Ovulation buddies starting July 8-14

Hey everyone,

Anyone else just started ovulation or about to start in the next week. Let's start a chat and keep ourselves busy as we head through ovulation and the dreaded 2WW.

Little about me this is my 2 cycle at TTC Baby no.1 I'm about to start ovulation on fri or sat, so going to make the most of this week. I've ordered some IC ovulation sticks hopefully will arrive in next couple days and I will give them a try out. What is everyone else doing to prepare themselves for ovulation???

@lastbany I definitely don't trust the cheapies now after using the FRER and CB and they both show were the ic haven't at all. I kinda had a outline on one yesterday afternoon also might keep trying with them to see if the line shows up or not.

@ohbaby3 I just used a CB early secrecy with the line and I got a faint one this morning. I have a digital and another early detect (came in set of 3) I would say I'm either 13/14 dpo today. I'm nervous to use the digital in case it's doesn't show too. I did afternoon wee yesterday and my FRER line was darker then that morning. So I'm thinking to wait maybe tomorrow or Saturday for digital as AF expected then.

@Tiff94 well it was a cheap frear lol I got two for £3 at chemist it's all they had!! It did say from day 10 po though! I have bigger cramps now so I'm gearing myself up for mine ing x

Did you use the weeks one? I confirmed mine the same day with an afternoon wee, it said so they will date me 3-4! I was so nervous thinking it wouldn't show pregnant!!
How many dpo are you?

@Tiff94 ye it's strange body feels pregnant lol I've known every time before a got a BFP strange but this time I do think I'm out I've never not got a BFP by now af tomorow so well see xx

@lastbany your not out until AF arrives. That's pretty much been me the last week. Can't stop peeing barely can hold on, need to go do many times in a day.

@ladylouez so have you ovulated yet or are you still trying to figure that out. ? Most of us here I think only just started opks this month to. I used the cheap ones from amazon and I never saw my peak but I knew when I ovulated. Which was back two week ago.

@Tiff94 had cramps few days back I'm very bloated strange thing is I have been weeing like a race horse!! Littally up 3 tiles in night all my normal pregnancy symptoms got mild cramping today but again always had tht when been pregnant so it's very strange but last time I tested positive 6 days before af so I'm pretty sure I'm out!

Hi all - hopefully someone can shed some light on this before I go down the google rabbithole. I've been using the CBFM (started last month and got mostly highs and no peak but I've read that's common as it's learning my cycle).. this month I'm on day 9 of testing and I'm still on low. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Yesterday I noticed a change in my discharge (it was slightly thicker but didn't last) and I after one wee during the day I saw spotting when I wiped.

@Tiff94 same pain but dont want to symptoms spot, but cant withhold thinking about it all the time 😅 this time have decided to test after AF is missed.
Let's see if I can hold myself back until then 😅

@Shinea I've been bloated the last week. Cramping on and off after ovulation also have like a stitch like pain sometimes and feel like I can feel my whole stomach moving around.

Hello everyone,
Congrats for all the BFPs 🤩😍
Here I am 13 dpo today and having more of leg and lower abdomen cramp.
I had cramping on 2 days prior to ovulation(cd 10) then at 6dpo and now today on 13 dpo also I have bit of bloating especially during night and my AF is due on this Sunday. I am thinking to hold off till AF or maybe take a test tomorrow.
Anyone had similar symptoms?

So tested this morning with a CB and it's a BFP 😬😍😍💜💜 I still can't believe it will call gp today and get them to confirm. Can't wait to hear all the next BFPs baby dust 👶 all round

It's just a standard HCG pregnancy test (blood).

The ones you would get in the UK but from a doctor note but I think they only give you them for special reasons or if you X amount of days late.

To confirm I'm in first cycle not IVF! I know the odds are super slim first time and all but let's wait and see!

In Brazil you can literally pay £6 to get this test done in a local laboratory.... if there is more than 6 mui in my blood then I'm pregnant.... it detects pregnancy very early on.

I'm now 11/12- DPO based upon FLOW app and Clearblue static smiley / CM.

I would say I have never felt so many symptoms persistent bloating and gas since last week and nausea without fail every morning. I said to my DH if I'm not that I have some serious hormonal issues that need to be seen too!!! My sister keeps saying it sounds like I have IBS 😪🤣
