I’ve not tested would be a total waste and I’m away to get hammered at a baby shower so I don’t cry.

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 13:48

@Welliedays that makes complete sense what a sweetheart 💜💜💜

@candycrush2298 mine would be concerned that I was overthinking and it would have a negative impact on my MH rather than positive. He would think he was protecting me when in fact it would be the opposite. Its not like he would ban me from coming on here and I'm not hiding it from him, I'm just not going out of my way to tell him either!

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 13:32

@Kaybobx omg she got stuck that sounds absolutely brutal whahaha.

And I knew your hubby was joking because mine would also do that hahahaha they really do seem so similar 🤣🤣🤣

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 13:28

@candycrush2298 no it didn't help with my labour at all as i had to have an emergency c section 🙈 she got stuck.

Hubby doesnt mind about the forum he was only joking lol.

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 12:58

@Welliedays lol fair enough my hubby thinks its great that I have you girls to share stuff with as he knows he doesnt understand what i am going through but figures the support helps keep me sane (he has held me through many many tears and hard sobs when AF arrives so he knows its taking a big toll on me)

@NamechangeTTC to make you feel better test your Lh with an opk and if it is a blazing positive test then test with a pregnancy test because there's no way your lh would be today after your period and its time to start testing lh anyway that way you not wasting tests but still poas and seeing if there's a need for a pg test.

OP posts:
Welliedays · 22/08/2020 12:49

@candycrush2298 he would just tell me i shouldn't read too much about what happens to everyone else as everyone is different. He doesn't get the need to chat about things asn the fact we aren't comparing outselves and helping each other instead. But then he's a boy and they don't get that kind of thing 😂

NamechangeTTC · 22/08/2020 12:33

I try so hard not to.

I’m getting so many weird nausea I kinda think I should test but I’ve had a fucking period. A horrible one.

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 12:28

@NamechangeTTC I saw this and thought of you with the symptom spotting thought this may help you next cycle xx

@Kaybobx oh my goodness 2 sweeps do not sound pleasant at all hahahhaah. Lol so did the raspberry leaf tea help you at all with labour?
Whahaha my hubby knows as I tell him about you girls so he doesnt say anything.

@Welliedays would your hubby have an issue with you being on a forum?
And yeah lol sure I will hold out

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 11:52

@Welliedays he talks to people allnight on his playstation whats the difference 🤣 haha.
Thank god he's not found my OPK journal and PG test stash yet.

Welliedays · 22/08/2020 11:42

Hahaha @kaybobx, for being like hawkeye when it comes to pregnancy tests, my husband hasn't worked out I'm on here yet!

@candycrush2298 I'm sure you'll stay strong and not test early ahaha

Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 11:37

@Welliedays ohhh maybe i have been looking in the wrong place! Tbf all the vitamin shelves looked empty for everything. Will have a better looks around this store today.

@candycrush2298 yeah being overdue is the normal. I had to have 2 sweeps too where they basically poke around your cervix, not pleasant. Then i was on the Raspberry leaf tea as thats supposed to help soften the cervix and bring on labour haha. She was too comfy in there.

Hubby is driving and just looked over at me typing. He said ' are you on that forum again' hahahaha. Soz hun!

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 11:27

@Welliedays I feel much more relaxed now that my temps have gone up and my CM has changed to creamy so I know I have definitely ovulated. Dont know yet its still at the very beginning and I am always relaxed the first week so will let you know later hahaha. But I am always very relieved when I stop testing opks because I loathe doing the 2 hour pee hold and not drinking anything lol. Because my peaks were never normally strong I cant just pee whenever I want and drink whatever I want I need it concentrated lol so pretty chilled based on those 2 things hahaha

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 11:23

@Kaybobx nice! Have fun shopping and visiting your dad. I got more in Tesco delivery this morning lol. Hopefully I wont need it but if I do at least I have it ready and on standby lol!! And yes we paying it forward nicely in this thread hahaha.
Yeah definitely and with the lack of early shifts now think your temps will be a lot more smooth as well. Mine is just on the rise at the moment. Hahaha it looks so sad at the beginning of the cycle. Just a few dots lol!!

Omg I never being overdue was normal hahahaha I would have been freaking out so at least I now have learnt something new lol!!

OP posts:
Welliedays · 22/08/2020 11:23

@kaybobx in my tesco (which isn't actually that big) they aren't in the exact same place as all the other thing of vits, they're with a load menopause boxed, branded vits so kind of away from all the other tesco branded ones if they makes sense - they took me a while to find when I looked!

@candycrush2298 I am so hopeful for you this month. Do you feel more relaxed knowing you're not testing until much later?

Kaybobx · 22/08/2020 11:18

@candycrush2298 im off to Birmingham now to see my dad so going to search the Tesco down there. Im sure it's a big store cant quite remember but fingers crossed i can get hold of some. If successful i can always pass them on to someone else 🙂
At least i know I'll be temping properly with this one if anything. Excited to start my graph again its so empty right now lol.

@Welliedays yeah everyone goes overdue with their first, i was 8 days with my daughter.

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 11:16

@Welliedays yay I am also trying for my first. So exciting!!! Really hope this is a perfect uneventful 9 months. And if its late bonus hahaha.

OP posts:
Welliedays · 22/08/2020 11:10

@snapple21 @kaybobx as it would be my first I'm almost certain I'd go overdue. My due date would be 29th April anyway I think.. So I'm already getting May in my head so I won't be quite as frustrated when it's late! I also like the idea of a May baby, so I'd be happy if it was a couple of days late ahaha

candycrush2298 · 22/08/2020 11:01

@Kaybobx yay so pleased it arrived and that its the exact amount perfect. Thats brilliant!! Hopefully you wont need more than 1 cycle as its tough for you to get them near you lol.
Oh nice hahaha yeah I do think all thermometers are the same but this one might be a little more sensitive being a specific bbt thermometer. And the light is awesome lol.
Yay for being all set lets hope this is the cycle!!!

OP posts:
snapple21 · 22/08/2020 10:59

Deffo possible for @Welliedays to have a May baby!
