@HappyVibes thank you! Usually BBT should drop though right? My premom app hasn’t identified a peak yet and I think it’s a peak once it hits 1?! Last time it identified a peak at 1.85 but having said that I hadn’t tested any previous days before I got the 1.85 result. On Thursday I hadn’t yet ovulated as my doctor would have told me. She said I was still a few days off ovulation. But you’re right I will do a test first thing in the morning. Hopefully that will be clearer. Xxx

HappyVibes · 29/08/2020 18:14

@Firevie I would suggest doing one in morning SMU but not drinking anything. From your test yesterday I would say you were looking at peak yesterday/today but please don’t take my word for it as I use the CBD in addition to these ones you’re using just because I never trust my own interpretation of these ones. I’m sure the other ladies will advise more confidently xxx

Firevie · 29/08/2020 17:59

Ladies I’m none the wiser with my OPKS. See pic. Fluctuating so much. I did have 0.5ml of bubble tea half hour ago so not sure if that’s dilated it. I have noticed some white stretchy cm. So I’m thinking it’s on its way but very gradual lol. Will just do OPKS when I wake up tmr morning I think as I wouldn’t have been to the loo or had anything to drink for 6 or so hours xxx

Lollol86 · 29/08/2020 17:43

@KatiePlus3 so sorry for your loss, there's still no picture attached. Can you see the paper clip when you type a comment? Xx

KatiePlus3 · 29/08/2020 17:36

so this is my post.....

Hi Guys! New to mumsnet! Long story short, I have 3 beautiful children who are 8, 4 and 2, me and my partner decided at the end of last year we would like our 4th and final baby to complete the family before I turn 30 and move on to the next chapter :) well fast forward to february this year I lost our baby at 8 weeks classed as a missed miscarriage and needed the vaccum (whilst awake, new procedure) to remove fetus and tissue. Since then we have been trying and taking a relaxed approach and just using my phone to track ovulation and weve had no luck! I've now moved on to ovulation tests and have no idea what I'm looking for and wondered if I could post a photo for you guys to look at and tell me if they're positive or negative! But I have no idea how to even post a photo! Any help would be appreciated! :) xx

KatiePlus3 · 29/08/2020 17:00

@Lollol86 I'm on my google chrome browser I've just downloaded the mumsnet app and it says I can add a photo :) bare with me xx

Lollol86 · 29/08/2020 16:50

@KatiePlus3 I think if you are new to mn you need to wait 24 hours before being able to upload photos x

KatiePlus3 · 29/08/2020 16:41

@MichT4 I'm on my phone and theres no paper clip :(

Firevie · 29/08/2020 16:37

@MichT4 hello Loki 🥰🥰🥰 so so cute! Enjoy Loki! Xxx

MichT4 · 29/08/2020 16:34

@KatiePlus3 hello! When you write a message, there should be a paper clip? You can add them there and we can take a look xx

KatiePlus3 · 29/08/2020 16:23

Hi Guys, new to mumsnet! I've just written my 1st post but not had any response yet, is there anyone here who could take a look at my ovulation tests and tell me if they're positive or negative? I've never used tests before, my last 3 babies were all surprise babies 😂 I'm not quite sure how to post a photo! TIA xx

Lollol86 · 29/08/2020 16:06

@MichT4 oh hello Loki, you are certainly very cute ❤️ xx

HopeForRainbowbaby · 29/08/2020 15:58

@MichT4 hallo Loki🥰

MichT4 · 29/08/2020 15:44

Ooh sounds promising @MrsK21. And the CM is always a good sign @Northernsoul90

@Firevie yeah try again later and see what that shows. I think afternoons are generally better.

@gizmo167 that's so annoying. I started getting stronger AF symptoms after MC - seems so unfair! When are you testing again? Sorry, think I missed it.

Ladies, meet Loki. He is home now and already exhausted 🥰🥰

Firevie · 29/08/2020 15:38

@MrsK21 ooh exciting!!! Fingers crossed you get a BFP! Yes will Test once more this evening and will carry on every day until I’m back with OH! Let’s see. Hopefully even one day of DTD will get us there XX

MrsK21 · 29/08/2020 15:18

@susiebluebell ah feeling jel of your big move! I moved the other way round a few years ago and miss the sea breeze and fresh air! London is amazing but still not quite over the grubby feeling when I get home

@Firevie I'd carry on testing, hopefully your peak coincides with your reunion with OH and you can get more than 1 day in!

