@familybythesea - the receptionist sounds as delightful as the one at my surgery!! You should definitely make a complaint. My experience wasn’t half as rude as yours - but I got off a phone consultation today, the Dr spent ages going through everything and said normally we’d wait for a year, but I want to get the ball rolling for you fertility investigations! The Dr said to change my address as I moved just as lockdown begun, so I told the receptionist and she said “that’s out of catchment, you need to register else where, sorry!”

I’m 5mins away from my old address lol - I know catchment areas work - but I said “look, it’s to do with my fertility, I’m 36 and the Dr wants to get it all rolling now, I can’t risk another surgery turning me away - I’ve been with your surgery since birth, so leave my address for now thank you, as it is my parents house and they still live there. She sighed and went, so what am I doing for you then? I felt bad - but I can’t risk swapping surgeries and another dr telling me to wait!

Massive Congratulations @Bl0ndi3 🥳 and what a lovely picture of a sweet little baby @BEESY90 🥰 again I’ve not had a chance to comment much this week ladies but have been popping on every day to keep up to date with you all . Still not much of an update from myself as yet . Currently cd19 and no clear indication of peak from the cb so far . Previously always ovulated around Cd 13/14 of a 28 day cycle but after a strange 32 day cycle last month who knows what’s going on 🤔 I’ve also been so exhausted from school that we haven’t managed to dtd at all over the last week so not holding out too much hope this month . Just looking forward to a Semi - relaxing weekend now 🤞🏼😴

HopeForRainbowbaby · 11/09/2020 17:53

Congratulations@Bl0ndi3 and what a beautiful photo of your sweet baby 🥰 @BEESY90

Bl0ndi3 · 11/09/2020 17:51

@susiebluebell that sounds promising but good you're staying strong 🤞🏻 everything crossed for you and anybody else due to test soon 💜

Bl0ndi3 · 11/09/2020 17:50

@Runnergirl1 I don't normally test early so I dunno what possessed me to test at 9dpo originally and saw the first hint of a line. Normally I try and wait til 12dpo but caved this time around haha was worth it I guess in my case xxx

@Pugprincess thanks so much 💗💗💗

susiebluebell · 11/09/2020 17:48

Joining all the others in congratulating you @Bl0ndi3 and heaving a sigh of relief for @BEESY90 that you and jelly bean are ok despite the scare! You are both fighters!

@RichmondLady1981 I usually have a bit of cm throughout the month and just get noticeably more around ov.

Still working away on the internet situation here so reading along when I can get a signal out here in the sticks. I'm on day 30 of what is normally a 34-day cycle, but it's the first cycle post-mc so we'll see. Interestingly I do have really sore boobs which I only had when I was pregnant (never as PMS) but I'm not going to make anything of it yet.

Sending love and strength to all! X

Pugprincess · 11/09/2020 17:35

@Bl0ndi3 absolutely fantastic news huge congratulations 🥳💖

@BEESY90 loving the scan pic and wow you are really going through it but I’m so glad baby is good! Did that say what causes your bleeding? Love the feet too, I’m 8+2 today, hope mine has feet now 🤞🏻

@familybythesea sorry, gp receptionists can be awful 🙈 sorry to the good ones out there...just hate it when they act like they are the doctor cause now you are full of questions and only have google to answer.

@Peblet sorry to hear about your loss. You will learn lots of ttc tips from the ladies on this thread. Hope AF doesn’t keep you waiting long 🤞🏻Xx

@2020wish lovely to hear from you, sorry to hear you have been unwell. Take it easy xx

Runnergirl1 · 11/09/2020 17:20

@Bl0ndi3 I’m only 8dpo/9dpo but already have the urge to poas not that it would show anything lol x

Bl0ndi3 · 11/09/2020 17:18

I won't tag everyone individually but thank you all, cautiously optimistic still and probably will be pretty cautious going forward for a while!

@Runnergirl1 I'm 10 maybe 11dpo xx

Lollol86 · 11/09/2020 17:13

@MichT4 I really hope it all comes away naturally for you too. Here's to hoping af is going to show her face xx

@Bl0ndi3 yes that's amazing news, congratulations lovely
Xx

@BEESY90 your jelly bean is a fighter, so glad all is ok xx

Runnergirl1 · 11/09/2020 17:13

@RichmondLady1981. A lot of people are different I normally have creamy Cm for about a week after ovulation but some people only have a few days. When I was pregnant I just kept getting Cm and didn’t dry up at all. It’s knowing what’s normal for you hun x

RichmondLady1981 · 11/09/2020 17:07

Hi all. Sorry for the TMI question but had to ask. I’ve read from lots of internet searches that after ovulation, you’re supposed to dry up and NO EWCM. I ovulated last Sunday (according to two apps) I measure temp and did opks that I believe showed an obvious peak. But I’m still getting CM, most quite running but some creamy. I’m so sorry for the TMI. It’s not smelly or weird colour or anything. Anyone else get this? I’m only 5DPO so ages to wait for AF. Sorry again for the grossness.

