Tested this morning at 13dpo and got a BFP, good luck to everyone 🤞🏼

beckyBP · 04/09/2020 21:44

Sorry to hear that @Waitingforbabypage although you're not out until AF arrives

Waitingforbabypage · 04/09/2020 13:43

I'm out, frer was negative. ☹️

So just waiting for af and we'll start again 👍🏻

beckyBP · 03/09/2020 18:26

Hey ladies!

Been super MIA (been away and just tried to chill the eff out!)

Today is cycle day 11 of cycle 3 of TTC. Did a LH test this morning which was low as expected as still quite early.

DTD last night and going to try and do SMEP this month.

Hope everyone is ok? Xx

Kg87 · 01/09/2020 11:01

@stepmumSW5 ah amazing! Thanks for the tips!

stepmumSW5 · 01/09/2020 10:28

@Kg87 it can improve egg quality. But there are many other benefits, even your OH can take x

Kg87 · 01/09/2020 10:26

@stepmumSW5 okay great thanks, I’ve seen coq10 mentioned a few times, what does that do?

stepmumSW5 · 01/09/2020 10:17

@Kg87 I think your totally fine with those two. I took only folic acid and coq10 after I stopped seven seas and it was totally fine. Xx 🤞

Kg87 · 01/09/2020 10:00

@stepmumSW5 ahh thanks for your help, it’s nice to speak to someone that’s been through the same experience! Fingers crossed it appears this week as I stopped taking them over 4 weeks ago and have been taking folic acid ever since, I also started taking vitamin D a couple of days ago but now I’m wondering if I should stop taking that and just stick to folic acid?

stepmumSW5 · 01/09/2020 09:48

@Kg87 It takes a bit of time to reset. Mine were def the vitamins and thete are many cases on the internet about seven seas and pregnacare. Just let your body run the course now. After I stopped seven seas it took about 3 weeks for me to get my period. It was horrible as I didn't know what wad going on and i was having only negative tests.

Kg87 · 01/09/2020 09:42

@stepmumSW5 thank you! Yes I took Pregnacare Conception in the middle of my last cycle and when I didn’t ovulate on the predicted Flo app date (3rd Aug) I stopped taking them, so I took them for around 3 weeks so I was convinced this was the reason for everything being delayed but I had hoped it would of reset itself by now but then I’ve read a few things that say vitamins can’t affect your cycle but it’s the only thing I’ve done differently this time, is there anything I can do to induce AF and start again?

stepmumSW5 · 01/09/2020 09:16

@Kg87 thank you and sorry to hear about your long cycle. I had a 60+ long cycle between July and August due to taking seven seas..have you started taking any different vitamins or have you done anything different?

Kg87 · 01/09/2020 09:09

@stepmumSW5 congratulations!! 💕

Guys I have no idea what’s going on with my cycle atm! My cycles are usually 25/27 days but I’m currently on CD41 - supposedly 22DPO although I’m now starting to think I didn’t ovulate on 10th Aug and it was 17th Aug instead as I noticed EWCM and had another nearly positive OPK the day before, this would make me 15DPO instead and I have sore boobs, cramps, gas/bloating but no sign of AF and I haven’t done an HPT for 2 days as they’re always negative, why is this so difficult! 😭🙈

Waitingforbabypage · 31/08/2020 23:29

I'm literally too scared!
I want this so bad (like everyone else here I guess) and I have so much disappointment in my life I don't know how I'm going to handle a long ttc journey.
My wonderful other half thinks I'm being really chill about the whole thing, he doesn't know I bought opks to help track the ovulation and the amount of times we dtd etc Or that I'm on here. He'd think I am mental I reckon.

stepmumSW5 · 31/08/2020 21:46

@Waitingforbabypage you never know!

Waitingforbabypage · 31/08/2020 21:42
@Waitingforbabypage test it! I got my bfp today at 10dpo but at 9dpo I already had a faint line
Oooh congrats to you!!!
I don't think I'm quite that lucky to catch on our first month trying.

TTC AUGUST (Fertile window mid august!)
Pinkiii · 31/08/2020 20:48

@Waitingforbabypage i used the clear blue early detection 6 days before my period was due. Worth a try.

Waitingforbabypage · 31/08/2020 20:14

Ladies, I have 6 days until my period is due, my tummy is cramping a fair bit, my jeans feel too tight and my boobs are tingling like crazy.
If I did a test now, am I likely to get a disappointing result?
It is driving me mad!

BabyH88 · 30/08/2020 22:17

Think I will do one in the morning then, thank you x

BellaBella84 · 30/08/2020 22:13

@BabyH88 Not personally had experience. But if you're past the point which would normally be CD1 I'd totally take a test to put your mind at rest. A cheapy will do. 🤞

BabyH88 · 30/08/2020 22:09

So ladies I was due AF yesterday and have had the worst cramps for a few days now a lot worse than when I normally get AF. I thought she had arrived yesterday but I have only had light spotting just when I wipe, do you think it could be a light period or something else? The cramps and bloating are the worst and I have felt nauseous for a about 4 days now... this is so frustrating.
Anyone had experience of this?

Waitingforbabypage · 29/08/2020 16:38

Congrats @MrsBmaybebaby! Excellent news.

Still no change for me here, still trying to patiently wait out the 2ww but overthinking every ache my body has, keeping my fingers cross and trying to keep my expectations low.

choccychar · 29/08/2020 15:05

@MrsBmaybebaby congratulations!!!
I've just done a test, hadn't had a wee for 6 hours so thought that might be concentrate enough, had been really constraint in not testing before and I don't think the test really worked. WTF!!! Ha! But it's ok, I should probably have waited longer anyway but how typical! The control line was very pale and the test line is questionable if there's a line. 🤦🏽‍♀️ so I'll carry on knowing there's hope I might be and AF will either turn up before Tuesday when I next go to the shop for another or not....
