@SunnydazeQ I think I’m around 10-11dpo although not entirely sure. I’m going to do another test Wednesday afternoon to see if maybe I have any luck with afternoon wee 🙊 I’m pretty sure I’ll be on the November bus now though.. I did have sore boobs but that seems to be going now.. ☹️

@Theawkwardblonde

Thanks everyone for the well wishes-means a lot. DH has been a bit more acknowledging of the strain it's having on me. Annoyingly enough the bleeding stopped after a few hours so now I'm in the position again of waiting to see where my full blown period is. The bleeding was early, as I'm not due AF until tomorrow, but it didn't get any heavier. Just some wipes on the evening. Had the slightest brown spotting but not much else. I'm sick as a dog too, full of cold and have picked up a sickness bug which is annoying. Feck knows what my body is doing this month 😞 bloody fed up.
Hi @Theawkwardblonde

Its good to hear that your DH has been a bit more supportive. Did you talk to him more about how you are feeling?

You poor thing, it sounds like your body is going right through the wars. Without sounding like a herbal hippy, Echinacea can work wonders for fighting off colds and upping Vitamin D temporarily whilst you are under the weather (maybe when the sickness has subsided). I have asthma and pick up colds so easily which often turn into full blown chest infections but since regularly upping my vit D and echinacea, colds have been less severe/dont pick them up as often. I hope that helps? Be kind to yourself and your body 😊 xxx

Hi @Sunflowers81

Thank you for your message! I am ok thank you, I think I just need some more sleep tonight and dose up on painkillers!

How are you? Xx

Emc16x · 20/10/2020 16:22

Doesn’t look like the clomid worked! Cramping, boobs are getting sore and my face is covered in spots! Seems like AF is coming!!

Dogmum13 · 20/10/2020 14:43

@SparkyLauz I have 2 poodles 🥰

My longest one ever was last month at 30 days, this month was only 25! Don't know what is going on as I'm normally 27/28 days

Lemongrass9 · 20/10/2020 14:38

@PurplePops it was annoying but had a bit of weight to lose so just used the time to focus on that.

I thought I would be chilled too and I was last month - I did a test day before AF was due, saw it was negative so chucked it in the bin, had a shower and got on with my day without another thought. Wish I could bring myself some of those relaxed vibes now 😂.

I don’t track my temperature but thinking about doing it, I’ve added a thermometer and some preseed to my amazon basket and will order if AF comes this month.

The first month is so hard with not knowing what to expect...hoping you catch quickly too xx

SarahMumof1DS · 20/10/2020 14:34

@MamaPheebz do you know if you ovulated in the end?

OP posts:
PurplePops · 20/10/2020 14:27

@Lemongrass9 I thought I would be chill about it at first but I just can't help myself, thinking about tracking BBT too next month, do you do that? Ahh that must have been annoying waiting 4 months! I've got my fingers crossed for you this month! X

Its my first month so didn't expect it to happen tbh, I have had spotting, no positive ovulation and a lot of pain in lower right side so have been a bit worried but will see what next month brings! Xx

SarahMumof1DS · 20/10/2020 14:25

@MamaPheebz I was peeing every hour yesterday which isn't like me and went to bed early feeling exhausted and started getting a bloated feeling near my bladder so started to think maybe might be pregnant. But then woke up at midnight feeling so hot and sick! Threw up a few times and had a bad tummy too so think I ate something bad. Feeling rough today too. But thought I'd just do a test this morning on a cheapie and BFN. Not needing to pee as much today and CM has reduced. Just gonna wait for AF now. AF is due Sunday.

@PurplePops I love being organised with it all but I do think it adds extra pressure if it doesn’t happen when you’ve done everything right.
Not been trying long at all, only on second month but had to wait 4 months for my implant to be removed due to COVID so ttc had to wait.
I feel like im probably out this month but trying to balance being optimistic and realistic 😂.
How long have you been trying?

Sunflowers81 · 20/10/2020 14:06

@Dogmum13 @SparkyLauz @gracie2307 I'm with you on the November bus!

@gracie2307 I'm sorry to hear you are suffering, I hope you feel better soon.

