Right SMEP.. determined. Anyone else?

Hey all
I've been ttc for a long time, I had my lap and dye last week which removed all endo visible and unstuck my left ovary from my tube. My tubes are clear. The horrible bleeding that I had after is coming to an end. I'm very determined to try everything I can this month and the following months if I fail.
I have read about this SMEP and I've heard good things about it.
Today I am CD 5 so I am going to start dtd tonight instead of the recommendation of CD 8. I done an ovulation test today (just for fun) there's a second line but very much not positive so going to keep doing them twice a day until I get my surge. Also have some cb advance ones coming tomorrow.

My question is how many people have used this method and been successful on here? Would love to keep chatting to people through these next 6 months if possible as this is kind of the last hurdle before more fertility tests are taken for both me and my DP xx

I had two stark white BFNs this morning at 10DPO. One a clear blue and one IC.

No I thought if I got another line with an IC I'd dip the frer in the same urine. But I'm a bit disappointed with the IC so didn't waste the frer. My partner at work all evening so I will be bored later so I'm sure that will occupy me with testing haha x

Think my IC may have the tiniest little squinter ever this morning ☹️ surely if anything fmu should show up better than afternoon. I'll try again this afternoon anyway.. as I have lots of ICs and 2 frer left xx

@1940s try not to be negative. They same symptoms are like pre AF symptoms and a lot of people don't know because they sometimes still bleed and everything. I have everything crossed for you. How long have you been trying? It's so disheartening seeing a BFN every month but keep positive xx

Also we have a huge huge event in approx 10 months time so I really should morally skip next months TTC but after so long it will break my heart to watch a whole cycle go by...

I'm feeling pretty flat as I have textbook pre AF feelings. I've stopped temping so I'm not watching the temp dip as that haunts me too. I really had high hopes for this month as everything lined up so nicely. Often in previous months I've softened the blow of BFN by pointing the finger at bad timing / tummy bug / DH being out of town for some of the fertile days. But we really nailed it this month and I know I'm out :(

Yes I can see the faintest faintest line. I've been taking my tests in bright daylight as that's the only way I can rule out a squinter! But I can see the faintest of lines

@1940s can you actually see that one? I don't want to waste the frer if this isn't a strong enough line. It came up within the 5 minute mark and it's definitely there just faint x

Either something wrong with these cheapies or something's progressing.. another faint line after a 2.5 hour hold 🤞🏻

@Mich2020 thank you i expected it, i am definitely going to carry on catching up with everyone and seeing all your updates. I think i am just going to forget about it until we have all our tests done (if they ever reatart appointments again) and go from there xx

Im out guys, blood tinged cm has started which is how af always starts... i have everything crossed both @Mich2020 and @1940s get your bfp's this month and keep the success of everyone else going... onto cycle 15 for me haha good luck everyone

Also done a opk with same urine.. nearly positive.. ahh this is stressful, I'm going to try hold this evening and do another cheapie, then if I get some sort of line maybe hold out and do the frer tomorrow afternoon/evening. I don't know.xx

@Mich2020 I can definitely see a faint line in that first pic (out of the three) you've posted. So strange FRER isn't picking it up

Sorry about your negative test result @Bbdm1984 doesn't mean your out though so keeping fingers crossed for you 🤞🏻 when are you testing again?
Yes your right @1940s I know it's early but I would love it to be this month.

I've tested again with an IC just now. There's a stupidly faint faint line I'm sure but camera not picking it up well. I need to stop myself POAS!!! Haha. When's everyone else testing? Xx

12dpo I would definitely test! I got my BFP with a FRER at 11DPO with an afternoon pee @Bbdm1984 give it a go today!

I have symptoms... of AF coming :( a few days before AF I get terrible night sweats and they started last night so I'm so so certain I'm out. I'm 9dpo today and hope my luteal phase is at the very least 11 days, hopefully 12/13 and then at least I have the satisfaction of a regular legnth cycle. (I've had one or two cycles since TTC of late Ov due to a bug) I will wait until 13DPO to test I've not come on....but I'm not hopeful at all this month. I can just tell

@1940s If i have a 25 day cycle its due thursday if its back to 28 day it would be sunday i am 11/12dpo today i dont hold out much hope i always have lots of pregnancy symptoms and then af comes. How are you feeling any symptoms? When is af due for you friday?
