@chloedancer897 thanks I can actually feel my abdomen being a bit tight sorry can’t explain it better. I’m back with OH Tuesday morning so just need to get in DTD on Tuesday and Wednesday and hope peak isn’t until Monday. Xxx

Can I ask what was the earliest scan that you booked? I'm thinking ahead here but when I get my bfp I want to get a scan as early as possible but actually want to be able to see something so maybe 2 weeks after bfp at about the 6 week mark I was thinking... because I had a blighted ovum I won't feel pregnant until I actually see a fetal pole so will be anxious to get a scan in early xx

Just wanted to say thanks for all your well wishes for today, little bean was hanging out in there and all good, now measuring a couple days ahead at 11w1... this was a private scan, 10 sleeps until the NHS one 😬

@chloedancer897 I think 20% deep sleep is the high end of normal, but for the actual hours asleep; I'm rubbish at it and August is the first month I've averaged over 6 1/2 hrs this year but the only things I've found have helped improve it is getting into bed earlier and trying to not use my phone for the last hour before bed to help wind down x

@GanderousGoose welcome to this thread. It's full of positivity and support so you are most welcome here. Don't know if I can help with the symptom spotting and early testing as I regularly do both but sure we can compare squinter tests and symptoms together 😂😂

@Northernsoul9 I have the headspace app. I've always been a bad sleeper but I didn't realise just how bad it was! No wonder I'm constantly exhausted! I'll download that other app too. Thanks for the suggestion xo

@GanderousGoose Welcome! I'm sorry for your losses 💖. It's so hard not to test early isn't it! I'm 4dpo today and trying not to symptom spot so we are in the tww together. Are you on a few different ttc threads? Everyone is really friendly and supportive on here 😊 xx

@chloedancer897 Sorry that you've had a down day today - it's so tough seeing announcements on Facebook 💔. I'm not sure what you can do to get better overall sleep quality, are you quite anxious and worked up about things? I've just started using the Balance app for meditation, they personalise it to you and there are specific sleep meditations on there whether that would help? Xx

Please could I join this thread? I've had one previous MC around 14 years ago, one successful pregnancy DS13 and a chemical just earlier this month. I'm 40 and feel like this year will be my last chance. I think I'm around 6dpo, so in the 2WW, and need support to not test too early!! I seem to be killing other threads I post on today so hopefully you ladies will not mind adding me to this one.

@MichT4 so glad you are more positive today. Hoping you can get a move on with tests etc but don't fret too much about them. Just keep doing what you're doing and try not to focus too much on what's going on inside (easier said than done!)

@Diorissimo1985 great news! Take the rising hcg as a positive. As the other girls have said on here, some bleeding is normal in pregnancy and related to hormones and changes to your cervix.

Had a bit of a down day today. 3 pregnancy announcements on my Facebook feed and my nephew just had a baby (unplanned, isn't with the mum anymore, he very young). I just feel like I see pregnancy all around me and I feel like a bit of a failure.

However had my second Accupuncture session yesterday and it's been great. I keep reacting badly to one of the needles and she said it's my stress pressure point so she thinks this is where a lot of my issues are. Also, with the Ava I can see how little I'm actually sleeping. Average 5-6 hours a night and only 20% deep sleep. So I'm sure that's not helping either! Anyone any tips for better sleep??

@Northernsoul90 this scan was at the epu. But they have discharged me now. So I would have to contact gp to be referred again if I have any problems.

Thanks everyone! It is a relief. I will still get worried though I can’t help it. Don’t feel out of the woods yet. I have noticed though the sacs bigger this time even though it’s earlier so that must have been a sign something was amiss before, was only 4.8cm at 7+3 but I’m 6+5 and 6.8cm... just something I hadn’t thought of until now. I expected to be a couple of days out so I’m not too concerned by the 5+6 today but I’ve just messaged a private scan place to try and get one for a week on Sunday when I would have said I’d be 8 weeks (when I had the complete MC last time). Then I would like another at 10 weeks if I get that far. Then back to hospital at 12 weeks. I’m just trying to take one day at a rune because although it’s exciting its so scary too xx

@Firevie yea I will test again on Monday I reckon, by that time surely if its good news it will show! Been googling too much and my head is fried but seems to be that if youre having any preg related symptoms then your hcg levels should be high enough to get a BFP but since I had 2 BFN's already, last one on Wednesday I reckon my AF is just late!

@MichT4 that’s the spirit! Have some fun with dtd! We haven’t dtd in AGES! 7th august!!!! So I’m feeling frisky lol and now have to hold off until I’m back home lol

Sorry I've been MIA. We've DTD regularly and I think I've just ovulated so we have a good chance at least. So now the hard tww!! It feels ages away. Tbh I think it won't be this month but you never know!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 I hope you're all well & sending out positive vibes for BFP's for all!! ❤️

@Firevie we DTD this morning and will just keep at it as much as poss just to make sure. The ideal would be to have a period anyway, because that sac has to come out, but obviously I wouldn't grumble if a rogue bean wanted to lodge itself in. Just going to take it as it comes for now xx

@MrsK21 @Diorissimo1985 @MichT4 @gizmo167 thank you! I think I will just keep testing to get an idea and then once I’m home on Tuesday jump on OH and hope that we will catch with dtd once only! Hopefully my peak will not happen before Monday then i should ovulate within 24/36 hours so dtd on Tuesday should hopefully cover us!

@micht4 if you’ve got a dark line I say get to business and dtd ?! You never know!!!

@MichT4 I am good thanks! Aww that's annoying, it's crazy how much COVID has had a knock on effect on other NHS services even though they are unrelated. Doubly annoying if they are doing private appointments like @2020wish says!!

@Firevie I'm no good with opks never could trust them when I was ttc with my dd because of the pcos but I'd say you're close too but still in with a chance lovely x

No further updates from me, terrible blinking headache today yet again! Just wish I knew now, really can't help thinking though if it were good news then I'd have got a bfp on Wednesday when I tested! I haven't even told my oh, I don't want to get his hopes up for nothing!

@MichT4 yea my doctor told me also the nhs clinic aren’t open yet either but those same doctors are still doing private appointments. So annoying

@Diorissimo1985 that's great news though, if hcg is rising as it should. If anything had gone wrong to cause your spotting and cramps, the levels would probably show already. I really hope you continue to get good results. How are you feeling? Maybe call EPU for a scan? How far are you? xx

Hi ladies, how is everyone today?
I have my bloods back and HCG has risen (not loads but just within boundary) but progesterone hasn’t gone up much. Frustratingly GP didn’t seem too bothered and has just said to repeat tests next week. No more pink cm but cramps are quite bad - like period cramps but all across abdomen.

Why is this so hard girls?!
