@Welliedays yes think vit c one a day is perfect. My pregnacare has 90mg in so if yours has more or less the same mg then yeah 1 a day. I just did a quick search and it said 200mg -300mg per day if you're over 25 you should take ubiquonal as that's the broken down version of coq10 if under 25 your body should be able to break it down just fine. Not sure how true or if that's definitely accurate as I literally only spent 30seconds on Google lol

@candycrush2298 no, I'm just taking vit d and folic acid as two separate pills at the moment..k think I just take vit C daily all the way through my cycle like I'm doing with the other two?

@Welliedays wow you're shopping up a treat lol. Are you on a pre conception vitamin like pregnacare or seven seas? Cuz I think vit c is already in those and I cant remember what to do with a coq10. @Elakiya any ideas?

@Elakiya wow thats such incredible news. Well done!! I think that is really really great. Good luck with the planning for your exams and good luck for when they come about I know you will kick ass.

@candycrush2298 Yep I am at an all new high and feeling invincible lol. I know AF is arriving. However I've dived into work this morning being as fully focussed as possible. Also planning out my studying ready for exams at the end of next month and have decided to put OPKs on hold and focus on myself for 2 months and try to get back into shape. I'll be going to see the gynae in October as I had decided previously.

@candycrush2298 That's brilliant. No side effects. Well done :) and only 3 more days to go. Hooray. Definitely worth a try until you get seen properly by the NHS as well. I bet you'll be pregnant before being seen :D

Update on the side effects of soy isoflavones, I havent had any after two days at 120mg per day taking them right before I go to sleep. Only bit of dry mouth and very thirsty since I woke up this morning which is tough doing the two hour pee hold to test opks lol. But other than that nothing else.

I know the storms woke me up and I kept getting blinded by the lightning even though my eyes were closed lol. Messed with my temps this morning as well. Dammit.

@snapple21 I get exactly like that as well the progesterone symptoms are terrible. I have terrible back ache a few days after ovulation sometimes they ease off before af starts other times its right through until her arrival. So annoying. Hope you feel better soon xx

@NamechangeTTC the weather is terrible its so muggy.
Hope you find the inner strength to do be productive lol.

I’m in a right grump it’s far too bloody hot. Husband working in the office today and I’m off so I’m in the house myself. Really need to be productive.

Really crampy. Period due in over a week so that seems unlikely.

Thanks girls! AF is due on Saturday so a few days yet but I can feel her coming lol. I know I'm not out until AF actually arrives so can still hope!

We've had bad thunderstorms for hours this morning but sun is shining now!

@Kaybobx I would take it on the earlier one. Lol. Always the earliest so you see you tested too early yesterday hahaha. Tomorrow will make you 9/10dpo which is better for testing.

Ooooh how nice I still have a £50 voucher for Miller & Carter which I have never used let me know how it goes I have heard its lovely!!

@candycrush2298 ive not tested. My mum stayed over last night and has only just woken up. My tests are in the spare room where she was haha. Ive had 2 cups of tea and 2 pee's now.
Will wait until tomorrow now as use my new ones coming today. Im off out for lunch and drinks with some friends later.

How hot is it?! I was literally melting last night. Not sure my temps are accurate in this heat.
