@stepmumSW5 I started doing 2-3 times a day on cd13 when I got my first high (but not peak) result. Did once a day until then. I use the femometer app and its great for keeping track of your opks 😊

@Monday55 we've already been doing every other day and I'm cd10 but my lh seems to be still very low

Hello everyone! I’m new here, first time mama-to-be (hopefully!) and this is my first month TTC. Still figuring out all the lingo and what to do; just had my fertile window so fingers crossed! It has been a bit of a slog getting here with health and medication issues, but I’m very excited even to be trying. I’m trying very hard not to be a checker / symptom spotter but don’t think I’ll be very good at that somehow

@Pinkiii I am going to hold out as well AF is due 29th think we still have a few fertile days then the dreaded 2ww

Its so tempting to start testing but i think I will wait till My period is due (27th)

@stepmumSW5 I'm going to start testing CD9 which is tomorrow. I'm using clear blue advanced digital. But we have already started DTD one day on & one day off.
Hoping for a BFP before the year ends. that will be the only good thing that would've happened this year

@igloo92 omg it’s the same for me too! I feel like at 29 I’m just starting to get to know my body 🙈 I’ve been off the pill for about 9 months now but I don’t remember getting spots like these for years!

@somanystars I keep finding mixed info, some have a surge before AF and some before their BFP so I’m going to stop looking and test again tomorrow 🙈😂

@stepmumSW5 Yeah it’s worth testing twice at day at CD10 with the cheap OPKs if you can!

@Shinea me too 😂 if I read a thread that suggests PMS I close it and look at a new one 😂🙈

Haha I did the exact same thing last cycle because my skin completely broke out (like it hasn't for years!). Part of the problem of being on the pill for so long is I have no idea what is normal for me so my symptom spotting is top level 😂🙈 Hope it's a good sign for you!

@somanystars I have my AF due on next monday that's 24th. I am planning to hold off until then if I can 🙈
@Kg87 same here all my symptoms which says PMS I ignore them intentionally 🙈🤣

@Shinea Hope so! I'm going to pick up a couple of FRERs and test on Friday (11DPO)... can see myself caving and doing one earlier though 🤦🏻‍♀️ Especially after my evap on this morning's IC!

@Kg87 Ooh that seems like a good sign, from what I've read on here OPKs can sometimes pick up pregnancy hormones! I'd do the same but I'm out of OPKs haha.

@Shinea no worries! Yeah I’m trying to find evidence online that shows acne happens in early pregnancy and I’m ignoring everything that suggests it’s PMS 😂 (although it’s more likely
PMS) fingers crossed for us all 🤞🏼🤞🏼

@Kg87 oh sorry for misunderstanding!! Acne yeah that I have read main reason is hormonal imbalance which is quite common in early pregnancy let's hope it's just the same for you 🤞🤞

@Shinea oh no I meant spots as in acne 😩 I’ve got three achy spots on my face which I never get! I’m 7DPO today!

@somanystars just found 2 more spots 😭 hoping this is a good sign otherwise I’ll be furious if I’ve got spots for no reason at 29 😂 so I caved and I just did a cheapie HPT and was negative, obviously, I thought I’d do an OPK as well just for fun and that was nearly positive?? What’s going on!! 🙈

@somanystars funny how weird this symptoms spotting is! We spot happening not happening everything so much 🙈🙈 hopefully we get our bfp soon. Btw, when are you going to test?

@Kg87 You know what, I always have weird dreams but I do feel like they've been extra unsettling this week! And spots too - I have one on my shoulder and one on my stomach?? 🤔 Hopefully this is it for us!

Hi all, glad to be joining this club!
We're 35, I have 2 kids from a prior relationship and he has 1 from a prior. So we're looking forward to extending our beautiful blended family.
I had my implant removed at the start of this month and already have had my first period.
I'd desperately trying not to get too bogged down with over thinking to all and just enjoy the process...but I know I have an addictive personality so I can absolutely see it taking over my life!! 😂

Hi all, hope there's room for another!
I'm on my second cycle ttc our first baby. Used opks this time as I was on the pill for 11 years previously (came off in May) so I'm not at all familiar with my own cycles!
Had a very very close to peak result yesterday afternoon and a clear peak this morning. Suspect I'm ovulating today as I've got mild cramps which I always seem to get around ovulation.
I'm rather enjoying the science of it at the moment 😁

@somanystars yeah I had vivid dreams and spots appearing on my face yesterday and today, could be nothing but fingers crossed 🤞🏼 I kept looking at my positive OPKs as well 😂😂
