Right SMEP.. determined. Anyone else?

Just wanted to come on and say I used this plan and am now 13 weeks pregnant. We were trying for 9 months previously and then got pregnant the first month we tried SMEP so I really believe it works. I got my positive OPK on CD13, DTD CD 7/9/11/12/13/14/15. Had cramping pains CD 19/20 then what I though were period pains 3 days before I was due. Did a test 2 days early as I couldn't wait. I really believe this plan worked as so many stories of people being successful. I really hope it works for you too 🤞🏻.

Well so much for me not symptom spotting been to the toilet 3 times in the past 2 hours and boobs at the side (near to my armpit) have started hurting god its going to be a long week i need to stop overthinking

I've given up on pregnancy symptom spotting as I had no symptoms for my first pregnancy. However I'm on AF symptom alert already at 4dpo.

I'm busy this weekend so that helps. Time slows down from 9dpo and that's when I get the urge to test!!

I took my last test this morning and was pleased to see 3+weeks- no more testing for me now! I hope everyone’s tww goes by quickly. Let us know of any symptoms you spot or don’t. I still don’t have any yet.

Morning ladies, no i have no plans today @1940s do you? I think i am actually 6dpo today not yesterday; i know i ovulated last thursday? Looks like we are all due af around the same time now. @Mich2020 i only have a cb digital in my bathroom cupboard so will wait till 14th to test if af doesn't arrive. Had 2 very weird stabbing pains yesterday afternoon on my left side then nothing maybe it was just bowel related though and i have stupidly started symptom spotting (i knew i had no willpower not to do it ha)

I'm due 11th / 12th September but won't consider myself late until the 15th as much cycles can vary.

I will stop temping at 4dpo. I've had a great temp spike and so I don't get any further validation from analysing my temps from this point. Plus it's been agonising to see AF come despite a steady rise and also agonising to watch the more typical temp drop from DPO10/11

Anyone have any nice plans for tww?

@Muda af is due for me between the 10th and 13th i think (was always 28 day cycle but last month and month before was 25 days)

When is everyone’s AF meant to be coming? The tww is the worst and just drags. But you know what they say is true it’s not over until she shows. In the tww I would always go through ups and downs thinking yes this is our time to getting sad thinking it’s not going to happen again. It’s a real rollercoaster

@1940s thats exactly the same as how i feel, oh well time will tell. I think im of the mindset if i dont think positive i wont be too upset when af rears her ugly head although i know i will be absolutely gutted

Hey, I also don't have a particularly good feeling about this month. So many months in a row I know I've DTD at the right time, so despite this being my first time properly following SMEP I am not feeling confident.

Morning all, how are you doing/feeling? 6dpo here and nothing to report. Thankyou for letting us know @Muda maybe it was mixing it up with timing of dtd that also helped you... i dont know why but i just have the feeling that i am out this month. I think its because i know i did everything to the plan and it has made it too scheduled so cant get the perfect happy ending however i still have everything crossed for everyone else xx

Thank you! It feels so nice sharing the news. Symptom wise not much really apart from gargling stomach and cramps And I feel really bloated (they feel very similar to AF symptoms) so it feels worrying but I have looked on MN and some people don’t get symptoms at all or they come later on. I don’t feel sick or anything and my boobs are fine too. I’ve been going to bed early but also waking up early because of it, but i can’t think of much else at the moment so am thinking an early night is best to try and relax my brain.My only sign is missed period. I think I am 21 dpo roughly. I tested Saturday and then have done ‘a few more’ since!
We definitely dtd the most this month than we’ve ever done we started cd8 and did every other then fertile period came and we did every day but extended it to 7 days and then did every other again for a few days after. We also used preseed.

@Muda that is absolutely amazing, congratulations. I think we all need info... did you follow plan exactly, symptoms, howmany dpo are you, have you told dp/h.. eek i am so happy for you xx

Hi everyone, sorry I have been quiet the past few days! Slightly apprehensive as had an early MC May around 6 weeks but I’m putting it out there that this is going to be our first healthy baby and a sticky bean!

I couldn't stand 'skipping' day four after our three days in a row from positive OPK so we DTD tonight. Hope to see my second temp spike tomorrow morning and then I can sit and relax in the 2ww knowing we did all we could!
