I've had my results back at my bloods are at 2123, there saying it hasn't gone up that much so I need to go for a scan tomorrow at 8:30 😔

@Boo2020 just caught up with your rollercoaster! I have everything crossed for you. The increase in HCG is fabulous, and they say that they ideally need to be around the 2000 mark to see anything on a scan so it sounds like it's just a little early.

I had an ectopic last year - if you have any pains at all then please make sure you go to A&E straight away, just in case! Your journey doesn't sound like mine though, my levels were only 220 when I should have been 6 weeks - I was tracking and had a positive test 2 weeks before so I was confident on my dates.

4 weeks is too early to see anything really. 5 (sometimes) but normally around 6 for a decent scan unfortunately- it’s going to be a long wait :(
At least if your hcg keeps going in the right direction you still have some hope xxx

Well they usually go from the first day of your last period which was for me the 25th March, but I know I ovulated on the 2nd of May (it was a long ass cycle I didn't ovulate at all in April) so would that make me about 4 weeks!? I really don't know..

They also said it could be a ectopic but like I said they didn't see anything on the scans..😔

That’s great that your bloods are going in the right direction.
How far along do you think you are? You’re probably just too early for anything to be visible on a scan although I know that won’t give you any peace of mind x

@Boo2020 that is great news that your HCG levels have gone up definitely great news. Hopefully just really early on to see anything on the scan. I hope that you feel a bit more relaxed now though knowing your levels have increased x

Bloods (HCG level from 494 Friday to 1520 today) have trippled but need to do a repeat on Thursday to make sure its going in the right way! Didn't see anything on the scan or internal scan which is worrying me, she said it might be because I'm too early, but I would of thought she would be able to see something though 🤔..

Yeah so repeated bloods Thursday also worse case it could be ectopic, so none the wiser and still in limbo, although bloods have gone up x

@Boo2020 looking like a very strong positive. With my son I had no symptoms whatsoever apart from feeling tired I remember and at the 12 week scan was so worried but all was fine. Then when I had my missed miscarriage had every symptom tried, sick, really sore boobs so please try not to worry every pregnancy is so different and you can have symptoms or no symptoms it doesn't really tell you anything x

I did a test about an hour ago, only because some of my symptoms have gone, I know I shouldn't keep doing it but its made me a bit less anxious xx

Still a couple of days until Ovia think af is due but I’m actually starting to think I may have ovulated later this month (& that’s what’s the cramping was) so I’m expecting a longer cycle.
I would normally have af symptoms at this stage which I don’t 🤷‍♀️

@Ange211 I'm doing good, bleeding as stopped, in fact symptoms seems to have gone as I was getting a stitch like pain at the top half of my stomach, put that down to trapped wind, boobs feel tender still but not as much as the last few days ..Still nervous and anxious though 😩

As for dtd I haven't no, but just come from speaking to both hospitals and my blood level for HGC is at 449 and my progesterone level is at 49.9 as of yesterday so I am still pregnant, she thinks I'm really early going off when I ovulated, she said about it makes it roughly 2-3 weeks which she said makes sense, my local EPU have booked me a appointment for tesusday morning (after bloody literally having to speak to the ward manager) because I've not been referred from my doctor or midwife, they said they would want to see that number for my levels double on Tuesday then that will confirm what basically Essex hospital have said..that I am in fact just early in my pregnancy. She also said it definitely could be IB as its now died off and brown..

Fingers crossed it doubles...its going be the longest wait of my life..xx

@Boo2020 just sending you massive hugs and keeping everything crossed for you it is so difficult the waiting part. Just try to enjoy your time in Essex as much as you can to take your mind off things which is easier said than done I know x

CB holding steady HAS to be a good sign!
Sorry if you don’t want to share this info but did you dtd at all before the spotting? I had a cervical erosion during my second pregnancy and I would spot a bit at random times but mostly after dtd

Oh @Boo2020 I really feel for you.
Try not to panic (I know that’s impossible) BUT positives:

1. “low” hcg is relative as long as it doubles every 48 hours the number is arbitrary. They have nothing to refer it against.
2. You are only 4-5 weeks according to your cb digi so you wouldn’t expect to see anything on a scan at this stage
3. No pain
4. Old brownish blood nothing fresh or clotting indicates ib rather than anything

1. No one can give you a definitive answer
2. It’s a waiting game at this stage

The only way I can describe the spotting is at the very end of AF and there is hardly anything there, obviously it started yesterday morning and now it's completely brown and a half a teaspoon on my pad..

Just attached the clearblue and its saying what it said 6 days ago..

So me and my partner already arranged to go see his family this weekend down Essex, we set off yesterday, in the mean time I had called the EPU and midwife and because we were half way down to Essex she said she would advise me go the A&E in Essex! I was there for 4 hours, they took my bloods and did a scan (not internally), she couldn't see anything but Said it maybe because I was early, she then told me because I've been up here so long ( and I really didn't want to stay there any longer) that the gynecologist would ring me in the morning to call me back for another scan, well they called this morning and said my HCG was low and that I needed to call the EPU (back home) to get my bloods done again and a scan..

Crying this morning I'm so fed up 😢 I really feel like I can't go through this again.

I've just walked to the shop to get a clear blue, the last one said 2-3 weeks so I'm guessing if that's gone down I must be losing it..im just in limbo now and we don't get back home till Monday! But I'm going do the test now..

I've had no pain (like my last miscarriage) just a stitch like feeling at the top of my stomach and the blood isn't clotted its brown/red like old blood and just spotting..

I'm literally just in limbo and im going out for my bloody mind, my emotions are all over the place..
