It seems to be a few who has experienced this having looked at this thread. Im sorry for everyone who has or are experiencing an MMC

I’m not very active on here as work is just insanely busy but thought I would check in. It looks like a few might be ovulating this week?

I’ve been doing my opks and I had my peak last night by the looks of it.

I do hope we have some Xmas conceived babies in this thread. I hope you all have a lovely Xmas XX

Hi , well this current is more like a chemical at 5 weeks ish so like a heavy a period. Back in Aug I had a MMC and was 14 weeks but the baby died at 12 weeks. They wouldnt let me have a D&C and sent me home because I had already started bleeding and covid etc. It all just came away the following day , heavy bleeding and clots , stomach cramps that required codeine and a hot water bottle was necessary. Initially I wanted a D&C but then after it all I was glad things worked out the way they did because I am a worrier with regards to infections etc and I think there is an increase with surgical procedures. I got a negative hcg within a few days xx just wished my body had realised there was a problem before 12 weeks 😔 xxx

@M4v3r1ck your positivity is so uplifting, thank you! I'm so sorry about what you are going through at the moment, it must be so difficult, but I really admire your positive attitude. I've had a bit of an emotional day today, I don't know why I just started feeling really sad that I'm not pregnant yet, and thinking about the possibility that I might never be a mummy. Something about it being Christmas I think, it's always brings out emotions! But then two Christmases ago I was feeling sad because I was 37, had been single for a long time and thought I would never meet someone to have a family with. But then that year I met my oh who is a wonderful partner and will make a wonderful father! So I should really know by now that life can change very quickly!! 😊

@MgW1 thank you. I'm just back - confirmed MMC. Currently going to wait and see what happens in the next week or so, and then consider surgical management. Hope you don't mind me asking, did you opt for surgical in the end too? So glad the bleeding has stopped for you! Don't pressure yourself too much though and see how you feel! 😘😘😘

@surreychick welcome! It only takes a lucky once! Have you been doing any OPK etc tracking? Sustained body temperature was definitely a sign that we had conceived, so I would keep an eye on that! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

How is everyone else doing? You all getting ready for Christmas? DH outdid himself on getting party food today, so I'm going to be a piggy! 😍

Hi there , hope all goes ok tomorrow , are you having a scan to see if everything looks clear? I have just finished bleeding .... how grim! Think il have a month off but if I am ovulating and we can be bothered then we might put one in this month! Not using opks xx

Hello @surreychick I got really bad acne on my chin very early on with my second pregnancy, and I kind of knew I was pregnant just because of how spotty I was for about a week!

Hi all, fairly new to here, just been reading mainly - We’ve been ttc for 14 months now, this month we only managed it once as I had an HSG and really wasn’t in the mood.

I’ve now got really bad acne on my jaw and chest and shooting pains in my breasts. Temp is 37.5. Would it be too early for this? I’m on day 22 of my cycle as had a progesterone test today!

Hello ladies, hope you are all doing well! I was supposed to travel from Scotland to the South East for Christmas, so my plans are well and truly scuppered 🙄 My only consolation is that as my fertile week coincides with Christmas, we'll be able to crack on with the baby making without any distractions! 😄 I had told myself that I wanted to chill out and just enjoy Christmas this month, and not worry too much about ttc, so I'm trying to keep that laid back attitude, though it is hard to do! DH and I have made the decision to not see any families on Christmas Day - not worth this risk, don't want the politics in choosing where to go, and especially since I need to go back to the hospital on Wed! Decided we're going to have takeaway, party food and Netflix this year! 😍

@Loladoodle I've had the bad moods and tiredness all week! Didn't DTD until today (all done for tonight! 😅) but no usual back then pains so far... 🤔 Ovulation being elusive as ever I guess! 🙄

Same happened to me @M4v3r1ck I didn't even know mmc existed. Wasn't expecting it at all as everything seemed normal although I remember now I had no nausea and just thought I was really lucky. I got pregnant 2 months later and my beautiful girl is 2.5 years. Good luck!

No December Christmas/birthday present for me this year. I've been wearing my Ava bracelet all month and knew I wasn't pregnant when berthing started dropping slightly temp and heart rate etc disappointed not to be pregnant but impressed with Ava!

So sorry M4v3r1ck 😞 when I mc 6 years ago it was a similar experience only a couple of weeks earlier. I’m sorry this is happening to you just before Christmas too. To give some hope I die actually get pg a few months after my mc and he is a happy healthy 5 yo now ❤️

Thank you, ladies! 😘 Unfortunately, it seems pretty definite. I should be over 10 weeks, but the scan is nowhere near that - maybe 5 weeks. 💔 I'll find out more next week, but at least we know we can get pregnant.

Hopefully I can start TTC soon and all of us get lots of BFPs that lead to healthy babies in 2021! 🤞🏻

@M4v3r1ck oh no I’m so sorry to hear this! What did they say about your scan? It’s so difficult I know, waiting to be rescanned is just such an awful long wait. So sorry sending prayers 🙏

@MgW1 sorry to hear also that you have experienced early mc. Sounds like you have a good plan in place re an mot! Doesn’t make it any easier to experience though. Be kind to yourself and just enjoy all the wine and food over Christmas that is a good shout! 🥂

Hey ladies, after some gutting news this morning, it looks like we'll be back TTC as soon as we can! 😔😔😔 Scan was brought forwards (I am/was/supposed to be just over 10 weeks) as I started experiencing some spotting on Mon, and it doesn't look good. Unfortunately, we need to go back next week for it to be confirmed for definite. 💔💔💔 Sorry to bring the group down, but you ladies always make me smile and have so much positivity and experience, so I just wanted to offload! And also say hello to anyone I've missed these weeks that I've been away! 😘
