Hey everyone,

Anyone else just started ovulation or about to start in the next week. Let's start a chat and keep ourselves busy as we head through ovulation and the dreaded 2WW.

Little about me this is my 2 cycle at TTC Baby no.1 I'm about to start ovulation on fri or sat, so going to make the most of this week. I've ordered some IC ovulation sticks hopefully will arrive in next couple days and I will give them a try out. What is everyone else doing to prepare themselves for ovulation???

Head ups anyone with amazon prime I just ordered first response early response 2 sticks for £2.34 they currently have 15% off first time subscription I just set mine up for next delivery 3months later if I need or don't need it won't matter but 2 for that price OMG 😆

@Gab101 I did that last month I was convinced I was AF was even 2days late I was so disappointed 😔 so I'm trying not to get my hopes up to much. It's so hard though when you just want that BFP. They say patience's is a virtue and it's true haha 😂

Cm can be hard to go by after ovulation as I get some right up and through my period when it's suppose to dry up I think every person is different so there cm will be too.

@Jemmy94 I had right side last month left side this month. You may only feel one side if it's dominated I've read too.

@Tiff94 yeah I think it's still super early so I'll TRY and be more patient! 😂

I've never really paid attention to my cm before so it's hard to know what is different! Forever wishing I was more in tune with my post pre TTC

@Tiff94 It will certainly be interesting to keep track of! At the moment its coming from my right side 😅 when I had my copper coil in i always used to get pain mid cycle from my right ovary only time I really noticed as it was so painful!

@Jemmy94 you may have never noticed before if you never tracked ovulation so you could have had them but never thought much of it. I feel different side each month.

@Gab101 not sure if it means anything all not I've read the before 6dpo very unlikely of implantation as only on day 6 its 0.5 of women do most likely day 9 so keep a watch out but you never know you could be early implater. Cm can be very confusing to go by something can be all over the place too

TMI but 4dpo I've had some almost yellow/kind of white cm. a medium amount I would say. can this mean anything? I also think I may have seen a tinge of brown/red but it was too little to know. And too early I think!

@Jemmy94 I understand with the CM can get confusing 🙈 if you got pains then definitely ovulation isn't far of best of luck to you this month.

@Shinea I'm day 18 will start testing in 6days more then likely I thought I felt symptoms last month but nothing this month so who knows really.

@Tiff94 I am yeah, I've been having cramps that feel like short stabbing pains similar to period pain since Monday so I think it is today! I find it so hard with the CM to tell due to dtd every other day Blush it all gets mixed up 🤣🙈 I'm on day 14 of my cycle and the cramping has been intense so im assuming I'm ovulating? I will do a test tonight and tomorrow lunch time with my OPK and see what it says.

I hope you don't need them next month everuthing crossed for you! Ah, i will wait until my next cycle to try BBT 🙈 unless I catch this month! There is hope! AF isn't due until 31/7

@Tiff94 right I always had regular cycle with 26-28 days. So Its day 16 and still long 10 days to test anything, but I feel all of the past 3 months were same with all the symptoms.

@Jemmy94 you due to ovulate today yeah ? Have you had any EWCM yet? When the arrive tonight test and see you may have already had your LH surge but still get to DTD you never know. I only used about 4 opks this month as the arrived the day before ovulation. I went through like 8 pregnancy one last month though as I started tested at 10DPO I will have enough for next week if AF arrives will order more for next month but have plenty opks if I need hopefully not. I'd thought about the BBT but need to track before ovulation as well to see the data so that's why I'm waiting til AF or not.

@Tiff94 ooooh they look like a cheap and easy way of testing! My OPK pack comes with 20 sticks but might need more if I get bfns 🤣 Im ready to buy one too! I dunno whether to wait and see how i get on with the opks first 🙈

My kids are 10, 8 and 5. Would love one more so will see what happens.

I have recently come off the pill so I don't have a regular cycle yet. Just going off signs I have been experiencing I think I may have ovulated over the last week. If it doesn't work out for us this month hopefully my cycle goes back to normal.

@Shinea I'm the same I feel when AF is coming and when ovulation is close. I had problem when I changed from the bar to the pill and then went off them completely and got very intuned with my body to know what's going on after month month of AF constantly but now I'm regular 27/28days every month 6day AF and always know when I'm ovulating and which side haha 😂 but they took 2years to happen. Our body doesn't listen to us we have to listen to it 👂

@Rjbp20 ive been laying down on my back for a good 10/15mins afterwards as well not sure if it helps but we shall see. I've taking conception vitamins and so is hubby. Otherwise we having tried much but this is only our 2cycle TTC.

Definitely need to lower my Coke Zero caffeine I think!

Anyone do anything else to help TTC?

Sorry if TMI but we always finish in a certain position and I lay on my back for at least 10 mins after. Haven’t got a clue if it makes any different.

@Tiff94 sensitive yes I guess so!! because I can easily predict my AF 2 days before. I spoke to my Gp and she said not much to worry but we can have a scanning she said. Maybe I ll get it done if it's not my month this time.
Regardless for both I have to wait till AF to arrive.

@Jemmy94 i use them instead of the expensive pregnancy tests. I got them off amazon last month so I could start testing before AF came I got like 30 test for £3. then I got some in with the pack of opks I will post a pic they similar design to the opks I know they will ease my mind a little next week haha 😂 maybe grab so too if you like. I'm thinking if this isn't the month to get a BBT too it's in my amazon basket haha along with FRER one will be order next week haha 😂

@Shinea im not sure about the pains the full two weeks I always get ovulation pains and the AF cramps during I had a couple days of cramping after ovulation this month which is unusual for me. I would suggest speaking with your gp they will know more or maybe do a test for you to check everything is okay. Best of luck maybe you just are sensitive and can feel the whole process from ovulation til AF

@lastbany we are also trying for our fourth baby. I've done this 3 times before and still have trouble remembering the early stages lol

Not really sure when I ovulated but I suspect it was sometime in the last week. Fingers crossed!
