5DPO - Any buddies?

Crossing fingers for everyone on this thread - 6dpo over here, so a bit behind the rest of you, but encouraged to see your BFPs!

9dpo and got this today plus a positive on an IC! Can't bring myself to feel excited yet after chemical in Aug and it's so early. Even this morning, the test I took was inconclusive (although when I looked at it again this evening it was a clear positive). The picture is a FRER I took this evening around 7pm and came up within 2 or 3 minutes. Had nausea on and off today, quite bad in car, which is what made me suspect that I might actually be pregnant.

@ladymary86 I don’t, but higher rhr suggest pregnancy? So would assume that as yours has increased its a good sign?

@ladymary86 congratulations! That’s definite a bfp. If you’re really early on don’t be disappointed if the clear blue digi doesn’t detect it tomorrow as they aren’t sensitive at all.

FRER sensitivity is 6.3miu/ml so more sensitive than boots own or other brands. But 10miu/ml is the next most sensitive

@xem86 you never know, some times implantation happens early so you’re more likely to get a bfp earlier. But just don’t feel like you’re completely out if you get a bfn tomorrow until AF arrives, you’re still in with a chance and most people don’t get a bfp until around 12/14 dpo, often later than that. I had a bfp 10dpo last month, unfortunately it wasn’t a sticky babe, but you can get a bfp that early.

I'm going to do tomorrow I think will be negative but I'm too inpatient! My cycle varies from 27 to 28 days... it's day 24 tomorrow so you never know 😂

@ladymary86 ah the CB digi should give you an idea of how far along you are, keep us updated!

@xem87 I'm gonna test tomorrow morning first thing, then if its negative I'll test again at the weekend unless af comes. You could test tomorrow but just be prepared that you may need another FRER in a couple of days. Boots do their own version which is cheaper but the same sensitivity, that's the one I'll be using.

@xWaterfallx when are you going to test?

I don't know when to do this FRER one I don't know if tomrrow is too early I'm getting inpatient lol

I've just realised I don't have a FRER, instead I bought Boots own version which does test from 10ml, so it's the same sensitivity. Do you think this will work as well as a FRER?

I have no idea. I thought AF Wasn't due until around the 9th but I'm clearly way off! My cycles have been between 28 and 32 days in the last few months. I've got a CB digi that I'll do in the morning

I totally caved and did an FRER tonight and got a faint BFP!!!

@Em2210 lol its torture this tww, analysing any slight change and wanting to test each day just in case! I don't know exactly when I ovulated but based on when I had ovulation pain, I'm guessing I'm 9-11DPO and on CD25, yes testing tomorrow first thing with a FRER!

@xWaterfallx oh god I know 🤣 I just couldn’t resist the urge to poas even though I knew it was gonna be a bfn lol. Had to get it out my system lol. Although have got faint lines before at 9dpo so not completely pointless lol. It was only a cheap test anyway so didn’t matter too much lol. I think I’m just going to try be patient and wait for a few days and see what my temp is doing. Are you testing tomorrow? How many dpo are you now? Everything crossed for you!!!

This morning I had a tiny bit of brown CM and cramps, both only lasted the morning and haven't come back so hoping it was due to implantation!

@xem87 if your af isn't due till Mon/Tue then testing tomorrow even with a FRER might be too soon, get a twin pack if you can, that way you could test tomorrow and if negative then again on Sunday.

@Em2210 sorry you got a BFN yesterday, 9DPO is probably too soon for most people, tomorrow you'd be 11DPO so could be worth trying again?

@xem86 BBT stands for basal body temperature, which is your resting body temperature. Basically it’s a way to get to know your cycle and it can determine when you’ve ovulated. Your temp will rise after ovulation and then stay high if you’re pregnant or it’ll drop the day of AF or when AF is on its way. It is quite sensitive so does have to be done correctly and at the same time every morning. Give it a google. I’ve done it for a long time as a way to prevent and plan pregnancy.

@xem87 Fingers crossed for you!! A FRER would be the best if you’re testing early. I did a 10miu/ml test yesterday but just had a feeling it was going to say negative so no idea why I tested really 🤣 haha. I’m going to try and hold on til Friday to test. If my temp goes up again tomorrow morning I may do one, but if it doesn’t I might just wait it out cuz if temp is low again AF is likely on her way on the weekend.

Either 8 or 9! I think 9.... I might do one tomorrow morning 😂 see what it says lol
