Thank you for the reassurance @HappyVibes and @Lollol86 🤞🏻 It goes away again. Yes I did google a bit and even no penetration and just nip stimulation can cause contractions and stuff 🙈 feel stupid now cause I was so happy it was gone and my (trying to becareful) actions have probably put me back a step. Me and hubby feel like we are forbidden fruit to cause we said we wouldn’t do it 🙈 makes it worse 😅

@lollol86 my symptoms are up and down too. I’m not getting sickness or anything. I’ve either got used to heartburn or that’s lessened. My boobs are bigger and nips hurt a little but not loads. Bloated and get twitches, odd stabby pain. Still eating more like I feel some hunger. I dunno it is scary. How far are you now?

@ladysamee defo a line, try again tomorrow it’s still early mine were faint at 13dpo.

@Pugprincess we have dtd 3 times In 20 weeks 😱 twice I have spotted/ bled one was fairly bad bleeding, epu told me it’s because of your increased blood flow making the blood vessels enlarged that they can easily rupture and bleed /spot and not to worry unless passing clots and having pain it was too traumatic after that so agreed we would wait for a while xx

@ladysamee I'd say that's a positive test 🤞🏼. You can implant up to 12dpo so it just might not be such a strong line yet. If you can, I'd wait til maybe Thursday/Friday and do another. Looking good though!

@Pugprincess im sure that's what it is, but don't worry about being intimate. It doesn't hurt the baby so if you want to do it then you should. Just maybe one of those things that might cause some spotting xx

AF due between today - Saturday.. I have irregular cycles so can't pin point a day xx

I found an Internet cheapie at the back of the bathroom cupboard 🤣 and tested this morning despite planning on buying either a FRER or CB later today. Accidentally dipped too long and it was either a evap line/splash mark or a very very very faint positive....😳

@Pugprincess I've always been told it's safe to have sex during pregnancy, if you are worried contact your doctor and see what they say.
I still have zero symptoms I know it's still early but I'm really starting to worry now. Ttc and then falling pregnant is just a contact stressful time xx

@Pugprincess I would definitely say that this will be the trigger, it absolutely fine and proven safe to have sex in pregnancy - baby is so cosy in the womb and lots of fluid around, it won’t harm baby. But of course it is worrying when you see anything that isn’t clear. However, if you research, there is so much research to suggest any form of ‘fooling around’ / orgasm (I love how you used that haha), May likely result in a little coloured discharge/spotting.

Hopefully this will be some reassurance for you - honestly, research it, it’s so common and no worry. It would only be worrying if you had no known trigger for it, which you do my lovely - so all smiles cxxx

@Bl0ndi3 I would think that’s absolutely fine re: SMU as long as you haven’t drank anything since FMU. I would definitely count that. If it’s 5am your FMU, could you maybe use that one and do it then just for reassurance if you’re worried about SMU not being as accurate? Not that I would be worries re SMU at all, but just if you are. How many DPO are you now? Xxx

Guys had some brown spotting back this morning when I went for a pee. I don’t know if we have set it off by ‘foiling around’ last night? We didn’t have full penetration but honestly I don’t know how we’re supposed to go without it the whole time. It had been 3 weeks and we were missing the intimacy and getting frustrated. I mean I can probably manage another 3 weeks again now lol. Hoping it clears off again. Not to be rude but we literally only had the tip in lol, but wondering if my O set off contractions and brought some down 😔 sorry for the xrated chat 🙈😳 no easy way to put it

I just had a call from the midwife checking I knew my booking in appointment today was telephone not at the children's centre. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ EPU is supposed to inform them so this doesn't happen but obviously didn't

Also having a slight issue with FMU in that I keep waking up at like 5am absolutely bursting and i can't do my CBD test then and so I'm trying again with like SMU when I wake up a few hours later bursting again and im worries it's too diluted even tho I've not drank anything in that time. Done a CBD and it's still low but I'm just wondering if that's accurate. I'll do a cheapie OPK in a few hours and see how that's doing later.

I know CBD says FMU but if I get more concentrated urine later in the day can I use it then?

@HE88 I don't take EPO as my CM was all ok but I take calc Fluor twice a day after I ovulate and coq10 for egg quality. My OH also takes it to increase sperm quality x

Hi ladies

In your fertile window - do you all still exercise? And in your TWW? If so, do you do the same level of exertion or do you reduce it a little? I am paranoid I don’t want to do anything that’ll effect the sperm quality / implantation. But at the same time, I love exercising & want to be as healthy as possible for my pregnancy xxx

Those of you that is taking epo what one are you taking and also omega 3 what are you taking? Also is it coq10 that can help egg quality? Sorry for all the questions I just want to be taking the right stuff! Xx
