TTC October 2020 Bus

Can I join! TTC #1, cycle 5 began on Saturday with the arrival of AF. Due to ovulate on 17th according to Flo app but will be tracking more carefully this month with OPK and BBT as I haven't so far.

Is it normal to feel deep down that there is something wrong? I know I'm fairly early on in the journey but I can't shake this underlying feeling of... not quite dread, but paranoia or worry I guess? I even used to occasionally feel like this in my early 20s when I was nowhere near thinking about babies (I'm 31 now). Guess it's because I almost always have some sort of abdomen discomfort (IBS or Recurrent UTI.. I'm lucky if I have a non-bloated day) that it makes me feel like this. Have had scans in the past that have all been normal so I'm prob just being paranoid.

Jumping over from the other thread. Got a faint positive this morning but with it being cycle day 34 worried it’s not a viable pregnancy or a faulty test. Going to test again in the morning.

@Purpleflowers21 its nice to know there is someone else is the same position. Im already obsessing I've bought the cheap ovulation tests because I have no idea how long my cycle will be post pill. 30 is young, you will be fine! Im keeping everything crossed we don't have to wait too long x

@CookieMonster3001 welcome! I’m same as you but predicted to ovulate thursday! No idea if I actually will though as yes first cycle off the pill for me. X

@PurplePops first cycle for me too! I was on the pill for about 12 years so no idea if I’ll ovulate this month or not but I haven’t started tracking yet as didn’t want to become too obsessed straight away haha. Had a convo with the other half last night about how it might not happen straight away as my body might take longer to adjust push pill and he turns round and says he knows I’m worried about my age (30!) and I shouldn’t worry everything will be fine...I wasn’t worried about my age but it has got me thinking x

Hi everyone, jumping on the bus again, AF just showed up yesterday. I’m booked for cycle monitoring to start this month as I’ve been off the pill since Nov 2019 and my first scan is Friday to see what the hell is going on in there! Hopefully I will get some answers and find out what we’re doing wrong 🎉

Thanks @Flittingaboutagain I'm hoping its just too early but I have cramps today. My boobs are sooo sore which I cant remember ever getting with af but who knows anymore lol.

Caved in and tested this morning with FRER, BFN :( it really is a horrible feeling

I tested yesterday as I couldn't hold of any longer. BFN on 8dpo. Going to test again on 12dpo and if negative I am going to wait and see if AF turns up on 14dpo

@MrsMDD sorry to see what you have been through. 10 dpo many don't see a BFP yet so you still have just as much chance for this month.

Hey everyone! I'm on cycle 4 since my endometriosis surgery. I'm 8dpo and cd24 this cycle

So far my symptoms -
Dark areola
Bumps on nipples and look darker and bigger
Really sore nipples and breasts😩
Every other month I've been convinced I was pregnant but this month not had as much bd so I'm not sure how likely I am!

Hi ladies can I jump on board. I'm ttc no3. I had a missed misscarriage of twin pregnancy end of June and d & c July 13th. First af arrived on August 11th, then ttc started and I was convinced I was pregnant when I ended up 10 days late with 2 faint positives on Internet cheapies but was not to be and I spotted for 4 days. Was so confused and hopefully it was implantation but it was not. Bought pre seed and clear blue digital ovulation tests as I had been using cheap ones. A few days after spotting I had a huge pain like I would for ovulation so did a clear blue test even though i thought it was way to early in the cycle (took the spotting for a period) and got the full on smiley and same the next day then back to blank so dtd as much as possible while I had the snilwy and afterwards and now on the ttw. If you've read this far then thanks I'm so confused. My boobs are absolutely killing but got a bfn this morning. The smilies were on sept 23rd and 24th so would ovulation have been the 25th? I think that makes me 10dpo today? I'm so hopeful but it was a clear bfn. Good luck ladies and sorry to all who have had losses too xx

@adogisforlife91 I haven't told anyone either other than 1 friend (who recently had a baby) as I don't need to additional pressure of people asking if I am pregnant yet

Hi - can I join? First cycle TTC ever! I haven't told anyone in real life we are TTC so would be nice to be able to chat about it here. I'm just at the start of TWW, testing around October 17th although will be tempted to test sooner if I think I have any symptoms....

@SarahMumof1DS I'm in the 'do I track or don't I mindset'. AF not due till end of month so I'm just awaiting ovulation. I'm definitely in the cba to dtd mindset if I'm honest too so may just succumb to a month off. We've both started taking a load of vitamins. This is cycle 13 for us too 😞

I take co-q10, zinc, EPO, b complex, vitamin D and folic acid. It obviously didn't hurt as I managed to get pregnant...but making it stick and having healthy genetic viability seem to be two further separate issues which vitamins can also play a role in.

Hi I am TTC number 1, 2nd cycle. Currently going mad in my 2ww as I am 8dpo. I think I am getting symptoms but I had what I thought was implantation bleeding last cycle but ended in my AF. So I don't trust the symptoms 🤦🤣
