@MichT4 how are you feeling about it all? Xx

Lollol86 · 22/08/2020 09:05

@MichT4 that is so frustrating, there definitely was a line on previous tests. Definitely call the doctors Monday xx

MichT4 · 22/08/2020 08:27

@chloedancer897 how was Ava?

@Diorissimo1985 have you tested again? Did you speak to your doctor? xx

MichT4 · 22/08/2020 08:26

Morning all.

@Sully84 welcome to the group and sorry for your loss.

So I tested with an FRER and an Asda cheapie. I'm 99.9% sure it's a BFN. I thought I could see squinters but there's no way by this stage I should see squinters! I want to know where AF is!! I'll call the docs Monday and see what they suggest xx

Northernsoul90 · 21/08/2020 22:44

Thank you everyone for your congratulations!! 🥰 I've not caught up with everything today as it's been hectic!

@Sully84 welcome, I'm really sorry for your loss 💕. Wishing you luck in your ttc journey xx

VP91x · 21/08/2020 21:49

@HE88 thank you, I'll definitely keep an eye out if it happens again!

@Sully84 welcome💕 sorry to hear about your loss. Thank you for sharing your experience, I reckon this might be the same for me actually. X

Jumping on this thread if you guys don’t mind.

MC last November. Have two DC so would have been third.

Wanted to comment @VP91x to just say that I didn’t appear to ovulate last month and then had a really light period. It ended up lasting ten days (is usually three/four days). Never had one like it but am assuming that as I didn’t ovulate it could be a ‘fake’ period as my hormone levels were too low to trigger a proper period. I’ve also had way worse spots than usual which make me think my hormones were/are all over the place. This is all guess work using dr google. Hoping it was a one off. I was on holiday and didn’t take ovulation tests with me but am hoping I did ovulate going by some natural signs. If I take the first day of my spotting/light bleed as the start of my period then I am approx 10 days away from my next period but I really have no idea. Trying to be nonchalant about it but failing miserably.

Hayley19835 · 21/08/2020 20:51

@Northernsoul90 Congratulations Auntie!

AF due here tomorrow 🙄 let's hope these lazy sperm of OHs have actually decided to wake up and be Olympic Swimmers this cycle 😂

HE88 · 21/08/2020 19:51

@chloedancer897 honestly I've never felt so good about having a good old cry and letting everything out it was obviously what I was needing. Xx

@VP91x sorry af is here, I'm not saying this your af is light because of this reason but when I was talking to the acupuncture lady about my periods being light and having all the spotting she said she thinks I might have poor circulation to my uterus and it was funny that she said this because I was listening to the fertility homeopath lady just the other day and she was talking about poor circulation and spotting etc. Not saying this is what you have but keep an eye on it. Xx

VP91x · 21/08/2020 19:39

@chloedancer897 yeah fully AF and I didn't ovulate this month anyway xxx

OP posts:
MichT4 · 21/08/2020 19:38

@chloedancer897 if I ovulated when I thought, a week late today or tomorrow. I'm not sure if I have tests at home, if I do I'll test tomorrow. Not hopeful though xx

chloedancer897 · 21/08/2020 19:33

@VP91x have you tested anyway? Are you sure it's AF?

@MichT4 when are you testing again? AF must be really late now?

MichT4 · 21/08/2020 19:27

Not long home after a long old drive (7 hours)

@chloedancer897 yay to the Ava arriving. I'm probably going to wear mine again tonight, though slightly nervous I'll wake to a low temp. Not that it'll surprise me I suppose 🙄

VP91x · 21/08/2020 19:15

@chloedancer897 oh it's okay it started yesterday I'm glaf it is here so I can move on. Just curious why it's so light xx

chloedancer897 · 21/08/2020 19:11

@VP91x I'll let you know whether it's worth it!xx sorry AF is here xx

VP91x · 21/08/2020 19:07

@chloedancer897 I'm jealous of your Ava! Let me know how you get on with it.

Ladies, AF is definitely here but so much lighter than it normally is 🤔 lots when I wipe (sorry) but barely much on a pad 🤷 any ideas? Xx

chloedancer897 · 21/08/2020 18:46

@HE88 I felt the exact same. Even talking through what I've been through, having a good cry about the MC, talking about my diet and lifestyle, it was very cathartic. I really recommend it.

Got my Ava today @MichT4 ! Can't wait to start using it

HE88 · 21/08/2020 18:14

@Firevie oh wow that is a lot, but yeah totally agree if it's going to help. Xx

Firevie · 21/08/2020 18:08

@HE88 oh wow Scotland is certainly cheaper then. I’m paying £85 for a 45mins session. But I’ve decided to do it if it works xxx

MrsK21 · 21/08/2020 17:47

@HappyVibes my first post mc cycle length was 77 days so my bloods were done on a random day, it was clear I wasn't ovulating.

@VP91x @eclipsechips another shortie here too! I'm only 5ft and my one stone weight gain is really showing. Never had mid riff weight gain before but another delightful body change to deal with since the mc

HE88 · 21/08/2020 17:16

@Firevie I hope you find someone. In terms of price I was £45 and the session was 1 and a half hours my next sessions will be £40 for an hour. Not sure how this compares to London. Xx

VP91x · 21/08/2020 17:14

@Lollol86 no it doesn't seem like it, couldn't see it on any of the T&C's hope I'm not wrong. It's just for an hour anyway because they do an under 5s session.

Sounds fab! Xx

@VP91x feet are firmly up now whilst dh is cooking. Ohhh we love trampolining and I was thinking of possibly taking them next week but I don't know if I have the energy. Do you have to wear masks in there? Xx

VP91x · 21/08/2020 17:05

@HappyVibes no worries! Yeah definitely ask them to move them back by a week, because otherwise they won't be accurate. I went at CD21 anyway because I knew I was unlikely to ovulate anyway xx

HappyVibes · 21/08/2020 16:57

@VP91x that is so helpful because I haven’t had my peak yet according to my CBD, and the GP wanted me to go on Monday. I am thinking I may only peak this weekend so wondered if this would even be right timing wise. I will tell the nurse on Monday when I go where my CBD tests are up to & maybe have to go again for them a little later in the week.

Thank you so much for this help. I really appreciate that xxxx
