Soy isoflavones - good or bad experiences!

Hi all,
I’m thinking of taking soy isoflavones this cycle as I don’t think my cycle has come back properly after having the coil removed yet. Interested to hear good or bad experiences with it, and which days you took it on! I’m thinking 3-7 as I’m 38 but have been ovulating late so would like to bring it forward so don’t want to rush 4-8 Incase it pushes ov back. Thanks!

@LaceyMermaid pretty much the same situation as you, but after having the implant taken out.

@LaceyMermaid I did 5-9 for two cycles and 2-6 for two cycles.

Thanks @AnxiousAnnie86 I’m torn between taking them 2-6 to bring ov forward but I don’t want eggs that aren’t mature because at my age they’re not likely to be good so feel like 4-8 would be ideal to mature them. Thinking 3-7 would be a good compromise for me to start on!

@laceymermaid I'm currently on 3rd cycle taking them I'm in TWW they have somewhat regulated ovulation for me, before it was anywhere from 17 to 32cd it now is generally between 21-24 If I am unsuccessful this month I am going to take them Cd2-6 rather then 3-7 c

Didn't work for me, with Ds. The time I did conceive was the first month I didn't take them. Personally I'd give them a miss.
