@Kaybobx lol I love grocery shopping absolutely love it especially going to different shops for bargains and like I loooove Aldi cheese, brioche buns and bubbly chocolate, love Ginos and Greg's sausage rolls from Iceland, loads from Home Bargains lol thats the problem is when I go shopping I 1. Spend too much and 2. Buy shit we don't need. So because I want to start eating healthy again I neeeeeed to online shop hahahahaha - zero self control 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Awwww sorry about the headache that sucks hopefully it goes away soon. At least you can take something for it.

@candycrush2298 i don't usually do online shopping, I'm weird and actually look forward to going food shopping haha. I could do a mini one i guess.

I woke up with a headache, not sure if that's soy related or because i had a glass of wine with my dinner lol.

My temp has been exactly the same the last 2 days so i only have a line on my graph right now haha

@candycrush2298 no i didn't find anymore soy 😭 we didn't end up having time to go to Tesco in the end. I'll have a look and see if they are available with an online shop.

Yes took my first dose yesterday, day 2 today. AF will be last day tomorrow then i can start on the OPKs.

@ReginaaPhalange it may just be progesterone symptoms kicking in which is a good thing is it may suggest that you have definitely ovulated and won't get another surge in LH like last cycle.

@NamechangeTTC I am sure taking the soy at different times doesn't matter so long as its before you go sleep.

@Boc86 @Kaybobx I am just not sure i would like the taste of raspberry leaf tea lol. @Elakiya says its not too great lol

@ReginaaPhalange I also had some mild cramping today but its normal for my ovulation cramping to last a few days. Is it normal for you?
