BBT chart help please

I had a CP at 5+3 last month and now my cycle is all out of sync. I have only been temping 2 months and I’m honestly clueless at what the below is telling me.. I’ve been using OPKs twice a day and had high readings since CD11 and 2 peak readings a few days apart. Has anyone ever experienced similar? FF has no idea when ovulation occurred and Femometer has changed about 3 times and after putting my temp in this morning has changed my ovulation from CD14 to CD25.

I have no idea when to expect AF because one app says 27th July, another says 6th August and another says 9th August.

Any advice or thoughts would be hugely appreciated. Thank you x

Morning! Great to see your temp is back up 🤞🏼 When are you planning on testing?

Mines also gone up ever so slightly, BFN on an IC this morning at 12DPO so pretty sure I’m out.. still not 100% confident about the ovulation dates though as my temps are a mess!

Morning @ARIO @Juno231 and @Littlebee1990, how are you all today? I've had another temp rise so it's back to where it was pre dip, but I think it might be a slightly questionable temp because I temped at normal time but had actually woken 3 hours before that and I don't think I was in the deepest sleep for those 3 hours. Will just have to see what happens tomorrow...in the TWW I'm always just waiting for tomorrow morning!!!

Thanks @Juno231 🤞🏻 it does again tomorrow. Yours is looking great...no idea about RHR I'm afraid - should it track similar to bbt or can they be quite different at any given point?

@ARIO I'm 9dpo today. Temp has gone up again but RHR has plummeted so not sure what's going on. My tea tastes disgusting this morning so I'm trying not to get my hopes up!

Temp and RHR have dipped again so it’s not looking great, I’m 11DPO. Having a cycle this long is awful! Take me back to 28 day cycles!!

Oh I'm sorry @Littlebee1990 - could be too early though? I'm sure I read that even with those tests some women won't get a positive until after AF was due...

That sounds positive @ARIO 🤞🏻 My temp went back up today (but not to pre dip levels) so definitely had that estrogen surge @Juno231 - never had that before so thinking the soy isoflavones may have had something to do with it. Feel absolutely shattered today despite having 8 hours sleep...thank you progesterone!

Oh @Littlebee1990 that's frustrating for you. You're not out yet though, how many dpo are you?

How's everyone else doing? @Tink2019 @Juno231? You guys must be close to testing? I'm 5dpo and woke with really bad AF type cramping last night, I ended up having to take paracetamol which is unusual for me.

@Juno231 @Tink2019 Just been reading up and definitley gonna ignore the test, sounds like lots of people have had similar! Ordered some FRER so will try them late this week!

Eeek, that's exciting @Littlebee1990! I can see it too and I'm rubbish at seeing lines. Do you have a FRER or IC you can use with pink dye?

@Littlebee1990 I can see it BUT these tests are horrendous for evaps so I wouldn't trust it unless you also get a line on a FRER or something else with a pink dye. Fingers crossed this is it though!

Your chart has interesting pattern to it but looks good overall!

@Tink2019 super normal still, don't worry! I've even attached an example chart with the same kind of dip that ended in pregnancy. I see these charts all the time :)

@Juno231 try not to panic. Remember it's the bigger picture you need and it could easily go back up again tomorrow. Its usual to have dips here and there and there are so many factors that can influence it.

@Juno231 helppppp...what is going on with my temp?! Plummeted even more today below cover line! If AF comes now that's a very short luteal phase, normally AF comes at 13dpo!

@ARIO Yey to the crosshairs! I'm trying not to symptom spot because I get so many each month which are just standard for me before AF arrives. It's hard not to though!

@Stabal Sounds like you're ready for this cycle - it's pants when AF arrived but when you know you're out you just want it to arrive so you an move on to the next cycle. Hopefully this one there's no spotting.

@Juno231 Ooo I didn't know that about a second eostrogen surge! I'd definitely leave that temp in if I was you as, like you said, temps are in line with the others x
