TTC after MC - July 2020 (Part 5)

@SmileyT I felt like I needed a poo too, that's why I spent half the morning on the loo because it relieved it. It was uncomfortable though, and the fact the spotting has come back since isn't helping my anxiety.
They said they could assess me, and do a scan (I imagine at some point - 5 weeks tomorrow so they might offer it later). I imagine they will take my bloods too.
I'm so worried, but I just want to know what's happening.

@VP91x I won't, though they haven't even called yet. They are so awful, I was expecting hassle when the EPU said it had to come from them.

I'm sorry for being so negative, I just feel so sad that this is what it's like now - I just want to be happy and excited and I don't understand why these things keep happening. I hope so much everything is OK 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@VP91x yes please do, I have no idea about most things but a lot about mortgages 🙈 glad there is no hangover, I'm at the hairdressers and literally can't keep my eyes open, must stop getting up so early 😴

@MichT4 mine feels like I need a shit or my tampon is full id say 🤔 it's really hard to describe but pressure down there, I don't normally get any physical symptoms before AF but I'd imagine it feels like this. What did the EPU say they could do after the referral? Bloods? I would've thought 4weeks is too early for an ultrasound. Glad they were so kind to you and hopefully it helps settle your mind x

Little update. I called the EPU and had a little cry. She was brilliant and said they will see me but only accepting GP referrals at the mo. So I had to bite the bullet and call my shit doctor. Waiting for them to call back.
I just need to know what’s going xx

@VP91x i really wouldn’t know- I came off the pill in October, the cycles I had were 40 then 37 days. I found out I was pregnant in feb and had a mmc in April. Had two lots of tablets to remove tissue. Had my first period since m/c 30th June. So I’m not sure what they will be like- they were getting closer together before falling pregnant. I started testing on CD8 with the clear blue so only used three tests with my first morning urine. So I’m just winging it atm. Hoping to see something soon maybe.

@MichT4 yes that line looked very good. So don’t feel guilty about testing. No judgement made here, we’re all as guilty as each other! Lol.

@VP91x I’m on cycle day 10 and have a blank circle still. I have no idea what my cycles will be doing. I think maybe I’ll see a flashy next week. According to glow app I’m due to ovulate on the 16th but who knows.
Prosecco always gives me a headache too, glad you managed to avoid it this morning 😘

@SmileyT no I haven’t heard of that, I’ll add it to my reading list. How would you describe the heaviness?

@VP91x all these things that could be fine but could also mean something - you think they’d have made them easily distinguishable. As I said before, I kind of just want to know either way now. I do hope all is fine, but it’s been a real coaster of a week, didn’t help myself this morning with that test 🙄

@VP91x @Northernsoul90 I’ve rang them- they’ve told me to wait until tomorrow and they will ring me and we will go from there. My husband is with me as he’s working from home luckily. Next week is the last week of school before summer so was hoping to go in and see the children before they go off. Doubt that will happen now 😩🙄

@IWM20 I agree with you, it’s not spoken about enough, this is my 3rd miscarriage and like you my others happened naturally ( in between the week wait if the nhs scans) so I didn’t have to even think about treatment. I think I’ll give the tablets another go and if they don’t work the only other option is surgery and I really wanted to avoid that. Do you know what treatment you are looking to have? ♥️ Xx

@Sophj19 I'm so sorry about your loss and that medical management may not be working. I just can't believe how much women go through and it's not really spoken about. I too am going through my 2nd MC at the moment and the bleeding doesn't seem to be progressing like my last MC. I've got an appointment on Monday at the EPU and I'm thinking I may need some help with this one. Why is this so hard? At least if its going to go it could just hurry up and actually go! 🙄😂

@MichT4 your line looks good to me ☺️. I did a CB 11 DPO on the 17th and got 1-2, then I did another 5 days later and got 2-3, then I waited another 5 days and still got 2-3, then i waited another 2 days and got 2-3 again so mine didn't progress to 3+ which looking back was probably a sign but I read so many stories of women that also didn't get 3+ until quite late on and the jump is big between 2-3 and 3+ in hormone levels so I tried not to worry to much xxx

@MichT4 oops accidentally pressed it getting off the tube 🙈 but yeah I'd say that it's normal and I've definitely got that heavy feeling . Also have you read about the hook theory? After a certain point in pregnancy the type of hcg you produce changes and can also flood tests x

@VP91x @Jazper I'm strangely calm I feel like I've been wanting this BFP for so long (not compared to some but feels like it) so I'm just going to enjoy it even if it doesn't last. My due date would be the day exactly one year on from the date my last MC was confirmed so feel like my little bean is looking over me ☺️ xx

So who is testing this weekend? So excited for more BFPs xx

@VP91x yep I started testing cd7 which was day after my period finished. Might do two cheapies a day and just do one digi per day 🤷🏻‍♀️

@MichT4 I’m good today thank you going to do another amazon order 😂 and get supplements etc. Weather over here is terrible so not up to much really today apart from boring jobs like remortgaging the house 😴.

@Sophj19 Yes I would give them a ring and see what they advise. I know nothing ever seems straightforward, I hope you are okay. Is someone at home with you? Hopefully the bleeding will start again soon so that you can begin to recover xx

I’m on CD ten of clear blue and still getting the round empty circle. Think maybe it will be a bit later because my cycle was never the standard 28 days since coming off the pill so I’ll just keep doing it once a morning and see what happens! Hoping to see some sort of flashing smiley soon. Lol! Xx
