Just a quick one, my first month doing OPKs and although I have a pretty regular cycle I have started on CD5. I was under the impression I should test morning and night however the morning tests are always so faint it seems a waste of time? I've started reading SMEP and it says only do evenings? Obviously I'm getting through a lot of tests so just wondering if anyone has ever got there positive OPK in the morning or if I should stick to late afternoon evening?

So hard to pick up on the bloody camera. Done an IC which looks like a faint line. Maybe indent. But here's the new early response below. I've taken another pic and adjusted the brightness but it's the same test.
Period is one day late now so surely this would be clearer???

@3andout I didn't think I'd of made it this month as didn't DTD on day of my positive OPK but obviously that wasn't the case Grin

@LT103 I'm amazed, did not think anything was happening until yesterday... Oh and I DTD last night, so hopefully we caught it. Although not holding my breath...

@3andout that looks like a good peak today!!

I started tracking last month. Worried as my oh has to go away for work on Tuesday but I got a high today at cd11 so fingers crossed get my peak tomorrow. It was cd 13/14 last cycle.

I've been tracking for the first time too, and I've been doing morning and evening tests, today's test was from this afternoon. I've not been holding in just doing the test when I remember.... this is my opk progress from CD8.

Help me 😭 period due today. Took this early response Superdrug brand. This line came up. But when I took it out of the stick it was so faint I couldn't pick it up on camera.

@Beepbeep42 maybe you are missing your peak, what times of day are you testing? I got my peak at 1pm after seeing a darker line that morning

@bibs124 I don't think I've been too stressed, usually ovulation occurs same time either way but AF is just later. Ah. Just something else to wonder about.

@Beepbeep42 can you think of anything that would be affecting your ovulation? Such as stress?

Congratulations @bibs124!

So I have a OPK question. Always used CB digital, always get peak reading day 15 with high reading previous 3+ days. These were the readings I got TTC child no1 a few years back and these are the readings I've been getting since Jan this year. However last month I got no peak and this month I've had low (the faintest line when you eject the sti ck) day 13, 14, 15. I'm 31. Heeeelp!

@zippityzip yeah I told him last night when we got the faint line! I think for both of us it just doesn't feel real yet

@zippityzip just in complete shock, I really thought I'd struggle to conceive ive no idea why I just had such a feeling.. I think in hindsight I'd probably convinced myself that was the case

@zippityzip thank you! I just can't believe it! I think the clear blue ovulation tests really helped as they gave me a definitive answer I was ovulating instead of squinting at a line on a cheap test
