Spotting for me a day or two before my is totally normal. My legs also hurt so much so I can feel AF arriving. I think I am probably right and she’ll be here tomorrow.

@Kaybobx not today, holding till 10dpo as we leave for holiday 11dpo. Deliberately didn’t catch pee today so I wouldn’t.

@Kaybobx ugh I really thought there would be a line by now!!! Wtf ugh, its just so annoying though isnt it!!! Like whyyyyyyy can't we just freaken pregnant. You guys BD'd so much that I am hoping you just haven't implanted yet!!!! 9dpo is the most common day to implant so heres to hoping you will get your BFP in 2 days 💜💜

@Boc86 when I was looking at agnus castus to regulate my moods before deciding on Maca Root I was going to buy this one because it was cheap lol

I decided not to take AC because I already have regular cycles and this can mess them up badly so I chose maca instead.

I found the reviews on this 400mg agnus castus and everyone said it regulated their cycles

Judging by the reviews it seems to regulate their cycles. Since no one says how much they took I assume it was as per instructions on the box which would likely be 1 pill a day since is 400mg.

So to answer your question 400mg seems to be the norm.

Guys hubby is spoiling me to the max, I can smell breakfast being made and I got more presents over and above Ava I got Samsung buds+ as well and a card and he made me a frame with our wedding song on looks like a Spotify track and if I scan the code it plays the song its super cute. Hubby went all out this time I cannot believe he actually held out until today with these LOL!!!

I’m sure I read people’s tablets are 400mg

Yes it truly is breathtaking 😍 our dog is here with us haha. Couldn't leave her behind shame poor baby lol. Will leave her at our cottage we are staying in for a few hours tomorrow if we can get booked into the castle and go to the distillery she will be fine on her own she is used to it with us at work. (We have our neighbour take her out midday for a walk)

@Kaybobx awww how amazing was she then to explain everything to you as she was going!!! That makes it feel worthwhile you know.
I heard this myth about ovulating from one side one month and one side the next month - I had never heard of this until joining these forums. I think because I have always had left side pain I guess I have assumed I always ovulate from that side lol!!! Which I am guessing when I go for my scan the same thing will be seen as your right side lol.

Lol!!! No it doesn't always rain in Scotland 😂😂😂 thats funny!!! The photos of Scotland you see on the Internet and real estate photos of home are not only taken 1 day a year I promise lol. It does rain a lot but definitely not all the time 🤣🤣🤣
