Sorry I've been away so long work has been absolutely manic and I only get time to glance through all the threads!

I'm on annual leave now and I can fibally relax a little. I've also been off the thread a bit cos I wanted to take a step back this cycle as I obsessed to much last cycle. But then bang I'm 5 days late with only bfn and a stomach that's rumbled for days and I'm frustrated and confused as hell, has anyone had this?
@MichT4 I've been following your journey when I can and I'm so sorry you have been through so much I really hope you get some help soon and your much deserved happy ending.

@VP91x I know you got your pcos diagnosis threads ago but I'm sorry to hear that but glad it's something manageable, I actually found out about pcos during lockdown when I got onto health and diet youtube vidoes and it came up as few times.

@Pugprincess congratualions on your pregnancy lovely scan pic x

@Northernsoul90 earliest scan I had was 7w1, so nearly 4weeks after BFP 🤯 for me it was because I had scans around 6w and 7w last time and saw the HB so wanted to wait longer this time as odds really increase of a successful pregnancy around 8weeks. But you can definitely go in around 6weeks to see the initial flicker of the HB ❤️

Thanks again for all your kind words, the next scan is the NHS dating one which will be my first one alone (nearly scan buddies again @Pugprincess as mine is on the 7th)🤞 I am very happy and grateful and strangely zen for the first time in a while x

I got up just before 6 😴 my parents have changed my mattress at theirs and it's awful, I'm feeling very princess and the pea but I will be requesting a change of mattress before my next visit 😂

Good morning ladies, glad to see I'm not the only one up early on a Saturday. I've been really busy with getting ready to move this week (part of me is glad I'm not pregnant still as there's been a lot of heavy lifting!) and today is the day of the big move! London to Cornwall!

Excitingly I am also just coming into my fertile window so will have to grab my OH at some point this weekend

I've not had time to comment but I've read everything that's happened to you all this week and I'm so invested omg My heart goes out to all of you xx

@HappyVibes that sounds like a manageable wait, I can only hope for the same. Where abouts are you? Bit of a postcode lottery isn't it.

@Firevie yeah I think I probably am, I'm a bit sad about my Mum, I think she feels terrible she might have upset me. The last message she had sent me on thirsssj she said she was worried and felt really upset and I just ignored her. To be fair I was going through some stuff on Thursday so it wasn't completely intentional. I might have to patch things over with my mum as I never actually told her loads. But you're right, I think I don't need people bringing me down about what we might or might not be doing. It's our choice, and you need positivity and people who understand you. I'm happy my sister doesn't understand, but it's just easier keeping things distant regarding TTC. I only told her because of the holiday, so business as usual from now.

@MichT4 good morning lovely! So morning...I have no idea why I’ve been awake so long on a Saturday.

I don’t feel I waited long for the appt tbf, it was much sooner than I initially anticipated. My GP sent the referral mid-late June & my appt is for 9th sept. In between that I’ve needed another cycle to ensure I have bloods taken so it’s worked out as quick as it can be I guess. I was quite impressed tbf and glad that everything’s still up & running without delay so hopefully you get a similar feel girl xxxx

@GanderousGoose sorry you find yourself here but you’ll see this is an amazing group to be in
@MichT4 I think you’re doing the right thing distancing yourself from your family a little. It’s all about who can make you feel better at the moment.
@chloedancer897 I do temp actually. No dip this morning yet! Phew haha but I’ve had a steady temperature for the past three days so there maybe a dip tmr or Monday!

@GanderousGoose welcome to the thread, I'm also in the TWW - 5DPO but feel it's really dragging. There's a bunch of us in a similar time frame so hopefully we get some lovely BFPs between us 😊

Yeah I think this is something I just want to share with OH and you ladies now. It's the only support I need at the moment. No judgement, just great chats with amazingly strong women 💕💕💕 xx

@MichT4 I’m not really 100% sure what to expect from my appointment or what it’s going to entail. My GP referred me after my 2nd chemical, cos in total we had then had 3 MC. So they referred me & this is my first appt. I don’t think we will need it as I’ll have my BFP before the 9th 😉

Hope you’re feeling a bit better after distancing yourself. Sometimes you just need to be in your own space for some time. You have us to be involved and invested in your TTC journey xxxx

@Firevie I never was good with CM either until I paid more attention to it. And now I definitely notice the EWCM but I couldn't rely on just that. Do you temp too? I've found it so much more helpful than just the OPKs. A month is a long time for both of you! Fingers crossed it falls at the right time and if not, enjoy it anyway!

@HappyVibes I have sleepcasts on my headspace app that are great for helping me fall asleep but I'm on my phone before bed so I'm sure that doesn't help. I can get to sleep ok but it's staying asleep that's my problem!lol

@MichT4 I'm so sorry your family have been so hurtful. I actually haven't told any of my family members as I know they just wouldn't get it. It makes it quite lonely at times but I just couldn't deal with all the questions and judgement from them really. I think your idea of not telling your sister anything in the future until later is a good idea as they clearly don't know how much their words are hurting you xo

@chloedancer897 yeah I'm trying to not rely on the tests, I think I'll be waiting a long while so might as well put it to the back of my mind. Feel like there's a long road ahead
Sorry you've had a tough day. I generally still feel a bit like that too. My mum came over and I can't really be normal, my family generally hurt me yesterday with their comments, I just want to shut myself away.

@chloedancer897 for sleeping I use YouTube meditation - if you type in fertility meditation there are some good ones more than 30mins long & I just play them and I never get to the end of them I’m asleep before I know it ha.

@Northernsoul90 good question re the early scans. I had a private one at 8wk last time - all was well then. So think I will do 8 & 10 private - then NHS at 12. Unless they allow more early scans through NHS when I go to my appt on 9th sept xxx

@chloedancer897 lol well I’m not v good with understanding / analysing cm unfortunately! Never know the difference 🙈 oH is back in London already but I’m still in Vienna. I go back to London Tuesday morning so just hope my peak will hold off until Monday so I have a chance to dtd on ovulation day and the date after. Well that’s all in my head anyway but as we all know when it comes to TTC there’s no such thing as controlling our bodies! So guess will just see how it goes. Will dtd with OH anyway on Tuesday as it’s been a month and I need to get myself some loving lol 😂 xxx
