@beckyBP I don't, I kind of thought you had to be using a certain brand of tests for Femometer to work!

This was the test result from my flashing smiley this afternoon (2pm ish). Reckon I should test again this evening, or wait til tomorrow morning?

just tried at home insemination and i'm due to ovulate in two days so may try again after a positive opk if the donor is happy to do so. hopefully will get a BFP 22nd (date i'll take a test as AF has never arrived that late). also fingers crossed it will have time to implant as it sometimes too soon. good luck to everyone!

@beckyBP I think it means tomorrow or possibly early Tuesday (depending on when you did the OPK) which is funny bc that's when I'm expecting to ov too!!

So I believe I peaked this morning.. does this mean I ovulate tomorrow (if so, I was way off last month 😂)

I’m currently only using flo and apparently i’m ovulating on the 12th. Last time we just did the deed 2 days before and 2 days after as well. Hoping the method works works again.

Girls I'm so confused, so last month my cycle was 35 days. I took opk and it was positive the day before my app said I should ovulate so that seemed correct, however in pretty sure AF has come as bright red blood? I'm 9dpo and according to my app 6 days until af due. I feel like it's too red to be implantation bleeding, yet I'm confused why I would ovulate so late if my cycle is shorter this month. .my boobs have
been aching the last few days and my skins gone craxy. I'm soooooo confused.

Yeah, I just input my fifth flashing smiley and yesterday's bloating that I just remembered about into Ovia and it moved my FW back by two days 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm still in it but apparently have three days left of it rather than one! And like I said Flo thinks I've ovulated already lol. I do have a sneaky suspicion that I might have missed my peak as I haven't been doing OPKs consistently in the evening, but I think we're just going to keep DTD for a few days and then we'll be covered either way haha x

Just saw something really nice on those Flo chat things that I thought I'd share - someone on there said that they've decided every time they get a BFN they're going to do something from their bucket list that they wouldn't be able to do while pregnant/with a child. Just thought it was a lovely sentiment to give yourself a little treat if you get a BFN so it's not all bad and you have something else to look forward to 😊

@somanystars ah ok. I think I've wrongly assumed I can rely on the apps so I'm glad I tried OPKs this month. Will keep going ☺️ thank you x

@beckyBP Hmm I have no idea what's going on there 🤔 The apps aren't always totally accurate though I don't think as they're estimating based on symptoms. Flo thought that I ovulated yesterday and says I am now in my luteal phase but I've just had my fifth day of flashing smilies which suggests I still haven't ovulated yet at all!

I'd keep testing as CD12 is reasonably early and you might find the tests get darker over the next few days.

I'm all confused!

So this is the first month using OPKs. Done my 4th today and it shows nothing!

Flo says ovulation should be today
Femometer says tomorrow
Ovia doesn't specify.

Am I panicking prematurely?! I'm CD 12

@Pinkiii I just downloaded it to use alongside Ovia 😊 I think Ovia has more options for things can put in but it's good to have a sort of 'second opinion'! Funnily enough I haven't got my peak OPK yet but both apps seem to be indicating today as ov day so wondering if I just missed it 🤔

Can I please join in on this, my AF is due end of August I have just recently had a chemical (didn't even know what they were till now) this will be TTC2. I fell pregnant the first month of having my coil out so thankful that it happened quickly, although sad it didn't stick but heres to trying again this month! Can't wait to see everyone's symptoms and BFP end of month!x

I used that last time and it was very straight forward.

Another flashing smiley today, starting to get a bit impatient 🥴 But it did occur to me the other day that I might actually not be ovulating properly yet after two years on the implant and a couple of months on the pill! I'd only been off everything for two months prior to starting TTC so it might not have regulated yet.

Ovia has brought my FW dates forward again (I assume due to the OPK results and also since I've had some EWCM) meaning apparently I only have three days of it left including today so we'll see. Part of me doesn't mind that it's been brought forward bc we DTD a couple of days ago on a day that wasn't included as my FW initially and now is!

I've only heard of Agnus Castus on here and haven't looked into it myself really. I think it sounds more like a Harry Potter character than a supplement 🤣 Evening Primrose Oil - is that the one that's meant to help with thickening your lining? Maybe something I'll look into in a few cycles time if I haven't fallen pregnant yet, but at the moment I already feel like I'm taking loads with having added folic acid, CoQ10 and omega 3 to my usual multivitamin and iron!

Mine feels like forever away right now but hopefully the acupuncture will mean a shorter cycle and I won’t be waiting quite so long this time 😊.

Has anyone heard of or tried Agnus Castus? It’s something that I’ve just come across and there seems to be very mixed opinions on whether it will help to regulate your cycle or actually make it worse! I’ve also heard a lot about evening primrose oil so would be interested to hear people’s thoughts on this one too x
