@BEESY90 definitely go down to the hospital in the morning as a midwife will probably ask you to do the same, sending you lots of love xxx

@VP91x OMG so painful having to input all the data from the beginning lol
So if OPKS are negative until it’s a peak how do I know when I get a peak as the premom just shows it as low? Xxx

@Firevie it's a little old school but the best by far at being accurate it is my absolute fav, with the OPKs only put positive when it is actually peak because everything else is negative! Xx

@Hayley19835 ooh, that seems like a good sign already, got to love a bit of ewcm haha.

That's good that the docs have done that, do you think you will go for the IVF? It is so frustrating that these things are so so expensive xx

Thanks @VP91x I’ve just downloaded fertility friend - seems a lot more complex lol
Also on the ops it just goes by positive or negative - not as accurate as with the actual figures? If it’s low it’s still a positive test right?

@BEESY90 oh no! I'd do as @VP91x advised. I did the same with my spotting and went to A&e. Luckily they were not busy in the EPU and I got an appointment there for the very next morning (referred from A&E) as they're open 7 days.
Did the spotting start off red? Sometimes it can be old blood but red and clots sounds like you should get yourself checked out. Do you have any cramping?
Praying your little bean is ok in there especially after all you've been through xxx

@VP91x I'm using CB digital again this cycle so much easier than trying to figure out what a normal opk is saying 😂 tons of EWCM today so will be started DTD from today. How you doing?

Got OH's forms through in post yeaterday for his 3rd SA to see where we are at before we decide whether we can afford IVF or not so need to ring hospital Tuesday to arrange an apt to drop it off

Sorry to hear your going through a misscarriage you are in the right place for support , may I ask how far along were you? I've had two very different one my first was at 6 weeks and it was just like a heavy period. My other was a bit more complicated but the epu told me it can be one 'main event' where you pass clots and the material tissue ect and then it lessens after that. X

@Beesy90 oh no! I would head over to A&E in the morning as there will be a gynaecologist there who can assess blood tests and check your cervix etc before booking you in for a scan at EPU on tuesday. That's what they done for me when I went in on a weekend. I really hope you're okay.

@Firevie creamy CM isn't as fertile, yeah definitely do it after midday so 2/6pm would be a good time xx

@Emsnewmum that's good that you are distracted, it could just be a weird cycle unfortunately. They are so annoying xx

@VP91x ok thanks won’t bother in the morning then. May try and resist and do an afternoon one! I’m off to a spa retreat with my friend from school tmr but don’t want to tell her about TTC so I may have to sneak up into our room when she’s at the spa and do an OPKS quickly but if it will provide more clarity then I might try and do an afternoon one. So if I have lotion cm what does that mean? Sorry I’m so slow and confused lol xxx

Hi Ladies, I don’t if any of you who have had had miscarriages can perhaps guide me what may happen? I have been spotting since Monday and thats changed to bright red now and I have lost some clots. Obviously GP has shut shop for weekend and not sure where to turn with what to expect x

@vp91x I tested yesterday when I was four days late, don't feel any symptoms of af or pregnancy just rumbling like noise for days.
This is definitely the longest I've gone now without a period and Im trying to prepare myself for how il feel when it finally comes.

My mum is up visiting and I have a fair few things to keep me distracted and relaxed x

@Firevie I would test after midday, the morning sample won't tell you much because LH builds up in the morning which is why OPKs are done in the afternoon.

Creamy CM is more like a lotiony feeling xx

@VP91x thanks I think I will just do another test tmr. Did you think I should test first thing when I wake up or before I leave at 11.30am? I just told OH and he said let’s see tmr but that I shouldn’t stress cos we will have our baby and at least it’s good to know I’m ovulating on time / so early etc! And yes that’s what I’m grateful for but you ladies get it! When TTC every day seems like a lifetime so waiting for another month potentially is just ugh! Hopefully tmr morning my OPKS will go up again!!! Xxx

@Firevie hmm going by OPKs I don't think the CD15 dip meant anything, modt like a fluctuation. I'm not sure about premom tbh, I know it is a little bit tempermental. I would definitely put your temps into Fertility Friend and the results from your OPKs negative/positive. It is very good at pinpointing ovulation.

