Hi! I’m new here. I’ve read what seems like hundreds of these threads, but never posted anything myself. I’m currently 9 DPO, I’m positive about my ovulation date as I get the really sharp pain on my left side each time! Have definitely had a multitude of symptoms. I have it stuck in my head that I’m pregnant, but I have 30 + day cycles. This would be the second one for me! Would love to have a baby, but still finishing up my schooling.. so! We will see. I went crazy and bought a ton of tests, took one this morning which was a BFN. But my period is still 7 days away, so. Would love people to keep me company from my crazy brain!!

So I'm currently so confused. I alwaysbhave a regular cycle that varies between 27-30 days always however this month I got a positive opk on day 20.so.i assume I ovulated late? And my period was due yesterday and I always start on time and I have spotting beforehand however I have had nothing other than cramps and tingling boobs I tested its a bfn but if I was to ovulate late then I would be only 9dpo so I don't know what is going on x

Ridiculous isn't it, so far since having my could out in July I've had a 42 day cycle, a 36 day cycle and this one is panning out to be a 41/42 dayer!

It's so annoying, we are trying to give it our all this month, lots of DTD, laying down for as long as possible after etc (if that even helps I dunno).

We could you be testing in the same week then, let's hope we bring each other some luck Grin

Oh wow @AKC88 - that's some long cycles! That must be really annoying when TTC. At least you know when you're ovulating this month, unlike me! I think it was between 16th and 19th so I guess I am between 3DPO and 6DPO, and AF is due between the 29th and the 2nd. Seems like an age away...

How are you both?

Finally got a peak OPK last night on CD27, my cycles are so painfully long atm-I feel like I spend so much time just waiting for something to happen. I think I will probably ovulate later today/tomorrow, meaning AF will be due 6th/7th Nov.

How are you both getting on? What DPO are you both?

Love that you're not trying but trying Sarah! 😂 All the best for this month both of you. Do you think you've o'd yet? How many dpo are you?
I'm super confused this month... normally get four or five days of ewcm but this month I'm on day eight! So no idea if I've o'd yet or not. I'll be just guessing how many dpo I am! So not a clue when AF will come... 😁 x

Nice to hear from you! Yes. Work and kids make life crazy busy, I hear you there. I’m feeling a lot more chill this month as well. But that’s a joke because I start getting the crazy brain after I’ve ovulated and closer to AF 🤪 I should be ovulating about the 15th ish, somewhere around there. I’m trying to convince my SO to start the baby making now, since we’ve just talked about wedding details for heavens sakes. If he wants 3, that’s going to take quite a few years. He’s getting on in his 30’s so 🤷‍♀️😉

Not yet I have been ovulating late since having my coil removed so like yourself expecting it some point in the next week.

Hoping to see some EWCM in the next couple of days.

Feeling a bit more chill about it this month, we haven't DTD much so far as both crazy busy with work and kids but will up our game this week.

Oh yeah have a little try anyway, good practice Grin

How is everyone?? I should be ovulating in the next week and maybe we will have an accidental, purposeful try 🤔😉 I’m assuming some of you are in the TWW now?

@Sarah3956 yeah, I read that too! Just can cause issues at the start of pregnancy I think.

You can also take at the very end of pregnancy as well! It’s suppose to help ripen the cervix Or get it ready! I was terribly uncomfortable at the end of mine and I took it!

@AKC88 yes, apparently that’s the way to do use it. It’s supposed to steady your cycles as well if they’re a bit all over the place but mine weren’t too bad anyway and it didn’t make them irregular.

@Humpty11 so I take it from now until ovulation and then stop in case of pregnancy and start back up again if/when AF arrived next time? Does that sound right? Might give it a go!

It apparently helps with increasing cervical mucus production if taken leading up to ovulation but everything I have read said not to take it in early pregnancy because of risk of miscarriage. I also took it the month that I fell pregnant with my son but it might just be a coincidence!

I’ve just got my BFP this evening after thinking AF was on it’s way for the last 5 days and I also took evening primrose oil leading up to ovulation!

Just a little update but I got a BFP on Saturday making me 4 weeks tomorrow. Still utterly in shock.
Was taking evening primrose, Angus cactus, Ubiquinol, pre conception vits as well always using Conceive Plus. Gave up coffee a few months ago too. We just really went for it in every sense possible .... but still pretty shocked. Really good luck to all you ladies going for it & Sarah when you feel you’re in a good position to TTC next year - all the best xx

Unfortunately we won’t be actively TTC until summer ish time. The house process is still coming a long and it’s just smarter for us personally to have a few things in order, before a baby ❤️ If I time a summer pregnancy, I would have the baby a few months after I finish up school! Hopefully it works as well as in my head. I’ll be checking up on you ladies because I can’t wait to hear about a BFP!!! Wishing you the best of luck 😘😘

AF came this morning! Just like clockwork. Am having a bad day, stayed home from work with my little one who has the stomach flu. 😴