PurplePops · 20/10/2020 13:55

@Lemongrass9 i definitely have an inner monica too! Love a good chart, I already have the premom app, I have about 4 apps on the go 😂 got my fingers crossed for you in your TWW, how long have you been trying? X

Theawkwardblonde · 20/10/2020 13:49

Lemongrass9 · 20/10/2020 13:35

@PurplePops I like the easy@home ones, definitely recommend using them with the Premom app as it tells you whether it is low/high/peak. My inner Monica loves the chart the app gives you too 😂.

gracie2307 · 20/10/2020 12:28

@redpeppersoup Regardless of how long your TTC journey is, its okay to feel upset and disappointed as this is something you have thought about and wanted for a while. Aww thank you 😊 I tried reading last night to take my mind off it but ended up getting absorbed by my book 🤣 yes wine is definetley a good choice, I will have a wee drink or two at the weekend! Hope you feel a bit better as the day goes on xx

gracie2307 · 20/10/2020 12:24

@SunnydazeQ Yay! Fellow July baby! 🥳 Brilliant, I think I will start putting out the same positive thoughts into the universe.

How is your day going for you? Xx

redpeppersoup · 20/10/2020 12:07

@gracie2307 I’m trying not to feel too sorry for myself because I know it can take a while and rationally there’s no point getting upset when we’ve just started, but it’s easier said than done isn’t it! I was up most of the night with cramp too, we should have posted on here and kept each other company 😂 sorry you’re not feeling good, at least we can have a Wine to drown our sorrows Flowers x

Purpleflowers21 · 20/10/2020 11:13

Hi guys. Has anyone had a false negative at 12dpo? I’m just trying to cling onto the slightest bit of hope haha. I caved and did a cheap £1 test this morning and got a BFN X

PurplePops · 20/10/2020 10:42

@Lemongrass9 I've just ordered some easy@home thought I would try a different brand for next month, convinced im out this month with no ovulation yet and random spotting. I've been testing twice a day around mid morning and 5pm but could still have missed it I guess...

@BuildingThings im on CD18, only just come off the pill at the end of Sept so no idea how long my cycle will be and I think im more concerned because I've not had faint lines just completely negative. Maybe my body is adjusting and will ovulate next month, fingers crossed!!! Xx

gracie2307 · 20/10/2020 10:20

@redpeppersoup Ah I am so sorry ☹ that must have been so hard if AF isnt normally late. The main thing is to keep positive and hope that this is the last time AF will visit 🤞

Yeah I am ok thank you, although I am feeling a bit rubbish with AF today. Terrible cramps that kept me up most of the night 😔 always worse on day 2 and 3. The last thing I wanted this month and AF is evidently feeling vengeful. Xx

BuildingThings · 20/10/2020 10:09

@PurplePops what CD are you on? The kit usually tells you when to start testing based on your cycle length. When did you come off the pill? Are there any faint lines at all? xx

@Lemongrass9 fingers crossed for you keep us updated! x

BuildingThings · 20/10/2020 10:06

@gracie2307 yeah, I get you, I’m not a fan of plain water either and I drink - a lot - of tea! But thankfully decaffeinated coffee has very little caffeine in it, so I am gearing up to having two of those a day Brew

@SunnydazeQ withdrawal headache are the worst - I’ve quit coffee cold turkey before and it is tough, had flue like symptoms at the peak of it. It’s amazing how addictive coffee is. I think your teaspoon idea is good - good luck! xx

Lemongrass9 · 20/10/2020 10:01

@PurplePops I used OPKs for first time this month, I used easy@home not one-step but I thought I was never going to get a positive, ending up getting it on CD18. Worth testing multiple times a day too as I tested at about 12pm which was negative, got a positive at 5pm, and then negative again by 7am next morning.
Not sure if that’s helpful or not!

PurplePops · 20/10/2020 09:55

Does anyone use One-step OPKs? I've been testing everyday since coming off my period and haven't had a positive... worrying now that my body doesn't ovulate, not sure if this is normal or not after coming off the pill? 😧 x
