I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

If anyone else would like to join please do xx

@SmileyT ohh that is a strong one! Your surge might just last a bit longer though? If you did ovulate yesterday that could make sense, I'm not sure. Will you do another later to compare or leave it?

It might be like leftover EWCM? I've had that before but can't remember at which point in my cycle. I'll have a look back.

Yay to leaving work early, were you back in Chingford or still having to go into London? I'm looking forward to going back definitely need some routine/work back in my life.xx

@VP91x also great about the job situ, nice to know you're definitely going back, with a bit of flexibility and you'll get paid for the next month aswell 🙌🏾 and yeah the CM was almost stringy... x

SmileyT · 01/07/2020 17:19

@VP91x work was surprisingly okay and left before 4 🤫 got home and then I randomly decided to do an opk and looks pretty strong so now I'm even more confused 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ahh keep the treats coming and she'll love nursery but also love coming home to mummy, bet she'll be exhausted ❤️

VP91x · 01/07/2020 16:24

@SmileyT oooh that looks good it probably was on CD15 but even if you did ovulate on D18 then you had sex the day before anyway so you're all covered 😏😏 fab stuff!! Was it like stringy? Everything crossed for you 🥰🥰

I'm going to pick her up at 5 - I've got some cupcakes in the oven for her to have one when she is back. I just got a start day of Monday 3rd Aug to go back to work. Well x3 days in the office and x2 days at home. So another month of furlough. Going to get all the final bits of redecorating stuff done and make the most of it!

How's work been today xx

@Eli2020 that completely makes sense if you want children first, I've never been bothered about getting married but then again nobody has asked so who knows 😂 also I realised that there was only 2 little ones at my parents wedding my sister was born 9 months later 🥰

@Northernsoul90 I keep wanting to do yoga but I'm so bad at it, i used to do classes but find it so hard, but i should try again 🧘‍♀️

@VP91x I've attached my FF chart, I put yesterday as 'abnormal' and fertility friend has now picked up an ovulation date but we'll see what tomorrow brings 🤷🏾‍♀️ I've also had some really weird almost egg white consistency but not clear CM which is strange but cervix is pretty firm so god knows what's going on. Did Bella have loads of stories from her first day back? xx

@Northernsoul90 well that all seems very positive, and she saw it visibly so hold on in there and it sounds like it’s going to be happening anytime now! I’ve always fancied yoga and would love to get into something like that, like have a routine and do it three times a week or something but I work shifts so most days off I’m catching up with housework, food shopping or seeing family and friends. But I should try. I’d love to go swimming as it’s relaxing, maybe when they open again. Yeah get yourself a good book, there’s nothing wrong with being 28 and watching Disney plus 😜 xx

@Eli2020 aww glad I made you smile and you received some positivity from my message. That’s what we need. Lots of good vibes 💕 so many of us are going through the same thing and are experiencing the same thoughts and feelings! We’ve got this! Xx

Northernsoul90 · 01/07/2020 14:53

@VP91x oh good will give them a try on my app this time then hopefully. Ooh I’m glad I really need to start getting into some kind of routine and I do find yoga always makes me feel like I have a bit more energy after. xxx

VP91x · 01/07/2020 14:36

@MichT4 I went in for some microfibre cloths and loo roll and came out with a bunch of stuff 😂. Yeah I meant preggo tests haha, ah fab! I've got everything crossed for you.

@SmileyT ooh what does your chart look like now? Maybe you did ovulate and it was a random dip!? I had such a long nap 😂 house feels empty and quiet without her. Going to clean out the fish tank.. Clearly living my best life over here ✌️ how's your day going? Xx

@Northernsoul90 I'm sure femometer will read any opks. Premom is mesnt for easy@home but it read my femometer ones fine too! I really need to practice yoga more frequently. I'm going to do one this afternoon actually now you've inspired me.

Northernsoul90 · 01/07/2020 14:18

As well as going on walks ladies doing yoga always helps me relax and take my mind of things, nothing complicated I just follow basic ones from YouTube (you can even get specific fertility ones which I was shocked about). Even finding a good series on Netflix or watching films is a nice way of switching off from everything. I always tell myself I need to get back into reading again as well, enjoying a good book is a nice way to relax. Disney + account is also highly recommend 🤩 (guilty pleasure of a 28 year old with no children 😂).

Eli2020 · 01/07/2020 14:12

@Rb486 aww your message made me smile :) I feel your positivity and made me happy. Don't really have anybody to go to walks with (I'm not originally from here so none of my family and long term friends are here 🙁) ... But I guess I can put some music on and go for a walk-good idea 🤔 I'm feeling hopeful but at the same time trying to stay realistic as was hopeful last month too.. and the one before-and it didn't happen ... but I feel your positivity and fingers crossed for a BFP this month 😍

@SmileyT it's just that I don't want to plan a wedding and then either be pregnant at my wedding or have a tiny baby to worry about. And plus I like the idea of a little flower girl or ring boy ha ☺️ sometimes I think if I had met OH earlier we could do things in a different order but I don't have any regrets at all. I like the example of your parents-they had 3 little ones at their wedding 🤩

Northernsoul90 · 01/07/2020 14:07

@Rb486 it really does feel like forever for the hormones to disappear! I still got a faint positive this morning but hopefully the blood test results will come back low. I’m presuming that because the nurse said she can see the follicles and that she thinks I will ovulate soon my hcg must be relatively low? It’s all a waiting game which is frustrating. I know I feel like all I’ve done recently is spend money on pregnancy and opk tests 😂 xx

Does anyone know does the femometer app only work with the femometer opks?