My temps have gone up so I’m pretty sure I ovulated last Sunday.

Thanks ladies.

RichmondLady1981 · 11/09/2020 17:01

@KatiePlus3 I’m on CD 24 out of a 31 day cycle! Quite close!

RichmondLady1981 · 11/09/2020 16:58

@Bl0ndi3 YIPPEEEEEE AMAZING NEWS!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!! 💃

RichmondLady1981 · 11/09/2020 16:53

Thank you @VP91x. Not that I’m anywhere near that. I’m only four or five DPO and new to the temping/OPks etc. I really think I’d be too anxious to test and would have to wait for AF instead. But who knows till I get there. Good luck for your next test. When you thinking of doing it?

2020wish · 11/09/2020 16:31

How is everyone doing? Congrats @Bl0ndi3 on ur BFP! @BEESY90 love the scan

How’s everyone else’s journey going?

I’m going good. Baby doing well. I’ve now had a 6 week, 9week and 11week scan. Have my 12 week booking next week. Ended up in hospital with a pulmonary embolism but back home now and being monitored x

Runnergirl1 · 11/09/2020 16:27

@Bl0ndi3 - congratulations def a line there. How many dpo are you?

@BEESY90 - so glad everything is ok for you. Must have been scary x

Wishingfornumber2 · 11/09/2020 16:14

@BEESY90 that’s great news to see your little bean, glad everything is ok!

@Bl0ndi3 congratulations, that’s a good second line!

@familybythesea how awful for the receptionist to speak to you like that. Hope your appointment on Tuesday goes ok. I too am longing for a sibling for my DS. It’s heartbreaking isn’t it but they will get a sibling sometime in the future, I’m sure of it.

Update from me, so dr called this morning and she said for some reason the bloods had been checked for day 21 and day 2 at the same time. Well obviously that’s not going to work 🤷‍♀️. I would’ve been cd 26 when I had the bloods taken on Monday (my cycles have been irregular recently so don’t know when I am due to come on really, could be any day in the next 10 days) and she said I haven’t ovulated yet so I assume I either won’t this cycle or have done in the last few days. She said everything else seemed ok and so just to do CD2 bloods when the time comes. Just feel a bit disheartened if I haven’t ovulated.

chloedancer897 · 11/09/2020 15:54

@BEESY90 I'm so glad everything is ok. How stressful that must've been! The first trimester is so hard especially with a history of MC but I'm glad little jelly baby is bouncing around and strong in there!xo

chloedancer897 · 11/09/2020 15:53

@VP91x I've never seen him so down. He's usually the optimistic one. He didn't even sleep well last night and when I spoke to him today he just said he wants a baby and he's just so broken by it all. I've clearly projected my negativity on him which is awful. I feel so annoyed at myself for making this so all consuming. We are just really hurting.

Sorry for the BFN but it's still soooooo early. Try not to lose hope. Your chart looks fantastic.

@MichT4 @MrsK21 thank you both. I'm hoping over the next few days he picks up a bit. I'm shocked with the news about IVF. I stupidly told him about two girls I know who had bad experiences. One ended up needing a hysterectomy because of scarring caused by the meds from IVF and the other had ovarian torsion and needed surgery. So he's afraid of the meds and what they can do. He doesn't want anything to happen to me.

@Bl0ndi3 congrats! No denying that second line!!! ❤️

@MinnieMouse4 let's have a positive month going forward. I really do feel quite hopeful for the first time in a long time which is weird considering all the bad news we keep getting. I do have a feeling it will happen. In the meantime, I'm trying to be more active, stay healthy, and keep a healthy mind. I'm moving jobs in a few weeks so I think that will help too. No more shift work for me!👏

MrsK21 · 11/09/2020 15:44

@Bl0ndi3 that is definitely a line now! Congratulations! Wish you a healthy 9 months x

Firevie · 11/09/2020 15:00

@BEESY90 omg what a shocker but yay to your bean sticking around!!! Strong bean indeed! Wishing you many more happy and healthy milestones! Thanks for sharing! Xxx

@BEESY90

Hi Ladies , thought I would drop another instalment for you! It may help you out one day! So I am 8+4. Been bleeding for almost 3 weeks. Woke up today with a huge gush all running down my leg so I had to rush to the hospital. I really thought this was the end this time my tummy was and still is so sore. But mr jellybaby is still there even showing off his handsome new feet today. It doesn’t seem To get easier once you have conceived 🤦🏻‍♀️😔
Mr jelly baby is showing off his new feet - I love that so much 😂❤️😂❤️😂❤️😂❤️😂
