@Kaybobx whahahaha its not a stupid question. I love pineapple and eat it very often but the core has a bitter taste and quite a hard texture in comparison to the pineapple. Has to be fresh pineapple not from a tin.

So if you buy one large pineapple. Cut off the leaves and peel the skin off then cut it into 5 slices like pizza slices (triangles) so that every slice has a part of the core. From the day after ovulation you eat one slice first thing in the morning before eating any other meal or drinking anything as the bromelain works best with acidity in your tummy. Do that for 5 days and it helps with implantation.

Awww noo really hope she doesnt show up. What a shitty cycle had such high hopes hahahaha.

@candycrush2298 ok sorry stupid question alert... does the core taste different to actual pineapple? How much are you supposed to eat? I do like pineapple to be honest haha.

I hope so but i feel like AF is coming now. Ive got that feeling in my uterus

candycrush2298 · 16/08/2020 20:07

@Kaybobx that is cheap. Well lets hope they open soon 😂😂😂

If you can obviously eating a pineapple core is way better than supplements but yeah I dont like the core and thats what contains the most lol.

I really hope Dr Google is very wrong about your cycle and that tomorrow your temp will rise instead of drop

@candycrush2298 £40 which isnt bad considering they work for 80% of people. Ive just been on the site though and it says closed due to Covid19 we will be back soon boooo! Maybe next cycle!

Oh ok I'll look into those. I have IBS plus a cows milk intolerance so I'm constantly bloated and cramped as milk is in literally everything i like haha.

candycrush2298 · 16/08/2020 19:42

@Kaybobx oh my goodness I had absolutely no idea you could do such things hahahahahahaa. Is it expensive? Let me know if you decide to try it hahahaha.

I have bought some bromelain to take from 1-5dpo because I really don't enjoy the pineapple core but want to try it. I have also heard it helps as a natural anti inflammatory and helps naturally with IBS which I suffer badly with straight after ovulation so even if it does nothing to help implantation I sure hope it helps with the ibs symptoms.

@candycrush2298 you can get anything online with a few white lies haha.
So really random but my mum literally doesn't sleep, she's been on sleeping pills for years and years but the doctor has told her shes been on them too long and needs to come off them (i guess shes addicted) she gets them online from a uk pharmacy. You just have to fill in a form and basically lie that your doctor knows about it you get them next day delivery. I've noticed they have clomid on there! Im very tempted! I could be the genuine pig for this one haha.

Dr Google says my chart is too up and down and the drop today will lead to AF basically. Ugh!

candycrush2298 · 16/08/2020 19:21

@Boc86 oh wow thats really great!!! Sorry I can't help you on the doses. Really glad its been helping you though!!

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 16/08/2020 19:19

@Kaybobx clomid online???? Whaaaat? How will you get that without a prescription?

What does Dr Google say about your chart

OP posts:
Boc86 · 16/08/2020 19:18

Ah no sorry AF came @Elakiya

@candycrush2298 vit b6 helps progesterone production and I’ve found its helped my ‘period flu’ SO MUCH
But b complex (which contains b6) apparently had b12 which helps you absorb b6 better but I can’t find what dose I’m supposed to take x

Kaybobx · 16/08/2020 18:58

@candycrush2298 haha I'm happy for you to be the genuine pig. I've not heard much about seed cycling or success stories though. I do like seeds so no harm i guess.
I'm tempted to just buy some clomid online.

@snapple21 im with you, I'm getting abit impatient now too.

Ive just been on Dr Google and my BBT chart isn't a good sign put it that way lol

snapple21 · 16/08/2020 18:51

@Kaybobx not long at all which is why I'm being silly. This will be my fourth cycle. I need to be patient.

candycrush2298 · 16/08/2020 18:40

@Kaybobx yeah i know totally if you don't feel comfortable dont do it. For people with long cycles it helps them ovulate earlier. What about this? What if you dont try it now, you hang on a bit and try seed cycling or something else and let me finish my first cycle on it and then after I have had my first cycle we can see if this is the worst decision I ever made or not hahahaha. I promise to update you girls as the cycle progresses 🤞 then after my cycle you can have another think about it. If you want too obviously lol!!

@snapple21 sorry you have had such a rough time that is absolutely heartbreaking. Can't even imagine the pain you went through to have your beautiful son. I dont think you have left it too long but you're right the mind plays horrible tricks on you.

