Tell me about aspirin and miscarriage

Hello

You might have seen me floating around, created a thread about chemical pregnancies recently and what your doctor did to help you. Well I’ve read a bit about aspirin helping pregnancies stick, pls tell me how you got it and how much you took and if it helped stop a further chemical pregnancy/early loss.

@Luckystar1 - great news so happy for you! When did you start taking it and how much? Did you run it by your doc or take it on your own accord. I’m currently having my second early loss in the space of 6 months. I’m going to have a phone appointment with the doc next week but wanted to know what I could do off my own back to help a future pregnancy stick.

I can only tell you about me, but:

I’ve had 4 miscarriages. My first was a MMC at 11 weeks. Successfully carried 2 babies after that. Then had 3 further miscarriages between 5-11 weeks. Took a aspirin, and I’m now 37 weeks with #3... so, I’m a big fan!
