It is absolutely steaming hot! Can’t even sit on the balcony. OH and I have decided to go to our local cafe and get one of their yummy sausage baps for lunch lol so unhealthy but so good
Trying to tie up everything at work but seriously zero motivation
This eve DH has some picnic with work mates. I’m not going as I need to pack and clean the flat and I’m shielding myself as don’t want to risk schlepping anything back to my parents tmr.
We are at the edge of our seat as my DH applied for his tourist visa to travel back home with me. We have just had an email that it’s been approved and the embassy has sent the passport back via DX secure services. We are keeping our fingers crossed we will get the passport back today so DH can travel with me tmr yay ! Hope so!

@Pugprincess omggg I can see a line on all of those! I'm so excited for you, fingers crossed for a clear one on a FRER! I really do think your stress levels going down and your lifestyle changes have had such a positive impact on you, really hope this is a sticky bean for you xxx

@Northernsoul90 I think full flow should be CD1 but my consultant did say if it stays light then the spotting is your "period". Sorry it was a BFn but you've got an appointment in place at least. If you get anxious over the weekend perhaps try calling again on Monday morning and see if they can squeeze you in earlier than weds?
On the apps front, I use Glow which I like and captures lots of data but there's a lot of ads etc so I ended up paying premium to stop those. I'm using FF for charts but I also like Ovia, it's a really nice one too imo.

@VP91x I was surprised it was so many days of pills too but reading up on it it looks like it increases your progesterone and then when you stop, the sudden drop triggers AF so it needs a few days to build up. I'm pleased to see the doctor has given me the max strength prescription so hopefully it does the trick.
Sorry to hear your OPKs aren't showing ovulation just yet, it's frustrating when apps just give you a date and you know that's not the case. Will it throw future cycle predictions off?

Thanks all for your lovely comments and reassurance - there's no much support in this little group 🥰. Sorry for the tmi I've just had a fairly large clot/lump of tissue it looked like come out and and getting bad period pains as well. I think this must just be af taking longer to start up as it is right on time in terms of when I ovulated as well. I don't know why I just really want to see bright red blood but I suppose if I haven't had a cycle for so many weeks that could explain the colour.

Hello again! I think I have only ben away a week and a half and so much has happened - another new thread that is already halfway full! I was absent as OH took last week off so we limited phone time etc and just chilled and did house bits, and then this week we had sad news as I lost my 6yr old bunny rabbit, he just stopped eating and the vets and me couldn’t get him eating again, and my mum and Dad’s beautiful soppy dog Rufus had to be pts - both on the same day this week :( It all happened so quick - both were happy and content Monday, so i’m still in shock. It was meant to be my fertile week but nc found it hard to pinpoint ovulation as my temp rise wasn’t very large (I got a positive LH but in the days after I slept so badly - only about 4hrs each night, and the stress of losing our pets, that it mucked up my temps!) So no idea if I’m in a tww or how far in even - but am on cd22 overall!

@Runnergirl1 all the best for your appointment! I had mine yesterday 3 weeks after my ERPC and all looked good. Xxx

I’m off to the hospital for a follow up scan of my miscarriage to check it has all gone. I’m going to ask if they can tell me where about in my cycle I am as at the moment I’ve not got a clue as this is now nearly 2weeks after miscarriage x

@Northernsoul90 sorry about the result. I think CD1 is full flow, but I guess it will depend how much flow you get. If it's all light then yeah I'd then say yesterday probably was. Not long til your lovely meal too 🥰 xx

I rang the doctors and I'm getting a call from the nurse but not until next Wednesday which is annoying! I'm going to count yesterday's spotting as CD1 would you? Trying to get on with things today after a big wobble last night I've downloaded the FF app and Glow as well so I really just want this to turn into a proper period now! X

Aww @Northernsoul90 that's so annoying about your spotting! If you're going to have AF you want it to be a proper one! I hope today brings you some answers.

@MichT4 and @Tink20058 I am so jealous of your dogs, we're renting and will be for the forseeable future so yet another one of those things I dream of. I bet walking the dog is such a good way to take your mind of things.

@Firevie good luck with your temps and running in this heat, it's going to be indoor bodyweight stuff for me because I'm a proper wimp!

My boobs still feel really heavy and sore, don't usually get this with AF but I only came off the pill in the spring, so this could just be a new exciting symptom Hope everyone has a lovely day in the sun!

@VP91x 😂😂 I probably don't like Ava because she's telling me something I don't want to hear, but I'll go with you and ignore her for now! After saying yesterday that I didn't want to test, now I just want to know either way! I know it's too early to take a test though and bank on whatever it says. It's a weird month, I actually feel quite hopeful in a way, but equally am definitely expecting AF. I'll still be sad if it shows.

@VP91x yep 🤦🏼‍♀️ I was quite confident with those lines something is happening as a lot darker than yday and easy at home wasn’t showing at all a couple of days ago. I don’t mind waiting till AF due though. Only two more days xx
