@Hrps I don't really get any noticeable EWCM either, but I read somewhere that as long as it is up there where it counts, it should be fine and plenty of women have got pregnant without noticing it. I am only really going to worry about it if I don't get pregnant after a couple of months. I have heard evening primrose oil is supposed to help.

@BigLucy my LH levels dropped slowly after my peak. I tests the morning after and it was still pretty dark, but not a peak so I assume that it was fine. I definitely ovulated because my temperature went up. Are you tracking your BBT?

4DPO for me. Only thing I have noticed is that since ovulation I have just continually felt like I was going to start my period. That heavy feeling you get in your uterus! And from yesterday, my lower back has been aching a lot. Implantation wouldn't have even happened yet so I think I am just imagining it to be honest!! haha

Hi ladies. I’m in another thread on mumsnet and last month, there was success with the use of preseed and fertility cups. Sounded weird but did some research on them.

Needless to say I bought them both off amazon and have used them this cycle. Sorry this is a bit gross but I basically used the preseed 10 mins before sex, then popped the cup in a few mins after sex and kept it in for a few hours. I did that three nights in a row in my fertile window. So I guess I can be a good guinea pig for you all this month. 8DPO today. Due AF on Monday. Won’t test until Tuesday but keeping an eye on my BBT.

@Purpleflowers21 it is very weird! Haven’t felt sick again since so maybe it was a one-off.

I had my implant removed at the start of September and had a period 3 weeks later. I had an ultrasound scan at the end of September (I was referred back in February for something else but only just got an appointment due to COVID). I told the person doing the scan that I was planning ttc and she told me that she could tell that I had ovulated between getting implant removed and first period and she could also see eggs getting ready for ovulation this cycle so feel really reassured by that.

It is really hard with it being first cycle ads don’t know when to expect my period, want to avoid testing too early if I can.

Is this your first or do you have children already?

@Lemongrass9 it’s really strange isn’t it?! I haven’t actually felt sick it’s just the saliva so far 🙈 I also had a few days of very slight pains in lower right side but wasn’t sure if this was ovulation pain, but it lasted quite a few day’s so not sure. I guess as we’re on our first cycle ttc we really don’t know what to expect! We’re you on birth control before ttc? It’s also my first cycle off the pill so I have no idea what my cycle would be like and didn’t track ovulation or anything as just wanted to see how it goes at first xx

I’m on first cycle ttc first baby. I am 7dpo (opk peak on CD 18). I have been feeling cramps/twinges since about 2dpo but have really been symptom spotting 😬.

Today I had nausea so strong that made me run to the bathroom about an hour ago. I wasn’t actually sick so I ate something, had a bit a reflux but managed to keep it down. Surely it is way to early for this????

@Purpleflowers21 I have had lots of saliva in my mouth today too, feels like I need to go and spit it out (sorry - whole post is tmi!) every 10mins or so.

This is my first cycle ttc having come off the pill in August. I had a withdrawal bleed and my first period.

Have been tracking this cycle with opks, ended up with some very strong positives Sunday Monday and Tuesday, dtd for 5 days in a row and as of last night and this am they are fainter lines (thank god as I am knackered 😂)
Have attached a pic incase anyone has any advice, the one dated 10th October 5pm is actually 11th October.

Last night and this morning have a stitch type/trapped wind feeling in my right side and really sore, purple nipples, I had the sore nips last month but didn't track but dtd anyway so not sure if I ovulated or not!

So I am either 1dpo or 2/3dpo I really have no idea at this point but would love to join you so I don't go insane on my first tww!

CD19 looks like a peak too.

I don't understand the numbering on the tests but 24 looks like a very strong line.

Currently 6dpo and not really had any symptoms but this morning my mouth seems to constantly be full of saliva 🙈 anyone else had this? I’m probs just looking into things too much hahah x x

Can I join? Im 2dpo now. This is cycle 8 or 9? Struggling to remember. Obviously no symptoms this early!

@Hrps sorry I can’t help much with the EGCM advice, but have noticed others using preseed?

I'm 1DPO TTC number 1. It's the first time I've ever properly tracked my ovulation this cycle and for both high and peak on a digital clear blue. I didn't notice any EWCM however but I don't know if this is normal for me? If it doesn't work this time around what would anyone suggest to help EWCM?

Third cycle of TTC after mmc. The Mc sent my hormones into a bit of a frenzy but hoping they are resuming to normal. Mc at 8.5 weeks so hoping for some luck soon. I have a gorgeous little boy who is 17 months. We are get lucky.

I’m currently 6DPO and ovulated on CD 18. I BBT charts and use OPK alongside CBD. Hoping for a lucky month. Chart attached for anyone who’s into that 😀

@biglucy although I really want to wait until after AF is due, I know I am not going to be able to wait so I am going to test at 11DPO. Luckily I am away next week and only back for one day on Weds so I wont be able to test any other day. And when I get back ia the day before I am due on anyway, what about you?

Yes I'm 3dpo (I think!?) today! It's our 6th cycle for number 1.

I've not been using any OPKs or monitoring BBT, just an app and loads of sex

I've been quite good at waiting for AF and only tested once over the 6 months. Due 23rd this month.

Feeling positive this month, I'm doing sober October so am totally alcohol free and DP gave up smoking end of September so it feels like we're at least making positive steps to be as healthy as we can be.

@BigLucy thank you ☺️ it's definitely worth a try. I didn't find it too much of a mood killer and it definitely made a difference as my OH has commented before on my dryness. Sorry if TMI but there was a big difference with that. Really hoping it helped some swimmers get up there and improved the acidity to keep them going long enough to meet the egg. I read loads of forums about it before purchase and of course it doesn't work for everyone so I'm not convincing myself it's the magic potion but there were a lot of success stories and at this point I'd probably try anything. You thinking about giving it a go? X
