Hey girls as we are about to get thrown out of our thread I have started a new one so we can continue manically looking for EWCM, sore (.)(.)s and orange feet whilst chanting 'in with love, out with BFNs'.

Come on over/in

Bucky if you are still worried you should call NHS direct i am sure they could offer advice, but hopefully all is back to normal today??

x

07mumstheword · 01/11/2007 08:47

Bucky I know I shouldn't laugh but couldn't help myself. Have you got the feeling back in your tongue today? You never know you could have found something to help TTC and we'll all be out buying the same oven cleaner and adding it to our dinner!

DG Hope you're feeling better today. I've noted that I can occsionally feel quesy or have "PG symptoms" and I've still got AF so what hope do I have in my 2WW!

coolcat Hope you have a better day today and like the others have said it aint over til TEW comes and if you're not sure of your dates there is still hope.

Shrek I drive myself mad waiting for signs and symptoms. I intend to relax this month..hahaha! Look at SK who had absolutely no symptoms and got a BFP yesterday!

Pixie Fingers crossed for implantation.

Hello to anyone I may have missed.

pixie04 · 01/11/2007 08:33

Morning ladies.

OMG Bucky are you okay? Is your tounge still numb? I did have a little giggle to myself but that's because that is really something I would do. sorry.

DG I have put your Dr's appointmenmt in my tiny diary and I will be there in your pocket ready to stand up to those Dr's for you. Don't worry this pixie has a nasty sting if you need it, you just let me know.

sarahnh have you tested yet?.....

I am now 2DPO so within the next week I should get some implantation pains and maybe a little bit of spotting, heres hoping.

Morning ladies, Bucky hows the tongue (apart from clean!!)? Joking apart I admire the fact you thought about cleanin your oven - I hate that job.

Well ladies did a really sad TTC thing last night, feeling really negative I did a test and it was well negative!! However, I than sat down and thought about dates and am sure it is still to early so there may still be a chance? The trouble is I can not remember when day one of cycle was but I am certain it was after DD's B-day so therefore not time.

Sorry to ramble off to work now in my car - feels like such a luxury after yesterday.

but dg my tongue is STILL numb. I ate about 45 mins ago!

I have no ov symptoms yet, so not sure when to brake out the OPKs. Maybe CD12 which I think is tomorrow...

made it home and have just sat down after helping dh make me a 'get well soon' broth (he is being grumpy so its quicker if i help). i have a GIANT spot on my lip, which will look great tomorrow when i have to give a presentation.

bucky oh dear...it can't have been that bad, i'm sure the 'fan' blew out most of the fumes. i once forgot to take the foam base off a pizza before sticking it in the oven. got halfway through the pizza before i realised [doh].

coolkat sorry you had a rubbish day too. all that and a funeral! you are a very good mother.

am logging current aches and pains (which include odd cramps and 'different' painful boobs) as 'ill' symptoms which i will have to mentally reference next time i'm on a 2ww so as not to confuse them with real 'pg' symptoms.

am annoyed that this bug will probably affect my temp charting...and on my first full cycle of temping too. poo.

Bucky2007 · 31/10/2007 20:57

ooh coolcat I didn't see your post sorry! . Your day does sound pretty rubbish. Hope it got better.

And I thought I had a bad day.
No advice sorry!

Bucky2007 · 31/10/2007 20:43

Evening girlies. I am in a total flap again. I was going to clean the oven yesterday and sprayed the cleaner all over it then got distracted and forgot. DP cooked dinner tonight and it was only when we were almost finished and our tongues were numb that I remembered. Now i think that if I concieve this month I am a toxic wasteground, if I don't die first of course . I have googled 'I forgot to wipe off the oven cleaner' to death and cannot find any reference to anyone on earth ever doing this before with a fan assisted oven . What am I going to do????

Evening ladies, well what a day, car went in for MOT, failed, had to walk DD to school and then walk to work, left work early to walk back to school to walk home - Knackered.

DD's rabbit died and had to tell her, it was horrible, however we held a little burial ceromony with her dressed as a pumpkin!!

Anyway, less of me rambling, still felt light headed every now and again and I have had a continuous headache, although I am not sure these are symptoms of pregnancy.
I did however purchase some Preg tests on my trek through town to work so watch this space..!!
Congrats to Spooky who I see has BFP on the other post.
Anyone else had a nightmare day

ClairePO · 31/10/2007 19:39

Hello all waves

Now on CD14 and had +ve OPK today so I figure I'm on the 2ww just about!

digitalgirl · 31/10/2007 19:05

hello ladies, just popping in for a quick nosey. Am still at work [exhausted emotican], and am coming down with some sort of work-induced bug again (I blame the 'run' yesterday).

