We've been engaged for 8 years now and I'm nearly 38 to decided we need to do it in a slightly different order!

@ClaraGill 'my fiancé is like that too! It's so cute isn't it. We'd planned to wait until after the wedding to try but covid ruined that haha. One day he came home from work and I just bombarded him with 'let's TTC now!' Bless him. It took hjm like 2 weeks to come around to the idea but he's so onboard and so into it I love it xx

So I believe I peaked this morning.. does this mean I ovulate tomorrow (if so, I was way off last month 😂)

@rosiej95 oh completely it's total head games! I'm trying to convince myself it's just symptoms I get every month and I'm just noticing them now due to the fact I'm keeping a close eye. Will just have to see i suppose.

Yeah my fiance is the same but he's been reading up on things so he's getting his head around it all too. Every morning he's asking how my temperature is doing bless 😂

Hi Ladies just joined and having a read through everyones comments. I had my implant removed Nov and have started TTC this month.
I've had quite a few symptoms like spotting, sensitive nipples, bubbling in my pelvic area back pains light cramping but so far showing as negatives (I should really learn to wait to test!) . Due tomorrow so will just see what happens my AF is normally like clockwork. Trying not to get too caught up with it and I'm convinced my body is just playing mind games!

I'm using the ovia app and tracking my temp and also checking my CF. Gosh it's all so complex my head is fried 😐

@rosiej95 I'm similarly confused about ov dates! Another flashing smiley this morning 😩 So who knows what's happening really! Just really want to know, if nothing else so that I can count days PO once I get into the TWW haha.

Hopefully this is our month regardless of ov confusion!!

Currently in the tww. Not overly positive as think we dtd too early before we got a peak reading on the CBD.

Hi everyone, hope it's okay for me to join! And hello @beckyBP, I think this is the third thread or something that we've both been on 🤣

We are on cycle 1 of TTC #1, CD15 (cycles since coming off contraception have been 27/28 days) and on day 6 of flashing smileys on Clearblue advanced digi OPK!! So either I'm getting close or just missed my peak 🙄 We have been DTD anyway so I'm covered if I did, I'd just like to see that static smiley!

I was already keen to TTC for a while before we started so I expected it, but it seems to be all I think about! So having this outlet is pretty helpful lol

CD 31 here and no sign of AF but also no idea when/if I ovulated so I'm sure she will arrive, hopefully not another 45 day cycle! Braving a swim for the first time since March today, need to get a bit fitter.

@elh06 it's disappointing no matter what and you're allowed to be disappointed. When AF came for me after the first cycle TTC I was super gutted (I was sick and late so fully convinced myself I was) but after the initial shock I was fine. Hope you're ok xx

AF came a few days early for me yesterday making my last cycle 24, clearly needs to settle down after coming off the pill.. couldn’t help but feel disappointed even though I knew there was very little change we would have got a BFP month 1!

@rosiej95 I know I think he’s sick of me talking about it already 🤣 it’s so hard because we’ve told absolutely no one we’re ttc we don’t want to get there hopes up, his parents have no grandchildren so this will be there first and probably only one if we’re lucky

So nice to chat to ladies in the same position! I used the cheapie amazon LH strips and got a faint line and the clear blue and got nothing! How on earth you can stay chilled and not get sucked into temping/lh sticks I don't know! I also work with babies and young children so that probably doesn't help!

@rosiej95 I don't know much about it myself but it's the Sperm meets egg plan and from what I get it's making sure you DTD at the right points.

It's tricky because I don't want it to become forced like we HAVE to do it you know?

So just arranged for my implant to come out, we’ve been talking about ttc for a while but had a holiday booked to Bali in September and because of Zika virus we couldn’t try until January but all that is cancelled so there’s nothing stopping us now 😬 I’m worried it won’t happen, I’m 38 now and keep saying I’m not bothered if it doesn’t but deep down I’ll be gutted if it doesn’t. Husband is super chilled about it all 🙄
