When was the last blood you wiped @namechangettc? Mine was less than the top right photo, but relatively similar colour the second spotting. The first spotting was a smaller amount than the photo too and more pinky coloured

NamechangeTTC · 17/08/2020 12:41

It’s a bit late for implantation unfortunately. No more since. I’m not in the mood for work today and I don’t finish till after 930. Argh.

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 12:39

@NamechangeTTC hopefully its implantation hun. Keep us updated xx

Glad to hear this feels different to your chemical @Welliedays lets hope its a sticky bean xx

Using a google image to be less offensive

It’s like this on a smaller scale. I’m probably kidding myself as it was a lot less than this.

Welliedays · 17/08/2020 11:53

I'm hungry too @namechangettc! I'm eating chocolate like it's going out of fashion. I tend to feel sick on an evening of if I don't eat often enough, but otherwise I'm OK. Remember everyone's symptoms are different though and some people are completely symptomless right through. I feel different this time to my chemical too so I know it varies every time as well!

NamechangeTTC · 17/08/2020 11:45

I’m hungry as fuck and feel sick today. No more blood on wiping. Definitely none of the symptoms @Welliedays has though which are the real ones!

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 11:36

@Boc86 thank you for explaining I am useless at remembering all the importance of a long luteal phase only know that its important lol!! Hope you OK hun xx

OP posts:
Boc86 · 17/08/2020 11:07

I’m jealous of the long luteul phases lol my past 5 have been 9 days
11-17 days is normal and anything under that then the fertilised egg can’t implant and stay because your lining starts breaking down and progesterone drops before the egg can settle in x

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 10:43

@Elakiya nooooooooo!!! So sorry at least you are very good at predicting your own cycles you knew that today you would start. You calculated it a week ago. So at least you know your body but honestly man was so hopeful one of us would be having an April baby. The positives are you are feeling better you going to take a cycle off testing with opks and less stress. Just follow smep you seem to be pretty good at predicting your body changes so would say you probably can follow smep pretty easily by listening to your body. Wishing you all the luck and baby dust in the world this cycle onto a May baby!!! Yeah!!!

@elakiya sorry to hear the bitch has turned up, but at least that means the tww is over and it's good to hear you're feeling better! I'm sure you'd do anything to be in my position (as long as it sticks), but while they don't tell you how hard it is to conceive and get a sticky bean, they also don't tell you how rubbish it makes you feel when it happens 😂 I'm feeling slightly more confident that this one will stick as I think I feel worse than I did last time. I'm so tired, I keep feeling sick on an evening, I'm still having weird vivid dreams, weeing more than I thought was possible, waking up early, and my nipples... They look super odd, even my husband commented that they have changed and he isn't one for noticing such things ahaha

Elakiya · 17/08/2020 10:14

Just came on to officially confirm that AF has arrived and the progesterone has clearly dropped as I am feeling much better lol

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 09:54

@Kaybobx its not the only reason sometimes the pregnancy just isn't viable and your body naturally lets it go could be chromosomal issues etc. But yes its one of the reasons.

Its so annoying isn't it. We tick all the boxes to be able to conceive and here we are without a baby in our bellies.

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 17/08/2020 09:49

@candycrush2298 ohhh so thats why chemicals happen as there's not enough time for the process!

So i have an excellent luteal phase but still can't conceive haha i think im just broken beyond repair

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 09:29

@Kaybobx definitely!!! Short luteal phase is why poor @Boc86 keeps having chemicals 😭 but fortunately she has a plan of action to get that sorted out with her doctor.

So yes a long luteal phase is an excellent thing. Mine isn't bad at 12 days but I wanted longer hahaha.

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 17/08/2020 09:19

@candycrush2298 oh ok i thought it was a bad thing! So having a long luteal phase is good, how am i only just learning what is going on with my body haha!!
You girls are have taught me more than sexual health at school i know that much 🤣

@NamechangeTTC agreed with the others. Implantation happens at different times, don't write it off yet.

Welliedays · 17/08/2020 09:12

It wouldn't necessarily show yet @namechangettc, I'm still not counting you out!!

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 09:12

@NamechangeTTC not everyone implants on the same day so although @Welliedays has her BFP she clearly has already implanted a few days ago. Where as you may have not yet.
Still hoping there is time for your BFP yet. Holding thumbs xx

@Kaybobx its funny because in June mine was also an extra two days (total 14days) and then July went back down to 12 days. I was really chuffed that mine had increased but was just a one off. I think the maca is good for increasing the luteal phase which I wanted but yeah only worked one time. I am jealous yours is long lol!!! Means your body has enough time to get the egg snug as a bug lol. I would always believe the doctor lol and it makes sense because your cycles are still fluctuating within the norm and your luteal phase is still within the norm. I guess you will need to see this cycle if its a 15 day or 17 day luteal phase. 17 may have just been the outlier and 15 is your new norm.

OP posts:
Kaybobx · 17/08/2020 09:02

@candycrush2298 my luteal phase has been
From Jan to May 13 days
June 17 days
July 15 days

Why would the last 2 months have got longer? 🤔 the only thing I've taken over the last 2 months is the maca root.

NamechangeTTC · 17/08/2020 08:51

Especially since I’m due on with @Welliedays so that shows it would show now!

NamechangeTTC · 17/08/2020 08:50

Same @snapple21 I feel ya!

I’m so bloody frustrated today. Clearly I’m going daft cause every symptom seems to be there. But bfn.

candycrush2298 · 17/08/2020 08:50

@snapple21 nooooo!! Thats not what I was hoping for!!! Since it wasn't me I was really hoping, you @Elakiya or @Kaybobx** were gonna get BFPs this cycle!! Doesnt appear to be working out that way!!! No April babies for us😵

@Kaybobx its normal to fluctuate on your ovulation day. The important thing is how long was your luteal phase in each of those cycles? Were they all similar?

@Elakiya oh wow I love your dream this will be the best news ever and I will certainly take it over my dream - I dreamt I was trying to pass a bunch of life tests in order to be with my ex - not really in my life plans I assure you hahahaha. Your dream is way better. @Kaybobx** not sure I like your dream either whahaah.

OP posts:
snapple21 · 17/08/2020 08:27

Yes @Elakiya I feel the same. Just want this cycle over with.

Kaybobx · 17/08/2020 08:27

@Elakiya my GP seems to think its a normal cycle.

Haha my cats are indoor cats so never actually met the dog across the road. I have some weird dreams!

Elakiya · 17/08/2020 08:25

@snapple21 the way I am looking at it is once it arrives and has gone I can try again? Obviously not the news I wanted but what can we do just need to keep going.

Elakiya · 17/08/2020 08:23

@Kaybobx hahaha totally random! I am guessing your cat and the neighbours dog don’t get along?
