5 failed rounds of IVF and I'm bloody preggers!!!!

Oh my god. I just have to tell SOMEONE.

We have had 5 failed rounds of IVF, the last one failed last year. Spent tens of thousands of pounds to no avail.

My period was late (which is standard really, it's all over the place at the moment) and I thought I'd just do a test so I could put the thought of being pregnant out of my mind and carry on waiting for AF to turn up.

And fuck me it was positive (excuse the language!!). I'm literally beside myself!! I have never had a BFP and was told to stop IVF, there was nothing more they could do.

It's very early, so praying all goes ok, but this is more than I've ever had before.

YAY!!!!!

Thank you again so much everyone! I'm so grateful for your good wishes. We are now arguing about how to tell our parents 🤣 Never did I think we'd be able to argue about that so it's fine by me!

That’s absolutely amazing! Wishing you the very best of luck with your pregnancy - I wonder if it’s one or two with those very dark lines? My line came up very dark and quickly like that and it was twins for me!

Congratulations, get the test that says 'pregnant' in the window, even more satisfying than a line. You probably have one from your panic buying of tests!