AF seems to be behaving herself and came back late this morning after disappearing last night (dirty stop out). I'm hoping this is a good sign, as my last period stopped after two days then i had a two day break then spotted for two days. Having AF everyday makes me think that hormones are back on track. Although I'm totally guessing!

good luck to all those waiting to test

pixie can I put you in my pocket for Monday's appointment? For all my cold-bitch-hard-headedness at work I'm a complete pushover at the doctors.

sarahnh · 31/10/2007 15:41

tahnks pixie you have given me a bit of hope. I didn't wait for 4hrs not peeing!!! i have another test so i will do that with my first morning wee tom. I know i said i would keep my hand tied behind by back til mon/tues but i cannot resist!:0

pixie04 · 31/10/2007 15:28

sarahnh Whilst the tests can be used anytime of the day your supposed to hold your wee for something like 4 hours for the HCG level to be detectable early on in pregnancy. And whilst from the first day of your missed period they are 99% or whatever, when used 4 days before they are only 45 - 50% effective.

You are 14 DPO right? I'd maybe try one of your pee in a cup ones tomorrow morning (first morning wee) or wait till 16 DPO (day after 2moro).

There is still hope

sarahnh · 31/10/2007 14:11

well i have decided that i am going to tie my hands behind by back and not use any more pgts until at least monday/tuesday. That way if AF gets me beforehand i won't have wasted any more money or get upset!(well i will be upset) i have even being having dizzy spells which i never get!! but as you say it is early so i guess you never know

07mumstheword · 31/10/2007 14:01

I'm so sorry sarahnh but it is still early so don't give up hope quite yet. I obsess symptoms all the time, AF arrived for me on Sunday and I realise that the AF symptoms can be so similar to PG symptoms it really is hard to tell.

sarahnh · 31/10/2007 13:45

well i gave into temptation, couldn't be bothered to pee in a cup so i went to boots and bought a predictor pgt which can detect up to 4 days and you can use any time of day and its BFN. Gutted

sarahnh · 31/10/2007 11:13

mtw my cycle is all over the place unfortunately though last month was freaky!!! i muust admit i seem to buy pg tests all the the time!! i think my dh is going to conviscate(sp) my debit card!! I have bought some tests earlier but which detect very eary pg but i have to pee in a cup and i'm at work at the mo, so that might be a bit tricky!!! i completely obsess about systoms every month, though as soon as AF turns up i forget what they were and the whole cycle begins again!!!

pixie04 · 31/10/2007 11:08

sarahnh if you got a +OPK on CD 13 then you would have ovulated either then or on CD14. a woman's Luetal Phase is normally 10 - 16 days so in theory your AF should be due at the latest CD30 at the earliest CD23. You could do a test now or wait until CD30 if still no AF do a test. Maybe do a test tomorrow morning CD28? Mornign wee is always the best for early testing. Your symptoms sound great. Good Luck. x

07mumstheword · 31/10/2007 11:03

Are your cycles normally 36 days or was that a little unusual? It maybe a little early but you could always buy a test that states you can test up to 4 days early. Personally if I had those symptoms I would not be able to wait. You could try testing now but if it is BFN and AF doesn't turn up you could test again in a few days, just buy a twin pack of tests. Sorry I'm spending your money here

sarahnh · 31/10/2007 10:58

hey, i have been in the waiting room but need some advice on the 2ww!!! on cd27 last cycle was cd36!! so i know this is really early, got a + on opk on cd13 , my (..) are slightly bigger ( well my dh tells me), feel a bit ikky, loads of cm (sorry tmi!) but really not sure when to test! I must also add that i also have cramps in the morning and at night which makes me feel AF is on her way!! We have been trying now for 10 months! Sorry this is a long post and sorry for my ranting!!

pixie04 · 31/10/2007 09:11

Good Morning ladies! I see congrats are in order for QPQ & SK well done you two congratulations

Well I'm CD22 and am very sure I ov'd yesterday although I'm still getting a bit of OV pain this morning. So it's the start of the 2ww for me. Last month my LP was pretty much exactly 14 days so we'll have to wait and see. Also last cycle was 35 days and this one looks to be becoming the same. We'll have to wait and see of course. I got some BDing in with DP yesterday morning so fingers crossed it was enough.

DG I am pleased you are going in for that refferal. Try and steer your GP towards it being more for your ever extending cycles rather than ttc. They are a bit strick on reffering people for problems ttc unless they've been trying for over 12 months. If you put it accross as more to do with your cycles becoming longer and that's stressing you out you should have no problem getting your refferal. You stand your ground DG!

07mumstheword · 31/10/2007 08:33

SK Just reminded me re the wee control tests that last time I was PG I did 9 tests and my DH did two! lol I'm holding on to congrats until you confirm with CBD later, which I'm sure you will

Congratulations QPQ thats wonderful news.

DG Great glad to hear you are going to get refered to a specialist.

Hello everyone else. Nothing happening here boring!