Also fertile CM is very clear/can be a bit cloudy and slippery and stretchy like the consistency of an egg white (lovely!) haha xx

Ugh thanks @VP91x and @SmileyT so annoying that I didn’t test yday evening as I was at home anyway !!! Actually looking at my BBT I had a drop on cd15. Have a look at the pic. And temp has been consistent for past 3days. The confusing thing is though that premom hasn’t updated its calendar prediction for ovulation and neither has it identified yesterday’s as a peak despite me having done two tests since. Premom did update everything last time as soon as I had my peak. Any knowledge on this?! Is EWCM clear or white?! Sorry I’m clueless when it comes to cm! Also I’m out tmr from 11.30am so Test at 11.30?! And not drink for two hours before?! Xxx

@Firevie also with your OPK timings don't bother in the early morning. Try maybe 12/4/8pm for the next couple of days xx

Evening ladies, have just caught up on everything from yesterday 💕

@2020wish that's great, let me know how you get on with them. I've booked myself in for another private scan Wednesday to see if I'm likely to ovulate this cycle, and I have another set of bloods that my doctor is doing for me. Then my gynae appt is on 6th October. X

@Hayley19835 are you doing OPKs this cycle? Exciting that you're going into FW feels like the most productive time!

@gizmo167 what was the ovarian drilling like? What's the recovery time?

I hope it is a positive for you with all these symptoms, it is alot to deal with when you're suffering with alot of emotional pain. Be kind to yourself and let yourself grieve for these moments. When my due date of my lost pregnancy came around I was a mess so, I can sympathise Xx

@Pugprincess beautiful scan pic, so amazing that you heard a heartbeat must have been such a relief! 💕

@Wishingfornumber2 hey🥰 lovely to hear from you. So weird that it says that it definitely should be the cycle day. So if it says 11 then Cd11 for sure otherwise you'd definitely miss it!

@Diorissimo1985 how are you feeling? Positive that HCG still rose, some people do rise more slowly anyway the limits are so so vast. I hope all keeps going okay!! ❤️

@Pancakes7 definitely keep positive there's no reason why it couldn't be this month! You have just good a chance xx

@chloedancer897 I hope you are feeling better today. Have you tried having a long bath with lavender? Also there's this balm from LUSH called sleepyhead or something along those lines that is meant to be really good.

@Emsnewmum I'm glad you have some time now to relax. When was the last time you tested? This seems to be happening alot, so annoying when you're in limbo. Thank you, it was a massive shock but now I have steps to move forward with it, thankfully xx

@Firevie the only thing I would say about the OPK is I would be cautious that peak would have shown in the evening yesterday at CD17 as you didn't test after 2pm. However if nothing changes with your BBT over the next day or so and CM only becomes like EWCM then maybe it is still to come! Xx

@Firevie as you only tested once yesterday early on if I was going to guess I'd say you peaked last night and ovulating today or tomorrow, hopefully it's actually tomorrow/Monday and then maybe you could just catch it on Tuesday when you're home x

@KatiePlus3 sorry for your loss...is your test line stronger than the control line? If it is then it's a positive test if it's just a bit lighter, I'd keep testing every 4-6hrs to catch it.

@gizmo167 sorry that pre AF is being cruel, hope you've had loads of time to rest today x

@Northernsoul90 lol I know it’s so weird with these cheap OPKS but they worked fine along with BBT last time so was just going by that. My Cb ones are at home in London lol
I guess my doctor said on Thursday she could see the. Follicle and that it would be couple of days/next week until I ovulate. Ugh this is so confusing! Just want it to be tmr morning now so I can test again haha. Cm is def creamy sticky and I just googled as I’m useless with cm so I guess it’s an indication for pre ovulation? Xxx

@Firevie Im useless at interpreting opks! I just use the CB so I know for certain what's happening and I just do one a day with FMU. I think BBT only drops pre ovulation for some women - some women won't see a drop but everyone should see their temp rise afterwards. I hope someone else can answer your question about the lines!! Xx
