@VP91x good morning! Yeah the weekend was really lovely, just what I needed. And I've woken up thinking about the pup, so it's definitely a welcome distraction already!

How was your weekend? How are you today? Looking forward to going back to work?

I'm fine thank you, little temp drop this morning which is typical when I said about it. Nothing major yet but I'm worried for tonight 🙄

Here's my chart, and @Firevie if FF have my ovulation day right or close, mine went up a couple of times too. Like @VP91x it'll go up and down throughout the TWW

Morning ladies! So I’m 2dpo now and my BBT was 36.83 this morning. It was 36.65 yesterday morning. How long does it keep rising post ovulation? Xx

@Northernsoul90 yes and many women didn't know they were pregnant until much later. I have heard that the internal examination was checking if your "interior"was purple once a woman was suspecting something. It sounds so strange but maybe true ?

@HopeForRainbowbaby Imagine ttc when our grandparents were having babies I bet it felt like an eternity no scans, no pregnancy tests! Crazy to think of it now. My grandma told me that pregnancy just had to be confirmed by an internal examination and they just used to guess how far along you were based on bump size and baby movements... no temping and flashy smilies then 😂

@HopeForRainbowbaby Yes from what I gathered it's only done as a precaution as it's the blood type of the baby and the mother that matters really and not everyone would have a negative immune response. Maybe that's why I've never heard of it over here it may only be offered in fertility clinics as an extra precaution, and yeah the injection would only be given once pregnant. Xx

@Northernsoul90 actually My grandma had multiple kids and her and grandpa had the conflicting blood types with no treatment. But it is worth to know blood type of DH and see if you do have conflicting blood types 👍 anyways I think that the treatment can start only later when a woman knows she is pregnant and can have a scheduled visit with midwife or gynecologist.

@Firevie I use Bettina Rae!! Well I've been a bit rubbish this time but last time I was ttc used her fertility yoga classes. I will have to start them again thank you for the reminder!! Xxx

Something I came across - Bettina Rae yoga for TWW! If anyone wants to try it on YouTube. And if you search for it on YouTube you get to loads other yoga exercises for TWW/implantation/ovulation etc. I’m starting Bettina Rae tmr and keeping up my running every day xx

Ladies I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but I've just been watching IVF vlogs on YouTube (obsessed with TTC content) and a lady in America had conceived successfully via IVF and the doctor was discussing blood types with her as she had had some bleeding. She was getting the husbands blood tested because if the husband and wife have opposite blood types an immune response can apparently be triggered in the body resulting in mc (depending on if baby has inherited the opposite blood type to mum). The lady was going to be given an injection to stop any kind of immune response.

I was aware of anti D injections if mum is Rhesus Negative but I didn't realise the opposite blood type thing. Just thought I'd share in on here as it's intrigued me and was something I knew nothing about... now I'm dying to know DHs blood type 🤦🏽‍♀️. Thought this could help someone out if they've had testing and exhausted other avenues. I'm not sure if they do these injections in the UK or if it's just an American thing xx

Hello @Cici89 I had a mmc which I had an MVA for on the 8th June. I didn't get a negative pregnancy test for 6 weeks but when I got the negative finally I ovulated 3 or 4 days later (I started doing cb ovulation tests as soon as I got the negative) so about 6 weeks and 4 days after mc I ovulated. I'm now in the tww and 9dpo with no af in between xxx

@Cici89 hope you get your big fat smiley soon! And I think DTD every other day is a good idea! I didn’t know when to start counting CDs from but @VP91x enlightened me...if I count the day of my ERPC as CD1, I ovulated on CD19. Let’s see..I’m in my TWW now.
@Lollol86 looks like you’ve ovulated. My test came out at 0.16 low today. Good luck xxx

@Firevie I’m also TTC after a MMC without AF. I’m driving myself demented at the moment. I’m currently on CD21 and CB pink digital and Fem are all negative. I’ve been having some pains and what I think is ewcm so I’m convinced I’m going to ovulate soon. It’s so hard not knowing what’s happening but trying to stay positive. Going to DTD every two days until I get a smiley because I’m so scared I’ll miss my chance. I’m cabin crew and my next flight is on 27/08 and I’m hoping I’ll know by then as I really don’t want to take any risk and fly. I had covid 19 for 6 weeks that I got onboard and I think my body recovering from that meant I wasn’t strong enough to carry 😔 How long did it take for you all to ovulate after your MMC? X

@VP91x back and done a test, it's dropped to 21% in Femometer, still in high but very close to low. So I assume that's ovulation done? I'm pretty sure I had ovulation pains this afternoon xx

@2020wish ugh yes so frustrating. I had a great FaceTime catch up with my bestie. He’s still at his mates and obv hasn’t done our weekly shop and now obv the shops are closed! I just ordered a pizza and having a Coke Zero now and watching TV! I am not sure if I’ve asked before is there things you should eat / shouldn’t eat/drink in your TWW? Obv I’m laying off the alcohol but anything else I need to take care of? Xx

@Rb486 sorry to hear it was a BFN today. I was the same last cycle, crying in the shower. I have gone with the no tracking approach this cycle. Will see if it’s worked when I hopefully rest at the end of the week.
