As soon as AF disappears, which will be soon 🤞 me & my partner will be ttc :)
I've been keeping an eye on my cycles for a little while using the flo app & have been taking pregnacare.
Is there anything else we should know or do to help prepare ourselves? :)
Exited to go on this roller coaster of a journey & as no one knows of our plans would be lovely to hear off people ttc too :) xx

Well I finally got a positive OPK Sunday (first time I've succeeded with those!) and confirmed ovulation today CD21 and yet couldn't DTD as DH having a bad time with work.
I did have a cry and feeling like it will never happen but at least I now know I ovulate!
How is everyone?

@beckyBP Did you have a nice time away? So important to try and chill out I think, although I'm saying that and yet spending my days reading about TTC and stressing about my cycles!

Hey ladies!

Been super MIA (been away and just tried to chill the eff out!)

Today is cycle day 11 of cycle 3 of TTC. Did a LH test this morning which was low as expected as still quite early.

DTD last night and going to try and do SMEP this month.

@maudesid It took me ages for my cycles to get in a routine after coming off the pill.
There could still be chance for ovulation to happen? 🤞

AF is slowly going now & hopefully takes the spots she so kindly brought with her away too 🙈😂

Any news?
CD 14 no sign of ovulation, starting to get a bit anxious about it all now. I've been off the pill 6 months and things still don't feel 'normal' cycles between 32 and 45 days light bleeding for AF when I have endometriosis and used to have 10 day long heavy periods. Don't get me wrong that wasn't enjoyable but this doesn't feel normal!

@rosiej95 still no AF and still no BFP 🙄 I've been quite stressed this month so I'm sure that's what's delaying it, but its not helpful!! How are you getting on?

@DNpink82 ha I was the same coming off the pill! AF symptoms are horrible tbh.
At least you can cycle track now tho 😊

AF is on her way, exactly 3 weeks after my implant came out. Massive cramps and bloating, I'd forgotten how horrible periods are 😂 at least I'll have a period date now 👍🏼

@rosiej95 ah I'm sorry 😞 Fingers crossed for next month 🤞 STILL no AF yet here... but another BFN this morning and had some awful cramps yesterday too, so I'm sure it won't be long 🙄 just want it to arrive so we can start on the next cycle!

The one time AF plays tricks on my body she chooses the first month of ttc 🙈

I'm sure it'll be on its way tho cause I feel a little crampy xxx

Still no sign of AF here either! Had some very slight cramping this morning but nothing like AF cramps yet. Did a test a few days ago and got BFN so I'm sure it'll be here soon! Just want to be able to start the next cycle now 🤷‍♀️

Still no AF thought I had a bit of spotting earlier but haven't now. Feeling nauseous today but also feel like AF is coming.
Part of me doesn't want to waste any more money on a test & then the other part of me is getting a little impatient 😂

How's everyone doing today?

I’m glad it’s not just me getting obsessed, I had my implant taken out 2 weeks and 1 day ago and I can’t stop using OPK’s. I’m 38 so don’t have time to waste and I just want to ovulate and have an AF so that I know things are working ok. I’ve already picked out the pram and mentally decorated the nursery 🙈🤣

I'm seeing pregnant ladies everywhere! DH mentioned an event next August and I thought gosh I hope I'm pregnant or holding a baby for that event!
I can't believe how few fertile days you actually have, if I have another 45 day cycle I still have 25 days until ovulation!! Will start OPK's around day 19 and keep temp charting incase its a shorter cycle fingers crossed!

@lalababy2 Definitely does!! It's all I can think about right now... My husband is definitely on board with DTD a lot!!

Am going to start using OPK's this month so something else to obsess over this month Grin

Have been off birth control for 5 months but only actively ttc for 2 months.
Tracking my cycles on FF and using OPK tests and just both started taking pregnacare (his and hers)

Should be ovulation around the 31st (our anniversary!). Hoping this is the lucky month!

@RLou3 lol! That's so funny, what are we like!!! I used to be a bit crazy like that when I was still on the pill too. Looking at my stomach in the mirror like oooo it looks like a bump?!...nope that was all those chocolate biscuits you just had with your tea!

@Helenmelon92 it does seem though that you see babies and/or pregnant women everywhere you turn when you start trying!
If my husband think I'm bonkers he hasn't let me know yet. I've just told him we need to DTD A LOT!!! He's like of course my love....

@rosiej95 hopefully it will all start making sense soon... or even better, we get pregnant quickly so we can move on to the next stage of craziness