Rb486 · 01/07/2020 13:59

@Eli2020 thank you!! Our time will come 💕 Sounds like you need some distractions. Have you got anyone you can go out on walks with? I’m going to walk this afternoon- always just helps clear your head and refresh. Oh so your in your TWW, are you feeling hopeful? I really hope in a week or twos time I can see your BFP. Xx

SmileyT · 01/07/2020 13:54

@VP91x Brave added to the list... how was the morning without Bella? My temp was high again this morning which obviously means I'll have to check again tomorrow 🤣 being chill is working so well for me x

@Eli2020 do you have to do one or another could you not ttc and plan a wedding? Best of both worlds 🤗 but also my parents have been together since they were 13 and had 3 kids before getting married and didn't do them any harm x

@Lollol86 I ovulated about 18 days after surgery but we are all different just be kind to yourself at this time x

@Re6ecc4 im so sorry to read this sending you so much love x

Welcome @Rb486 I was the same my pregnancy was a suprise and MC in March but then threw myself head first into tracking everything 😂

Wowser loads to catch up from last night but hope everyone else is doing well aswell Xx

MichT4 · 01/07/2020 13:53

@VP91x I assume you meant PG test? 😂

MichT4 · 01/07/2020 13:52

@VP91x sounds like a fab day! It was dull, I had this chat on my second screen so I was refreshing and reading that too 😂
I just said to OH I could do with a nap. Lunch has woken me up a bit but before that I was a bit like a nodding dog
I only have the early CB in, and then some normal CB, so it’ll be one of those, if I get that far. I had a little daydream earlier about taking one now and it being bfp but I resisted 🤣
What are you getting in HB? Or should I ask what you plan vs what you come out with

Eli2020 · 01/07/2020 13:28

@Rb486 I've not used the CB ones but fingers crossed you wouldn't need to worry about the next cycle 😉 I just want everybody to have their little baby 😫 I'm on cycle day 18, 4 dpo ... just wish time would go by quicker 😒 OH is busier than me during the days while work has slowed down for me because of COVID 19 so I feel like the days are dragging 😭

VP91x · 01/07/2020 13:25

Welcome @Lollol86 so sorry that you've recently had a loss. I would get some cheapies to try and catch your peak so you know when you're ovulating because things might be a little different post-MC. I think definitely try again if you feel ready! ❤️ Wishing you lots of luck xx

OP posts:
VP91x · 01/07/2020 13:22

@MichT4 ugh, that does sound annoying!! Hope it wasn't too dull. What will you be testing with? I ended up having a nap 🙈 now I'm off to home bargains.

@peonyrose87 that's good that it is all booked in! Do you have a date for your 12wk yet? I'm sure everything will be okay with your little bean ❤️

@Tink20058 so good isn't it!! I also cry too. Especially at the bit when she's on her own with her grandma. So happy to hear you're getting on really well and bump is growing! 🥰

Welcome @Rb486 sorry to hear about your loss. I agree with the other ladies have said femometer strips are great, but this month I've switched to easy@home ones as I heard they are really good too and super sensitive. So giving them a go this month! I also use the CB digi ones, and confirm with the cheapies.

Oh @Re6ecc4 I'm so so sorry. It really might be worth giving them a ring though just to check what might be happening, but I understand why you wouldn't want to. Sending you so much love ❤️❤️

Hey @Banbi nice to hear from you! Yay to FW hope you manage to get some 🍆💦 even if work is conspiring against you xx

OP posts:
Rb486 · 01/07/2020 12:33

@Eli2020 @MichT4 thanks ladies. What CD day are you now Eli? Fingers crossed this is your month! I may try some clear blue this month as it’s my first one and go to cheapies after if I’m unsuccessful. Lol! I’ve just had a few day’s off unwell. But work normally takes up a lot of time for me. But in my spare time I’m going to try and decorate the hallway and lounge 😂 and read. Lol! But yes this is already very helpful and reassuring. Thank you 😘 xx

mrsssk · 01/07/2020 12:31

@Rb486 I used the cheapie One Step ones but never really got a peak. I've since switched to the Femometer ones which are still cheap but seem to pick up the hormones more easily and better quality so I'd second @micht4 recommendation.
I also invested in some Clear Blues for the next cycle in case I need them as it will hopefully take some guesswork out x

Lollol86 · 01/07/2020 12:03

@HopeForRainbowbaby ahh see I thought I needed to wait for a negative test, didn’t want to risk anything. Never mind. Fingers crossed for us all.

HopeForRainbowbaby · 01/07/2020 11:53

@Lollol86 yes if you get negative test, then it should be less than 5hcg. Midwife told everyone to start trying once bleeding stops so not even negative tests 😉 I hope for quick peak for you 😘

Eli2020 · 01/07/2020 11:53

@Rb486 sorry to hear you've been through this-it's just so awful. I have a humble 7 months experience with opks and I've tried few brands but I would say the best ones are the easy at home ones. Download the premom app (which is generally a good app-I recommend) and you take a picture of the opk and it gives value against it and helps determine when is your peak. Good luck x

Banbi · 01/07/2020 11:52

@Tink20058 I always cry at Moana! Grin

Hi all - checking back in after a week or two's mental wellbeing break. You ladies are prolific! Lots to catch up on. Welcome to the newbies.

Cycle update: its time! What I think is a high on my cheapy OPK and lots of EWCM since Tues. As always, work is conspiring to get in the way of us DTD as much as we'd like but we've got some in. Fingers crossed. Good luck to everyone this month Xx

Northernsoul90 · 01/07/2020 11:51

@Re6ecc4 so sorry to hear that 😔 I hope you are being well looked after at home 💖Its such a blow after being so hopeful. xxx
