So I didn't make it until Friday, just tested and BFN. CD35 so that's definitely me out, even though I probably wasn't ever 'in' this month. It wasn't even a cheapie, I used my last test and it was a clear blue 😒 Why is it so fucking disappointing even though I never even got a bloody smiley this month?! Ffsssss I hate this

@acaciabluebell This is the OPK I did last night, forgot to post it. The test line is darker than the control line on this one. So one-step did pick up my lh surge, just much later in the day as CB picked it up in the morning. Hope that's helpful.

@Bam27 Oh wow, thanks for posting this! That's troubling that the One Step isn't picking up the LH level but the CB is. The test line should be at least as dark as the control line at this point. Have you tested any more times today?

I always had to wait around 10 or more minutes for mine. I think the packet says to wait 10 mins, and discard any results after 30 mins.

@acaciabluebell that's the line I got with the static smiley. It's definitely darker but not as dark as the control line. Did your positive OPKs come up straight away or did you have to wait the full amount of time? I had to wait for mine.

@Daffodil21 There is still a chance you could have missed it if it happened in the afternoon and didn't last long or if your urine was too dilute or something. Ooh no, that sounds very stressful!
@SC1989 my cycles actually used to be 28-30 days and now sometimes they are 40 days long! I do sometimes wonder whether the stress delays ovulation.

@SC1989 Yes my current cycle (based on when I ovulated) is looking to be around 35 days which is unheard of for me. I'm normally 25-27 days!

Does anyone else feel like since TTC their cycles have got longer? I don't know if it's the TWW that makes them feel like that but mine cycles are a few days longer each time... hmmm..

@Bam27 yeah I'm just assuming I just didn't ovulate this month 🤷‍♀️ hasn't stopped me setting an 'earliest I can test' target though! My app says AF is due tomorrow but could easily be a few days longer. If nothing by Friday I'll probably test as that will be CD38, but might see if I can leave it until after the weekend as it is possible this is a 43 day cycle and I don't have any cheapies left, and I'm not buying anymore. I sort of feel like AF is on the way as felt a little ragey lately, but that might just be me 😂 (we had a burst pipe last night on our newly plastered and painted ceiling Angry)

Oh noo - I hate long cycles like that! Glad you got your static though!

@Daffodil21 That's strange, I read somewhere that you can have an lh surge that isn't detected because it's not high enough for the test, but I don't know how likely that is.

I got my static smiley this morning and it's cycle day 24. So I'm guessing AF will be due day 39-40.

@Alew15 that's brill, congrats hon. I was catching up on the last few pages so saw you do the early test and now this one Smile

Was avoiding MN during the TWW as it risked me starting to symptom spot, although had a hilarious one at the weekend where I was debating was it nausea or was it DHs cooking skills that was giving me the boke Confused

However, I woke up today with cramps so think AF is round the corner. Oh well!

AF due at the end of this week for me. I had high hopes for this month, somehow had a good feeling about it but after trying to use the opks al month and making a bit of a mess of it, I'm not really sure whether I ovulated or not. I also suspect that I may have ovulated about a week later than my app thought in which case I'm not sure we DTD close enough to the date (got a bit tiring after day 23!).

@Bam27 I was using the pink clear blues so you either get nothing or a static. I've got nothing all month and currently on CD34 so hoping AF shows over next few days so we can just get on with the next cycle

Turns out that zero symptoms is a good sign!
Just did my much hated B&M cheapy and got a faint line on that too. I think I am about 12 or 13 DPO.

Morning everyone. I have some news to share.... Mr postman arrived nice and early with my FRER tests and I got my BFP!

Obviously very early days and we are sceptical after last years loss but we are over the moon! 🥰