@MichT4 not symptom spotting but was mega tired yesterday and also needing to pee way more than usual at night. That's only happened one night so will keep a semi eye on it over the next few days 👀
@Northernsoul90 I've had increased lotiony wet CM too. Argh who knows! Let's hope we both get BFPs- I'm just a day ahead at 6DPO (by Glow and Fertility Friend) but Fememoter decided yesterday to change me to 5DPO 🤷🏽‍♀️

Emsnewmum · 29/08/2020 11:15

@nothernsoul
I've been pretty regular 31 days 32 at most but I get spotting on day 31 on my 32 day cycles. The only time I've been this late is after my first misscarriage and that was 37 days. So looks like this is going to be even longer or not at all. The worse thing is last time I thought id missed a period I gave up hope and two weeks later got sore boobs randomly thought Oh I must be ovulating but turned out I was pregnant but that ended in a missed misscarriage. If I do miss my period when should I expect ovulation? I have been very stressed at work but to be fare I often am and I've never missed a period in my life maybe this is a first x

Firevie · 29/08/2020 11:06

Ladies just done OPKS as I will be out this pm. Somehow I don’t think morning is a good time for me. It’s dropped again ...so weird but still more than what it has been - attaching a pic for clarity. If I’m back in time I might do another one around 6pm. But since BBT also hasn’t yet dropped I think ovulation May be another couple of days, def on its way but may just be holding off until I can dtd with OH. What do you ladies think? Xxx

Can honestly say girls in all my years of periods & at my worst times when the pcos played havoc I haven't ever had symptoms like this month, ever! The headaches are the worst & i would usually have light cramping for maybe 2-3 days before af, a little brown discharge maybe a day or so before & side boobs but this cycle omw this has been going on a week now! If she would just show now & put me out of my misery!

Northernsoul90 · 29/08/2020 09:38

@MichT4 Aww that's so exciting that its puppy day!! ❤️ I bet you can't wait! I'm 5dpo today and I've had loads of cm yesterday and day before that's like lotion/milky wet. Will see if that continues today but whether that's a symptom who knows?!

I'm back at work on Tuesday for the first time in months and I think I'm subliminally worked up about it as my eczema is really flaring up - on my face of all places! I then worry that because I'm worried if an egg has fertilised it won't implant. I need to try and stay as calm and stress free as possible. It's such a vicious cycle.

@SmileyT Thanks for that! 🥰

@Emsnewmum Hello! Are your periods usually regular? How frustrating for you, I've once before had a cycle that went on for ages - week late on period and bfn when I was really stressed at work and I don't think I had ovulated. When did you last test? Xx

@gizmo167 Milestones are so hard aren't they 😔 I hope you are okay... It's frustrating because af signs and early pregnancy signs can be so similar. Last time I got bfp I was convinced I was starting my period as I had cramps just like it but then she didn't show and I turned out to be pregnant. Don't lose hope yet. How many dpo are you? When will you test? Xx

Firevie · 29/08/2020 09:37

@MichT4 just seen you’re picking up your puppy today!!! Awww please post pics xx

Firevie · 29/08/2020 09:36

@gizmo167 oh no sorry to hear about all the losses! That really is so hard to take! Don’t know how you’re holding it all together!!! It’s not wrong to have hope as that is what we are entitled too but of course you’re upset and disappointed that is also normal. Allow yourself to all these feelings. Once you’re ready you’ll get back up and rise and we will be here with you every step of the way! Xxx

gizmo167 · 29/08/2020 09:28

Thanks @Firevie the stuff that I said in my head at half five this morning couldn't be repeated without the air turning blue I'll tell you lol! I feel absolutely gutted, I think i just held on to too much hope this month, our lost one would have been due middle of September so I'm aware of that and this month has been an awful one for me personally, I lost my mum in November & her 60th birthday wouldve been this month & my late husband's anniversary too so big milestones that would have been made so much easier by that bfp!

Welcome @GanderousGoose sorry for your losses, hopefully that bfp is here soon! The girls here are really supportive, I'm new here too x
