TTC after MC - July 2020 (Part 5)

@Hayleylou89 how are u? Thought I’d update and tell you that we have noticed a massive difference with the hcg! This will be week 5/6 for him and when reading up on it it says it takes that length off time to kick in. We didn’t see any benefit last cycle. He’s more energy, moods are lifted and his drive and stamina have definitely returned lol

@VP91x fingers crossed the soy iso work. I read up on them and seen good things for women with cycles similar to yours so hopefully. I decided against then for me as my cycles have went back to normal(I think).

@SmileyT aw haha well at least u get some time to urself lol I’ve booked me and Dh away next weekend for my birthday. So looking forward to that after these few months

@VP91x yeah just got in from work, was actually quite nice as I get so much admin done on a Saturday because most people don't know I'm working and don't bother me 👌🏾 lucky OH getting relegated, at least it wasn't during FW... yeah at could definitely have been a hormone dip but you know me I'm just going for my positive thinking about next cycle so I don't get too hyped this week and can just get on with it. Let's see what happens next weekend, although I'm still hopeful for August for some reason. How was the rest of your day? Glad you enjoyed Frozen, controversial but I loved some of the songs in this one more than 1 - although 'do you want to build a snowman' is still my fave 🎶

@Northernsoul90 yeah if you've got up it won't be your BBT and might not give you a clear pattern x

@Bellabubble yeah I think all the apps take a few days as an ovulation shift is determined by 3 higher temps than the previous 6 so it doesn't know whether it's a sustained shift for 3 days x

@Hayleylou89 ahh didn't realise you weren't allowed your hubby into your scans the ones by me think partners can go now, hopefully this will change by you by your later scans x

So I've officially lost DP to the pub but that means I have the sofa and TV to myself until he comes home drunk at some point 😂

@Northernsoul90 fingers crossed it was true ovulation. Maybe just keep DTD when you feel like it and keep urself covered. U never know x

@VP91x how are things with you? Have u sussed your ovulation out yet or still having really long cycles? Did you go private?

@2020wish I’m glad you are feeling relaxed this month, it all gets a bit much sometimes doesn’t it. I’ll have to try some Pom and grapefruit juice will pick some up!

No it was the first cb I did this month and went straight to static. I did some one step as well which I don’t think I had a peak on the app said high but not peak and then low today. Again I’m not convinced though, not holding out hope of conceiving really this month I was just more wanting to know if I would ovulate and get af soon as a signal of my body getting back to normal xx

@Northernsoul90 where u getting flashy smileys or the empty circle before u got ur static?

I’ve decided to take a back seat approach this month lol so I just tested this morning first time and it was neg. not tempting anymore either. Feel so relaxed

@VP91x - please add me! I've just started using the OvuSense and it's incredible how it measures your BBT. I think I may have had the ovulation dip yesterday. Just waiting to see what happens over the next couple of days. I'm now CD16.
This is my second month trying after a molar pregnancy at the end of last year. Prior to that I also had two MC. My husband and I have been trying since August of last year. Fingers crossed and baby dust to everyone it happens for us all soon 🤞🏼😘

@2020wish 10CD. No ovulation yet. Drinking pomegranate and grapefruit juice hehe

@2020wish I’m quite confused as to where I am at the moment - I’m 26 days past mva so could be seen as cd26. I was told I had follicles on my ovaries on Wednesday so would probably ovulate within the next week so I started doing opks on Thursday and then got a cb static smiley on Friday but I was sceptical about this as I’m still getting faint positives on pregnancy tests so not sure if it’s just getting confused. Anyway I have a second clear blue test monitor thing so did another today and that was just the circle so maybe I could have ovulated? Who knows? really I said I wouldn’t properly track anything until after my first af so I suppose it’s just a waiting game. I only dtd a couple of times in the past week or so so if I did ovulate I doubt I will have caught so just want af to hurry up really so I can track properly 🤞🏼

How are you? Have you started testing or will you wait a few days?

@VP91x she was really happy, she couldn’t really celebrate much because I snuck to tell her when everyone else was nearby 😂. It just helps to talk about it, and now I feel terrible for not telling my mum 🙄
It’s weird telling people now because they are expecting it more whereas last time she literally froze as she couldn’t believe it 😂

@Northernsoul90 oh wow that is a drive, I’m in Swindon so to get to the Lake District it would be about 5 hours. We usually go to Cornwall but opted for Devon this time.

@Lollol86 I’m the same with Devon for me that would be a 7/8 hour drive! 🥴 would love to go though it looks beautiful