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 16/08/2020 18:28

@snapple21 I'm so sorry to hear of your losses thats so sad. I can't imagine what you went through.

I'm sure you haven't left it too long, some of us are just unlucky unfortunately. How long have you been trying now?

snapple21 · 16/08/2020 17:53

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. I conceived after missing 4 pills when I was 22, sadly I ended up having a termination for medical reasons when I was 16 weeks, which was very traumatic.

It then took me 5 months to conceive again, which ended in early miscarriage.

I conceived my son the month after! That was six years ago so I'm worried I've left it too long. Which is silly and not true but the brain plays tricks doesn't it.

Kaybobx · 16/08/2020 17:48

@snapple21 its hard to say. I had a coil that had to be taken out as it slipped so i was horrified and didn't get another. The pill just made me bleed all the time so i just went all natural on no contraception for about 1 year. Then we decided we wanted to try and i think it was probably nearly a year until she came along but i never used opks then and can't say I'm massively sexual active. I though the second time around was easy but clearly not ive been trying since September 😔

snapple21 · 16/08/2020 17:40

@Kaybobx I meant to ask. How long did you try with your first baby?

Kaybobx · 16/08/2020 17:28

@candycrush2298 I'm so impulsive too. Was literally going to order some online so was looking at what to do etc then came across that. My cycles are a mess already haha. Oh why isn't this baby making easy 😭

candycrush2298 · 16/08/2020 17:10

@Kaybobx lol!!! Glad I am not the only one then thank you, you truly make me feel better hahaha.
Lol thought you would have tried it lol!!

Yeah if you chatty and can think on the spot you will totally be fine.

@Elakiya so sorry that you had a BFN and that AF is on her way thats just bullocks!!! So sorry hun. Let us know how you get on. You gotta do what's right for you and if not testing opks is what you need you do that. Xx

Yeah I have tried Yorkshire pudding and it's freaken amazing!!! Like totally 100% love it especially with yummy gravy omg heaven lol!!

@NamechangeTTC good luck for your interview, please let us know you get on xx will be thinking of you
And I am still hoping you're not out yet.

As for your marathon well done on doing it thats amazing!!

@Kaybobx yeah I read that article well not the whole thing cuz it was super long lol!!! But the main thing I took from it is if you take such a high dose it will be bad for you. And there are risks to messing up your perfectly normal cycle and that you shouldn't try if you under 35. I didnt listen. I dont really have a good reason to convince you to try it and nor will I. There are definite risks and it must be up to you 100% to try it knowing that your cycles could be ruined for a few months.

For me I am just extremely impulsive so I read the good and the bad. But the truth is I had already decided I wanted to do it and the bad was never really going to make me change my mind unless it spoke of rupturing my ovaries or tubes or made you permanently infertile I wasn't really reading it 😂😂😂😂

Please don't be like me and 100% make the correct decision for yourself.

@snapple21, done...I think 😂

snapple21 · 16/08/2020 16:03

@Welliedays I’m not sure how to do a new pm, could you poss send me one so I can reply haha

Kaybobx · 16/08/2020 15:49

I've just been reading this article on soy. Now I'm not sure i want to try it.

NamechangeTTC · 16/08/2020 15:35

I ran a marathon on an injury and broke myself. Shouldn’t have.

About to start a riot with sausage roll v roll and sausage here. 😂

Kaybobx · 16/08/2020 15:29

@Elakiya whatttttttt?! You have never tried a Yorkshire Pudding?! I absolutely love them. There's a place by us that does a huge Yorkshire pudding with potatoes vegetables and a choice of meat all wrapped up like a burrito. Just out of this world.

So sorry to hear about the BFN. At least September is nearly here now and your appointment is not far away. Do you know what the next step is for you?

@NamechangeTTC oooh really? Good luck for your interview too, let us know how you get on.
I had a csection with my daughter and ever since my back is just destroyed. I think its because i was so hunched with the incision for a while then when trying to walk straight again my back is like nope!

NamechangeTTC · 16/08/2020 15:12

I have an interview on the 31st @Kaybobx so similar times.

I had a back injury over a year ago. It’s been fine for months. Agony today. I resisted testing. There’s no point I know I’m out.

Elakiya · 16/08/2020 15:09

To add to the food convo:

I’ve also never tried haggis or black pudding ( but both don’t sound appetising either). There is one thing I’ve never tried that I really really want to and that’s Yorkshire puddings 😅 worst thing is I lived in Yorkshire for a year!
