No period but BFN

Hi guys. Can I jump on please and ask some advice.. I am new here and trying for a baby

I am day 40 of my cycle. Normal days run about 35 to 40 is and sometime 45. Always with cramps and pains a week before.

However this month, I have large sore nipples and full breasts. No cramping to say AF is on way which I always, always get. I have felt tired and having some headaches. And sometimes lower back pain, but not much.

Could it be my month.. I am trying not to get hopes up. Any advice would be great.. Thanks xx

Hi ladies sorry to jump on I'm new here 😁
I posted earlier in a new thread as we are TTC. Had my last proper period start 06/08. I am pretty sure I ovulated around 19/08. Not charting temp etc as Dr told me it would just stress me out & to just have regular sex. So that's what we did! Towards end of August i started to feel absolutely rotten, nauseous, exhausted and a bit crampy. Got some bleeding 02/09 which I assumed was my period, was upset but then it was so so so light. No pain at all which is unlike me (I have endometriosis and had surgery in June). It lasted about 4 days and didn't get any heavier, pink and brown ish in colour. Did a test 04/09 and again 12/09. After that the nausea continued, I keep getting hot flushes, running to the loo regularly, mood swings and feeling so exhausted I could cry. Then over the weekend DH noticed my boobs looked different. Am I going crazy?????

Aww... Maybe not there's still time. I honestly don't kmow what to think I don't know if I feel pregnant or if I'm imagining. So nauseous tho.

So I'm day 30 of a 27 day cycle, I'm fatigued and nauseous and emotional I have a splitting headache too and a little but of cold symptoms. This had been for about 4 days. Did a digital clear blue this morning and got BFN.. What do you all think? Never been late before x

OP stress can delay your period.

I’m in the same boat at the moment. My period was due 11 days ago, I done a test yesterday which was negative. I have been feeling pretty sick the last couple of days, not going to lie I am freaking out as I had a baby 10 months ago, especially as we have been careful. We were going to try again next year for number 2 🙈 I’m just trying to think if I’m feeling the same way I did with my son.

Can I have some advice please ladies. I’m cycle 2 of ttc and currently on cd41. I don’t know how long my usual cycle is as I only came off the pill in June. My first cycle was 32 days.

I keep getting symptoms that af is going to arrive but never does. Keep cramping with nothing. I’ve also started feeling nauseous and started with stitch like pains down my left side. Is my body playing cruel tricks with me or could I still be in with a chance? My partner went away on the 2nd so it’s looking more unlikely as time passes.

Hi to everyone. Thought I'd join in as I'm quite similar to you all.
I had an ectopic pregnancy in June so this is the 1st month we have been trying again.
My period due today and no sign and it's normally like clockwork never a minute late. I had cramps around 4 days ago but nothing since I've had very very light staining last night and today but not anything to be period coming. I done a clear blue digital today and it was negative.
However on the day of my missed period when I was pregnant before I got a positive test.

I done a workout on Wednesday and had to stop as I thought I was going to boke this happened me when I last found out I was pregnant.

I can't help but be hopeful but just have a feeling my period will appear

@hopefully2021 I have also been using ovulation sticks waiting for one to be peak with fertility. I think they are misleading cause the last few of mine have said low fertility but have two lines. I am going to continue using that pack as some people have said that two lines could mean you are coming up to ovulation which would be me in a couple of days if my AF was on time so I guess it wouldn’t hurt to start using them as now would be the best time but a lot of people say they are a waste of money xx

@MJM1608I have been using the clear blue tests x I used one early tests and then three digital tests that have all come back not pregnant hoping that might change in a few days but if not I’m just going to assume I’m not and start again with positivity for the next month!! Thankyou! Xx

@MAS50 oh nooo so sorry to hear that!! Hope you’re ok ❤️ It’s so typical when you tell someone AF hasn’t arrived then it comes straight away! Hope next month is your month!

@C20S20G thanks very much! What type of tests are you taking? I didn’t get my positive test until 19 days dpo! I even took a test this morning & it barely had two lines (even though I’m over 5 weeks) & the digital was a positive. Such a minefield! I hope you get your BFP!! @leftitlate37 It is really strange isn’t it! I have been reading every website possible non stop (as you do) and some say that if you don’t get your AF after six weeks then it’s classed and missed and you probably won’t get a BFP so I’m just gonna hold out a week or so and test again! They do change but only really by a few days at most! Hopefully good news but like @MAS50 said, I’d rather just know so I can start again! Thanks! Xx

thanks @C20S20G! that sounds so strange with your symptoms but negative tests? i guess do hormonal levels change diff amounts in diff people and could just be taking a while to show up? what are you doing to do do you think, wait it out /keep testing? all sounds really promising doesnt it!! i defo had 2 very weird nights with vivid dreams -and i rarely have that. do your cycles change length much normally?? fingers crossed for u!!! x

Congrats to @MJM1608 and @leftitlate37! I am now eight days late and have had vivid dreams, sore boobs, feeling sick and could fall asleep sitting up! But all my tests have been negative! it’s so frustrating!

argh @MAS50 sorry :( anyway, onwards as u say, get this out the way and crack on with the next cycle :) got a good feeling for u ;) its funny when i looked back on some of the message boards from last month, when this was me saying AF had arrived and others said hopefully next month then... and here we are, so, it's gotta be all our chances at some point! everything crossedfor u!

I'm out. AF arrived about 10 mins after my last message! I'm ok with it, didn't feel like it was my month and now I can move on and try again this cycle! So pleased for you both though @leftitlate37 and @MJM1608 and let us know how you get on in the morning @hopefully2021 xxx

glad its not just me @MJM1608 ;) yeah agree it does feel bit overwhelming eh! i get so paranoid about health issues, so sure every twinge, change and whatever i'll be looking it up! be ace when u can tell friends :) remind me when u r doing for the scan?? awww so exciting for u and hubby!! i kinda just stood there when it flashed up, and waited for the "weeks" to show up before running into tell hubby!
ha errm, i dont know, i literally havent though about booking an appt...maybe monday?! think i want to check again first!! ive just looked up that early scan u mentioned, tempted to try that as if with covid rules hubby cant come to NHS stuff then be nice to have him along at an early stage.

So excited for you both! I'm starting to get some cramps this evening so think AF is on the way. If nothing tomorrow I will get a FRER for Saturday morning I think. I'm brand new to the app and can't seem to work out how to tag either of you 🤦‍♀️

@leftitlate37 haha totally with you!! I’ve downloaded the pregnancy + app to track the growth & been trying to do research on how my body will change and develop! It’s very overwhelming and quite lonely not being able to speak to my best friends about it but will be worth the wait! Scotland restrictions will help me hide it more! He must have got an amazing surprise! I was so shocked I asked my hubby to check it & he confirmed the second line. After we picked our jaws up off the floor we jumped with joy 😁
