MissBPotter there’s still time 🤞 you had a good rise last cycle I see, is that what it’s normally like?

MissBPotter · 20/11/2020 13:41

@mumof23188 they usually do get a little sore yep... I actually think it’s gone off today and am probably out as rhr has stayed low. It got revised down 3 points this morning.

@GlassLily 3dpo is a bit boring isn’t it Smile I know I can’t help it, I would be super surprised if I got a bfp this cycle as we barely dtd but still spotting anything! Actually have zero symptoms today though and am pretty much waiting for af now.

3dpo and I'm bored of the tww already.

@missbpotter I am terrible for symptom spotting. Even when I know I'm being silly, there's always a little voice in my head saying "but what if...?"

@poptypingchef crossing everything for you. We need some more good news on this thread.

@MissBPotter wow 9dpo already ☺️ The symptom spotting is torture isn’t it. Do your boobs usually feel sore prior to AF?

@LarasMama thank you lovely. Do you know when you are due to ovulate? I’m CD8 today. Just waiting on my OPK’s being delivered so I can test.

I’m temping vaginally this cycle so Will be interesting to see if it’s clearer. Here’s my charts for reference

@Juno231 how do I add my RHR to a graph?

@mumof23188 Welcome back dear! How are you? I‘m CD6 now. Last cycle was surprisingly long for a change.

MissBPotter · 19/11/2020 18:34

Hi everyone and welcome back to @mumof23188

I’m 9dpo today (I think) @Juno231 I must be a day ahead of you... first month ttc and I am totally symptom spotting, rhr dipped by 1 and boobs feel quite sore... can’t decide if I’m coming on to af (early) or they are actually sore....

poptypingchef · 19/11/2020 14:31

I’m only 9DPO @mumof23188so that mega dip was day 7 but I normally start to get some weird not quite cramps sensations about now and I’ve felt them the last couple of days

mumof23188 · 19/11/2020 13:13

@poptypingchef looking good tho!! How Many Dpo are you?

poptypingchef · 19/11/2020 12:41

Ach I’ve no idea where I’m at, it could go any way

Hello everyone,

How are you all doing?
I’m CD7 today. FW next week. Here we go again 😩😂.

@Moominmiss oh my gosh I’m so sorry lovely. Can’t believe it. Hope you are doing ok?

@Juno231 thank you 💕 how are you? Fingers crossed this is your month 🤞

@LS2020 thank you ☺️ enjoy the break! Hoping you come back with a BFP!!

@LarasMama how are you getting on?

@poptypingchef how’s everything going? Where are you at in your cycle now?

Sorry if I’ve missed anyone! It’s hard to remember who’s said what when you’ve missed a few days!

Congratulations 🎉 @popcorndiva

Juno231 · 18/11/2020 21:23

@SarahTTC2020 so pleased everything is going well for you!

@popcorndiva ha yes I've seen that with fitbit before. I disabled their period section ages ago actually cause it thought I was on a permanent period and I couldn't get it to stop lol

7DPO today and had a little dip yesterday along with ovulation type pains so 🤞 but I doubt it!

@popcorndiva I worried about mine as after about 5 weeks pg it dropped to mid 50s which was my pre pregnancy rhr. It stayed like that for quite a while but I had a lovely scan at 8w+5. I'm now 11 weeks and my rhr only started rising again a week or so ago.

@gezelligheid I don't think you can compare to previous pregnancy, lots of variables could be different now from your age, weight, to any software updates on your Fitbit! If it's elevated from when you last wore it then FC it's a positive soon for you

popcorndiva · 18/11/2020 09:50

Baby dust to you @GlassLily my rhr has gone up again today so feel less worried. Seems fitbit cannot switch from predicting period dates to being pregnant. I think I may deactivate the rhr on my fitbit soon to stop me worrying

gezelligheid · 18/11/2020 08:03

Hey guys. I took some time off wearing my fitbit for a while but the last week or so I'm back to wearing it. I'm already 13 days late for my period (usually very regular, this is a wtf month) but I was 3 weeks late with my son before I got a positive so I'm waiting it out.

Anyway, my RHR is usually 58-59 but the last week since I put my fitbit back on its been between 65-67 bpm. Last time I was pregnant the highest it got to was 70bpm. Reckon I am out because the rise in RHR isn't as high or is there still a chance? Keeping my fingers crossed because still no sign of AF. Dipped down from 66 on Monday to 65 yesterday, but now it's back up to 67 today.

GlassLily · 18/11/2020 04:32

@GlassLily

Congratulations *@popcorndiva*!! What a line 🤩 I'm on the same timeline as you roughly so hoping for baby first this cycle 🤞🏻
Baby dust* not baby first
GlassLily · 18/11/2020 00:33

Green dots are ovulation. Red line is AF. Purple line is wine 🙊🍷

popcorndiva · 17/11/2020 09:30

@juno231 well started trying in April so 7th month, but don't think my hormones were balanced until the last 3 months as my rhr chart looked normal from then on. Thanks so much, your advice on rhr has helped. Speaking of which it went up today

Juno231 · 17/11/2020 09:13

@ambs1994 in theory no - but if there's some kind of funny business going on with your body atm then it makes sense that it could last longer than just one cycle.

@popcorndiva omg congratulations! Such a strong line for 12 DPO as well

OP posts:
ambs1994 · 17/11/2020 07:26

Would being 8 days late last cycle make your current cycle longer? I'm cd19 and usually ovulate soon but no sign of ewcm and no rise in rhr. I've stayed at 61 pretty much all week.

The first big spiked at 69 was day 1 of period. The 2nd spike i was pretty stressed at work so that won't have been ov either.

@Moominmiss so sorry to hear that Sad

@popcorndiva that is lovely news and congratulations.

6dpo here and feeling tired and so cold, weather is a few degrees colder but wearing two jumpers and under a blanket even with heating on!! Pretty sure it’s not a symptom though.
