9dpo and cramping ttc driving myself mad hoping this is baby number 2 on the way

Hi everyone,

As above 9 days dpo and experiencing cramps. Stupidly bought 20 one step tests online and have been secretly testing every morning for two days.

Recently had a chemical I have a 19 month old and we are ready for bundle of joy number 2 .

Is it normal to be this crazy and hiding testing so you don’t look like a mad woman lol

For all those trying I wish you all baby dust in the world :) :) :) I just needed to get it out there Grin x

Hi I'm 8dpo. Too impatient too 🤣 I'm been testing since day 5 even tho theres no way there would be hcg then!
I've got a 2yr 4months old son.
Been trying since before christmas, it took 2years last time so I'm hoping it's a bit quicker this time. I get safe every time af comes to visit

@Pr24 that’s ok it’s just little bits I’ve read from people. Bbt is the big one as you will know then if you are definitely ovulating and when. It might be you are ovulating a little later than you think or something like that. Anyway you’re young and I’m sure you’ll be just fine. And you’re not out this month yet 11dpo is still early for a bfp!

@Pr24 this is my first month really because last month I was waiting for my first period after having my Mirena removed. I always got pregnant really quickly with my others bit tomes have changed I would imagine! You’re young though so I’m sure you’ll be fine

@pr24 I’m sure it’ll happen but there are some things I’ve read about you can try? Definitely do your bbt beciase thet is the most accurate way to know if your ovulating. Opks only tell you your body is gearing up to do it, but it might not be. Bbt will confirm it. Also in terms of ewcm (gross I know) if you want to increase it (apparently it really helps) then try drinking some pure grapefruit juice every day until you have oved. Then once you have drink pomegranate juice for implantation everyday until 10DPO. Also eating a few Brazil bits and the core of a pineapple everyday until 10dpo helps with implantation too.
Sorry if it all seems a lot but might be worth a go?

@LaceyMermaid noo we caught straight away after I came off the pill at 22, 18months ago. Ready for baby number 2now and the excitement is fading every cycle. I haven't tried bbt yet but I sure will next month! How long have you be trying?

@Pr24 I take it it didn’t take at long with #1 then? Frustrating for you. I think it’ll take me longer this time if at all, but I’m 38 so a lot older than I was when I last got pregnant (nearly 13 years ago). Are you tracking your cycle taking your bbt etc?

11dpo today and negative test.
Is there an actual reason why it's taking so long to get pregnant again? Tracking ovulation, dtd the right days etc but still nothing. I didn't expect it to take this long

Thank you!! Good luck you too when your tww starts! This one has been so bloody stressful for me! I'm at 9 or 10? Dpo and been thinking I'm out but still feeling weird with so many symptoms maybe it's all in my head!!

All is good here thanks!! Glad it's nearly the weekend and I can put my work laptop away for a few days!!

I'm still working from home - and will be for the rest of the year!! Not the easiest with a 18m old but I'm loving spending time with him

It's not good feeling sick but 🤞🏻 it may be a good sign xx

@Lynne425 Just keep an eye on it! Its probably ovulation but if the pain gets intense make sure you see someone - I also had a ruptured cyst that started with one sided pain.

@Lynne425 Yes, I get ovulation pain every month. Is is similar to AF except more concentrated on one area/side usually.

Has anyone ever had ovulation cramping?!

I'm probably just over analysing every pain or feeling but I've had some stomach cramps this morning like AF is going to appear but literally got a positive opk last night so it's far too early for that lol X
